If they get disconnected from the dongle, the only way you reconnect is if you have Windows 7. Not really useable.

I purchased these headphones so I could take some computer based training without annoying my coworkers - they failed miserably and I've had to replace them with something better. These headphones are flimsy, the range of the wireless connection is not strong enough to reach to the desktop box under my desk, and the charge on the battery is not long enough to get through my day.

Headphones sound quality is wonderful and very reliable

I had a few people test out these headsets using Windows 10 and Teams. The sound quality and range were OK, but that's the different between a $40 headset and a $100+ headset.

Great wireless headset. I bought a few of these for my employees, and they love them. Sound is crisp and clear. Comfortable and good quality.

I bought this headset for video editing and voip calls.The sound quality was terrible. No low end at all and very bad quality for the high frequencies. Also, I was hoping that when the headset was turned off, the audio device would change back to my internal sound card, but it did not. That means that when I want to use my sound card, the usb dongle has to be removed from the computer. Not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The sound quality, however, made me return the item.

Purchased for my brother he is extremely happy as he is now working from home, this prevents annoyance from the dogs barking.

This is a big improvement over the old H500. It is more comfortable, and it sounds good. The mic is good for meetings and everyone can hear me clearly.

The Logitech H600 RF wireless on ear headset is a great headset especially useful for online learning and work via teleconferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It blocks out sound from other orifices and is very comfortable on my ears even after multiple hours of use, something I can't say for my other earphones. The only downside I would point out is that there is no Bluetooth on the headset, but the headset is plug-and-play so otherwise it is a minor inconvenience.

Was a lightweight and well fitted headset. Unfortunately, did not suit my application and I returned. Best Buy return policy was great.

Although I had to return the item. I enjoyed the short time I used it. Returned because there was a problem with my work VPN and the wireless headset did not make a difference.

This headset has only been used about 1- 1 1/2 months. Very recently starting to get static, It was a fairly low priced item, but I think I could still reasonably expect it to work properly.

Very easy to set up on the computer, then move to the PS3. Just move the blue tooth dongle (USB) to the port on the PS3 to talk for online play, then back to the computer when you want to talk and type or whatever.

after suddenly having to switch to zoom classes in March, needed to up my game for fall! This is a huge improvement on laptop mic and speakers!

So lightweight that you forget it's on Great for "work at home", skyping with family, or gaming. I have used it since March 2020. It's a godsend.

They’re very snug on my head and the mute button is in the worst spot!!! The sound quality is good, just disappointed in the fit.

Headset works great. Battery life is the only main issue. I'm on multiple conf calls everyday so have to remember to charge it every night during the week. 33ft range allows me to move around my home office easily without loosing connection.

I have purchased two of them for both of my computers. They have done an excellent job and makes it a lot easier to use my computers

Being wireless is great. Sound quality is very good. I have lots of problems using it for Skype and Internet phone calls. The switching back and forth is a hassle.

Super convenient. Lightweight. Easy to use. Hearing is great. A lot less likely to break because of the way it’s made. 10/10
