I had to return these due to the constant disconnects and at times crackling noises due to know driver issues. I had to turn off the surround sound for them to work properly. I picked up the 933 instead and i'm very happy so far.

I bought one of these "marvelous" (not) piles of junk a few years ago and have had it replaced a total of 4 times for all of them breaking within a couple months of use. If thats not bad enough they have MASSIVE connectivity issues. I have nothing else wireless around it and it still cuts out all the time. The headsets are made of cheap, inferior plastic and just putting them on your head will cause cracks. Save your money, Get a turtle beach or Razer product instead.

Got this headset on the 12th of July. As soon as I started using it, it would disconnect from the receiver multiple times in a span of 5 mins. The microphone arm that you can raise broke and would not stay up. Checked the Logitech website to find 14 pages of complaints about the same issue. Don't think they plan on fixing the software for this headset. Returning on July 27th.

I received these headphones as a gift. Despite the fact that I am not much into music or chatting during gaming, I used this device daily. It was a bit large for my head. As a novice to audio, I had no complaints regarding sound. The only major issue that ruined it for me was the flimsy receiver. It easily bent at first knock and broke soon after. One careless act can snap it in half, and be warned if you have people trekking in your space. I tried getting a replacement at the manufacturer website, but the receiver has been unavailable for months. Other have complained about this problem and resorted to tossing their headset.

I have had these for 9 months now, and it started with the headphones cutting out and the battery life quickly going down. Now i cannot mute the mic, when they are plugged in it tells me that the battery is still dying, and today after being plugged in all day when i tried to turn them on they would turn themselves right back off. I will never buy logitech headphones again, and after them cutting out so much i will probably never get wireless again, this was the worst experience i have ever had with a logitech device, G930 wireless headphones, spend less and get better on something else.

I just purchased this from bestbuy. The sound is terrible and the bass just degrades the sound. First day using it, it worked pretty decent with decent sound quality and bass. Day two and the sound is sub par and bass seems to be messed up. I did not touch anything and left it at default settings. Sound gets distorted even at a low level volume setting. This is disappointing as Logitech headsets are the most popular. I must have gotten a lemon but this headphone is terrible. I will be returning it and purchasing from another brand.

headset is ok but i dont hear the 7.1 surround sound and when i play a game the sound keeps going out then comeing back on. i will be taking this back and finding a headset with real surround sound

When I first bought them, they were working fine because I was running Windows 8 and didn't have a problem. Once I upgraded to Windows 10 I started to have problems and they kept on disconnecting every second. I tried reinstalling it and the same thing happens. Now it's even worse with Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Every update driver doesn't fix the problem. They have a scratchy noise and they disconnect every minute. Its getting very annoying and might just buy some Corsair headsets.

From day one the product did not work because of driver issues which I eventually came to resolve. After the latest windows update (even after reverting the update) the resolution I had found no longer works. Was a fantastic product while it worked for the two weeks I had it. Due to the lack of customer support from Logitech I can no longer continue my love of this product. Avoid at all costs.

Well I had these headphones for 3 months already. My first impression was that it all was pretty good. except maybe the bass was a bit bad. Then all of a sudden 3 months later (today) the microphone stopped working. I've tried everything to try and fix it software wise and it did not show improvement. I'm lucky I bought a protection plan for it or else I wouldn't be getting a new set of SOMETHING ELSE. Please don't buy these.

The first two weeks I had this I was happy as ever. Then it started dropping link to the dongle. First a few seconds of no connection. I re installed but nothing helped. After 3 weeks it would take up to 20 minutes to connect and wouldn't hold for more than 5. Logitecs website lists many with this issue. Logitec's only answer is re install. When it worked it was great but if it won't connect then what's it worth?

After paying a hefty price, I was expecting much better quality for the price. The sound is decent, but there is almost constant interference and noise in the background. I spent several hours trying all the suggestions from the logitech forums to no avail. I'm sure it's a driver issue, but I don't have the time to beta test Logitech software for something this expensive. I will be returning them and going back to a wired headset.

Purchased last year. within no time it started to cut in and out often, stopped charging. Logitech support is one of the worst support system i have seen. Dismissive and condescending responses. and a poorly executed product. buy from another manufacturer. Best buy was no help with this issue either.

The microphone on this is very staticy and picks up every sound in the room no matter how low you set the setting. I checked their forums for a fix and there are loads of people complaining about this problem and no fix in sight. If you plan on playing with people in a game that you'd need to talk AVOID this headset. Get the wired version, it doesn't have the microphone issue.

Great headset, the only problem is there is constant buzzing sound when using the mic. Logitech has been made aware of it but won't fix it. These things cut in and out, constant "bleeping" noise, turn themselves off. Have done everything by the book to include disabling of on board audio in BIOS, removal of old Realtek audio software. Not satisfied at all! I am going to order me a set hard wired G35's instead and bring these back for full refund.

I regret buying these the constantly cut on and off. I looked it up its a software issue. Logitech just gave up on them i guess n didnt even try to update drivers for them. I left out of town after i purchased these n didnt have a chance to return them.

i expected more from this headphones. The biggest problem is the sound drops, the signal drops for like 5 seconds very often, i tried many suggestions from the logitech website with no success. I'm returning this headphones and going back to wired just like many people already did.
