    Almost Perfect

This remote does almost everything I would like it to, but it is a little bit tedious to have to push the button for which device you want to control before you use the remote for that device, I wish it could just go back and forth between multiple devices without me needing to tell it which device to communicate with. The other thing that is a pain is that my TV uses dashes in the channels, so I cannot enter a channel using the number keypad, I can only select up or down channels with the remote. I do love having one remote as opposed to three to keep track of.

    Very Good Basic Universal Remote

For someone looking for a basic universal remote, this is the best one out there. In fact this is my second one...bought one for the office and another for the house. No LCD screen which speaks to the simplicity of it. Setup is a breeze with the computer application. Remapping buttons and one touch operation (i.e. watch DVD or watch TV) is very nice easy to setup feature. I would recommend this remote to anyone who does not have a super complicated home audio system.

Not a high end Harmony but does the job of a universal remote better than most. I have owned Harmony remotes in the past that were much more difficult to use. This one is simple and it plays well with all of my devices. Some remotes won't talk to everything like this one does.

    Get The 650 Or Above

I own the 650 version of this remote, but purchased this for my mother as a giftmas present. She has a slew of remotes so I figured this would be an adequate solution. Although the functionality of the remote does what its supposed to, its still very flawed in my opinion. My biggest gripe with it is there is no "all off" button, like there is on the 650. I understand this is a model down from that but it seems kind of moot to have a remote that can turn all the devices on with one button, but not off, like this one. You can press "watch tv" and all the devices power on as expected, but you have to manually switch to each device to power them off. And if you press the "watch tv" button with one of your devices accidentally left on, the remote will power it off, forcing you to manually turn off each device, and do it all over again. Another disappointing aspect of it was the computer software. On the 650 version, you are able to manually decide which device controls the volume. Which was especially handy if you have a receiver or soundbar, like me. On this remote you cannot pick what controls the volume. When you press the "watch tv" button, all the buttons change their assignments automatically. The guide/channels buttons link to the cable box, the volume to your external audio source and so forth. But not having the option of manually deciding that on the software was very inconvenient. You kind of just "pray" it will work. And if it does not, then you're pretty much forced to return it because there's no manual override in the software. The last issue is the simplest but probably the biggest, and that is the remote only has a watch tv, whereas the 650 can have multiple modes, such as "watch a movie" or "watch on demand" where it will turn on your tv and automatically flip to your on demand channel. That seems trivial but nowadays with rokus, blu-ray players, xboxes and playstations, its very rare to have a living room or entertainment center not consisting of at least one of these things. If you're even considering buying a remote such as this, then theres a 99% probability you have more than just a cable box where you want this remote, because no one is going to buy a $40 remote just to control a cable box, when nowadays 9 times out of 10 the remote that comes with the cable box can control both it and your TV. Though the remote is sleek, and extremely fast, I just found it too impractical and flawed for what its supposed to be. And even though the 650 is $20-$40 higher depending on where you look, its worth it. The only "benefit" this remote brings, is if you have a small set up, such as soundbar/cable box/tv, or soundbar/tv, you won't have to manually put down one remote and pick up the other to turn the volume up or down. If you feel like spending $40 to eliminate this small task, then this is the remote for you.

Its a good slick design and it looks good. Very easy to set up. Takes some time to get used to just using one remote as you have to go back and forth on the setting buttons to pick your device and what you want to do. Was it worth the full price? Not really, my cable remote has better feautures that do what i want it to do. A lottle pricey for whatit really can do.

They have a vast memories of controllers online at the tip of your fingers. All downloadable controllers has all memories of every buttons to the original controllers and it's programmable. This remote can even turn on my laptop. No more messy scenery of multi controllers.

Easy to use and simplifies things with 1 remote instead of switching between 3 or 4. Setup is easy. USB to pc and pick your devices, sync, and your all set. Also you can change several functions with several buttons. Only thing I didn't like was having to create a username with an email to log in.

Bought this for my wife who got tired of managing two separate remotes while operating our main television. She's very particular about button size and ease of use. The buttons on my Harmony 880 were too small for her to see/use easily. I've been waiting for a remote like this to come around. The programming of the 350 was quick and easy and accurately transferred all the 880's programming for the TV, DVR, AV Reciever, DirecTv and lighting with just a few clicks on the Harmony website to the new remote. Since then it's been functioning well and has solved the frustration my wife was experiencing.

bought this remote because had too many remotes and wanted just 1 . installed software online and hooked up the harmony via USB and entered each model no. for each piece of equipment , it pretty much did the rest , the remote is awesome , you can set up to multiple configs , if you wanted the t.v and cable box to turn on or just t.v and blu ray player with one button , the harmony has every option that the comcast remote has so you aren't missing any buttons which is cool , very happy with this remote , might buy a second one for other equipment .

Great Remote! Controls all of my devices and allowed me to stop using the remote from the cable company. All features on the cable remote are on this remote for my DVR. I was able to stop using all the other remotes and reduce clutter.

Easy set up and lots of options. Added samsung sound bar to my 55 inch samsung smart tv but the samsung remote would not control the volume of the sound bar. This was great option so now just one remote to control tv, sound bar and cable.

So this is a really good remote. It connects with almost everything I own, and I have only one or two issues. I don't have an option to syn my Apple TV, even though it says it supports it, and the other issue is that I bought it because I don't have certain remotes. BUT: the only way to program it is to have the remote with you. Otherwise, it has been great!

Mine works pretty good, I combined the remotes for my LG tv, sony soundbar, verizon fios cable box, and panasonic blu ray player. Everything works fine now for a couple months. I really liked how easy it was to find the codes and compatibility of my devices on the logitech website that they provided in the manual! The only thing is it does not work with my apple tv, which is okay with me.

Many many years ago I tried a couple of Universal Remotes and either returned them as useless or got so frustrated i just threw it away. Having seen this remote on a Harmony display with other remotes at the store I came home and went to Logitech's website to read the online user manual to see just how frustrating and difficult it would be to set up. The user manual made it look super easy and with very few steps. I decided to try it and believe me .... setting up and using this remote is easier than it looks in the manual and so much easier than older universal remotes.

2 year old broke the AT&T U-verse remote. Hubby thought this would be a good replacement. It works well but didn't have specific functions that I wanted (like a delete all button which sounds a little snobby but when you have 100 Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episodes to delete you want that ability) so I ended up buying the AT&T remote anyway.

Works on a lot of devices. Works with my TV's power, volume, and channels. Has issues with the menus like choosing inputs. Will adjust volume on my sound system and will turn it off, but will not turn it on. I'd say it's a decent value, though.

I have the 650 model for my home, my parents were wanting to reduce the amount of remotes needed to run their home system. Tried this remote however it only has 1 programmable button and more were needed. Took this back and got the 650 and the family has been happy ever since. For the 350 and the 650 the online system to setup the remote is easy was able to get my folks programming the remote by themselves. They have since bought more of the Harmony remotes for the other rooms in their house. As for the "I would recommend this to a friend" Yes If you only need to watch TV No If you want easy way to program multiple devices (Bluray Player, PS3/Xbox, Cable, Roku/Fretv/Chromcast, ect)
