Headset works well battery recharges quickly sound is good

This headset was literally working within 2 minutes of plugging in the USB transmitter (after headset was charged, per instructions). It's being used by a one-handed person who mainly uses it with Dragonspeak. Windows recognized it immediately, so the only setup required was the brief Dragonspeak dialog.

Though these headphones seem to be OK, they did not function well for my purposes and I returned them.

I use this product daily to teach Zoom classes. It works very well for my purposes. The headphones block light level local noise and keeps student’s responses within headset. The microphone works well.

I purchased this headset to replace my older USB corded headset. It does the job, but I can only get about 10 feet from my laptop before the sound starts going out. Not sure what the cause it, but it's bearable since I only use it when I'm at my computer.

For $50 it could be a little more comfortable and have Bluetooth. Other than that I have no complaints.

Good quality sound and material. Good wireless range.

Does the job, fair price, for my kid no issues buy it again

This headset feels good and sounds great. It works flawlessly with Windows speech recognition, which saves on mouse clicks. The only negative is battery life. If you forget to turn it off when not using it, the battery drains in 4-6 hours. I often use it while plugged into its USB charger, since I don't walk around much when using my laptop.

We actually took this back and bought a gaming headset, because we have a gaming laptop

Sometimes the connection will not complete until I unplug the USB receiver and plug it back in. . The battery feels like it dies kinda fast. Both of the issues are not deal breakers but they are what make this product 3 stars average

Easy to install Nice quality Worked right out of the box!

I purchased this for my son to use for virtual school this year and so far so good. He has already dropped it a few times and it still works perfectly. The sound quality is great and the noise canceling mic works well.

The headphones work great. Just plug in the attached usb and they work right away. The distance is pretty decent about 15 feet in the house. I wish they stayed charged longer but they do last all day. Just make sure they are plugged in to charge for the night. Positive thing you can use them while they are charging

Good product. battery action time needs to be extended. The product gives the freedom to walk around

I use this set for work. When I boot up my computer each day, sometimes the computer and headset will pair automatically. However, I often have to remove the dongle and replace for it to pair. Sound is okay. Mic works well for listeners on receiving end. Overall it's okay.

I purchased this headset to use with Skype. I have used it twice so far, and it has worked perfectly.
