My wife always wanted to get free from her PC when using Skype or any other program using sound and voice, and this headset became her best companion... Very much recomended, great autonomy, great sound.

Bought this for my grandson. He had experienced with different headsets and this works well for him. He can stay in contact with those on the computer while away from his bedroom or even when going downstairs for a snack. He is very satisfied.

Best Buy has the only wireless headset available in our area Very comfortable. Sound is great. Price is Right.

Got this for my wife, works at home in home office all day. Likes to get out of the office and stretch from time to time and leaves the headset on in case some one calls in. Works great and no wires to twist up. Range could be just a little better.

needed a set of headphones and along with a keyboard for my computer since I'm in a wheelchair. The the headset is wireless and when you charge it it last a pretty good long Target the sound is clear do voice chat the other people you're talking to also come in clear the only thing I wish that it was in a 3D surround sound but spend twice as much money and they're a lot more headsets for a lot more bulky but this one does an adequate job receiving messages or getting on Skype by think you should be pleasantly surprised and enjoy this product.

For the money, it's certainly a comfortable headset and easy to use. The down side, it takes a bit to connect on initial power up. Give yourself a few minutes when entering meetings or such with your headset or you may miss some important audio!

Headset is very comfortable and the sound quality is good. I've tried other wireless headsets and this one has the clearest sound.

Love these headphones. Sound quality is very good. Noise cancellation is great. I find them to be light weight enough to wear for extended periods of time. They are charged by plugging into a USB port and one charge will last for a day if you use them a lot and several days if used intermittently. I'd buy them again.

Bought this to use at home. Been a great headset. good noise cancelling microphone, very comfortable on ears. Would definitely recommend. Holds good charge.

Adequate product at a decent price for simpler computer uses. This is the second pair I have owned and they hold up well under daily use. Clear and consistent sound quality on earphones and microphone.

So far I have no problem! I worked with these headset previously for work and lost the pieces lol but I love it it’s affordable and functional for work purposes and would recommend it and the customer service is excellent I had ordered These specific headphone and was out of stock I. My location I called a rep and help me out completely so thank you for you service like outstanding service.

The Good: sound quality, battery life, and convenience. The bad: if the computer has gone through sleep mode or hibernate, I have to connect and reconnect the USB several times before it finally re-syncs. Usually, this has to be done with the Audio 'Playback Devices' dialog open. I have owned some previous models by Logitech that did not have this problem. Not necessarily a deal-breaker for me now that I've become accustomed to the nuances of getting it working again.

This headset is reasonably comfortable and sounds good. I am told from video chat participants that my audio sounds really good too. The only reason I dinged them a star is the cheap plastic construction. I think the shell could be made to look and feel a little more higher-end and this set would be perfect for the price point. In other reviews, I see complaints unreliable connectivity. After experiencing some of that, I have determined that it is typically conflicts of various apps grabbing and holding control of the speakers and/or the mic. If you jump between GoToMeeting/Zoom/Teams, etc. they don't consistently release control of the resources when the call is done.

I believe in rating things based on the price and it’s intended purpose. Too many times I see products criticized because that aren’t what more expensive alternatives are. As such, this headset is very effective for an affordable headset for use in home office settings, and, I imagine, remote schooling. Sound in the headset is clear and understandable. The microphone works well according to colleagues in the other end. Works well and was immediately recognized by my windows laptop. Are there things I wish it did that it doesn’t? Yes. But if I really needed those things, I would have paid more money to get a model that had them. This does what it says it will do very well. From those parameters, it’s 5 stars in my book and worth a look if you are looking for a comfortable and serviceable headset at a reasonable price.

Covid has me working from home. It's been 3.5 months and with the rise in numbers, I may not go back to the office until the end of the year. I hate the look of wires so I figured I'd invest. I like shopping but love saving money so the search was on for a budget friendly headset. Surprisingly, Best Buy had em $30 less than anywhere else. Delivered two days later despite ETA was almost a week. Again, looking to save money, I avoided shipping fees and had em delivered to my nearest CVS. I had hoped to post my review after about a month but the Best Buy return policy is 15 days from the date of delivery/pickup. Two cons...they fit a bit snug but thanks to my desk fan, hopefully they ease up. Secondly, a beep doesn't confirm if mute is on or off. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

Logitech headset is a good deal for the price. Easy to connect and clear audio. The volume control could be more clearly presented.

These wireless headphones are the best quality for a great price. They are exactly what I needed, a low cost wireless headset to use for working at home. Worth the buy versus dropping a 100+

The headphones are clear and comfortable. The tones used to note if the mic is muted is a little bit too similar. Decent range that allows roaming. No technical issues, just plug and use.

When plug into the computer it will not connect, have to disconnect get it started then reconnect. But overall, clear sound, comfortable fit
