Had to create an account for the software. Once I loaded the model and serial number of the devices the remote works great.

Needed a remote to control the sound from an amplifier connected to external TV speakers. This model did exactly that after trying several others. It does take a bit to program, but you do it via computer. This device actually had more functions and options than I needed.

THis remote works with all my equipment, but not all the time. A little finicky with older stuff, but that still pretty good.

As the summary states, I found this product not to be worth the money for the effort it takes to use it. After you open the package, you must download the required program from the company's website, then create an account and only then can you possible begin to use the remote. I say possibly because it took 2 hours of attaching the remote to my laptop then disconnecting it because the program wouldn't recognize the remote. After repeated uninstalls then reinstalls of the required program, the program finally saw the remote and allowed me to sync the commands for the 3 remotes I was using this one to replace. Now that the remote is synced up, it's time to use it. Ya, that's not what I'd expected. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 50% of the time, my activity button only turns on the tv or the stereo, but not both like it is supposed to. I have reprogrammed it multiple times with the same results. Also, the number buttons, up/down buttons and 4 colored buttons double input, that is when you push them, 2 of the same number show up, the cursor moves up/down twice or the favorite channel jumps to the second one programmed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product. Also, the customer support is very poor; whether you call the toll free number or email the support staff. And you only get 90 days of free support after the initial purchase. It took 35 days until I got a response from their support staff, and their solution was to reprogram the remote, the same thing I had done a dozen times already. I would stay away from this product.

I bought for our bedroom since my son lost the bluray remote. Works well and is easy to program like all Harmony Devices

Had problems configuring all devices so I actually upgraded to the 650. I tried researching online the issues I was having but couldn't find solution. Still an OK remote.

Great remote, a little pricey but it does everything the cheaper ones don't do. Can't wait to get the PS3 adapter.

I now have four of these. I have tried lots of others, and these are by far the best, and at a reasonable price. Programming them is a breeze, and their on-line database has everything in it. I have never even had to have an original controller for a device to learn from, because of the comprehensive database.

This remote is very fairly easy to setup. Software is mac OS X compatible. Feels great in hand. Good ergonomics and cheap.

This remote replaced my need to use the TV and Stereo and DVR and DVD so it saved space. Very easy to set up and use

Once the Geek Squad got to our house they said we did not need this remote with out cable company's remote.

I bought this remote to replace my other remotes. This remote is too complicated to program. I returned this remote because I was not satisfied.

Had to try multiple times to get the software to successfully download. It is also a pain to get all the serial numbers, especially on wall mounted TVs and soundbars.

I have used multiple harmony products over the years I find this one to be just average I recommend going to the higher version for around $100 for the long term

Got this universal remote for a family member. They had multiple remotes and were constantly losing one or the other since they were small. This one remote did everything they need plus. Easy to set up online, and has larger easy to read buttons. Great product!

This remote works as intended. However if you want to do multiple 'Actions' like Watch TV and Watch Movies or Watch Roku then you probably should go for the 665 instead of this one. I'm trying to use it for watching cable and also watching Roku and it doesn't allow to do both Actions, though it will control both devices, its just a little more clunky to do it that way rather than having the extra Actions on the 665 for $10 more.

All in one remote.!! Nice easy and affordable. Why use different controls when this is all you need.
