This remote, just like the other Logitech line, is super simple to set up. The only drawback that I have with it (and this is a small gripe) is that the buttons aren't lit so it is hard to see at night with the lights off and you are trying to go to bed. Great product in all other aspects.

We like the easy setup of the device, although it must be done online, but that is great since the settings are stored somewhere safe. I would wish the keys would light up, that would be a great addition, but still a great device for the price.

With a little programming I was able to control my Denon AVR, RCA Television, Magnavox DVD and Apple TV. The Logitech library didn't have all of the buttons included in their template for some devices, but it was easy enough to program each as needed. It works as it should, is very customizable and seems well built.

The remote was VERY easy to configure and update. This is the 2nd Logitech remote I have purchased and it is well worth the price.

It's a great all in one remote, but the buttons get smushy and don't function properly. depending on usage, the smushy issue may start after just a few months. You can get around the issue by going online and switching the functions of the buttons around so that is a plus.

In fall we purchased a new Samsung smart tv. The TV alone came with 2 remotes (1 regular and 1 smart remote), blu ray had 1, sound bar 1 and dtv box 1. Our coffee table was a mess of remotes. You could only control sound bar with that particular remote and it was mainly because of this that we wanted a universal remote. Set up was very easy and I'd say remote was configured in under 10 minutes. There is a "watch tv" button at the top of the remote. When you hit this it should turn on specific components that you selected during set up. Ours should turn on tv, sound bar and dtv box. It usually turns on 2 out of 3 (never the same 2 either, which is weird). A friend of ours has a much more expensive Logitech remote and has the same problem of it being choosy when turning components on. This has been the only issue for us thus far. I should however mention that if you have a separate "smart tv" remote like we do and stream programs you will still need to use that remote. This remote does not have the ability to access the smart hub/menu.

Seriously it is as the title says. Download the program onto your computer and plug the remote in. Add the manufacturer name and model and good to go. It even added my cheap soundbar as primary sound as I don't use tv speakers. Oh doesn't support ps4 because I tried but does control my apple tv (4th gen). Overall an excellent choice in a remote that won't break the bank.

A friend gave me a DVD player without a remote. I also have a digital cable box hooked to my TV so I needed something that was able to control them all. It works most of the time but it's not as fluid when switching between activities as my other my Harmony remote that was more expensive

I got this remote because I bought an open box LG tv that was missing the remote. The remote itself was pretty easy to program. You just need to download the program, tell it what make/model/device, etc. Once you do that it downloads the command needed via a mini-usb cable. The only problem is that it didn't seem to replicate some of the function buttons that I needed for my tv, which the sales rep said it would--that is my only complaint. I've since reprogrammed it as a second remote for a tv in the house, and it has worked beautifully.

So far it has been a very nice universal remote. It did take a few steps to connect everything and getting the product numbers off the back of the devices to connect to was a bit of a hassle, but once the remote was configured everything worked fine.

Great product for those who have too many different devices connected to one TV. Simple functional buttons to program each device. Nice easy functional computer program to set up more devices on the remote as needed. Highly recommend this product!

I had a remote essentially stop working for my receiver which really forced my hand. I decided to buy a universal remote and my only regret with buying this remote is not buying it years ago. With 4 remotes just to get up and running, this Harmony remote simplifies everything. With zero previous experience, I was able to set up the remote online in about 15 minutes. Walked into the living room and it performed flawlessly from the start. Super simple. I'll never be without one moving forward.

I purchased this remote to replace 5 other remotes. I was leery about being able to set it up. I could have paid Best Buy $49.99 to program the remote. But I love a challenge. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to program the remote. I use it for a Samsung smart TV, a BluRay player, a Bose speaker, cable box, and Apple TV. The features are great and the price is right. Highly recommended.

Having one remote for my entertainment devices, TV, Channel master and Klipsh speaker, has certainly simplified life in my living room. I wasn't looking for something too technical but the $40.00 Harmony remote fits my needs perfectly.

I had no problems getting all of my devices to work with this one remote, the software to setup the remote is very simple.

This remote is adequate for what I purchased it for. It is being used in a bedroom with minimum equipment to control. I would recommend this for a basic setup but the more advanced remotes should be considered for a media room / living room.

Have bought 2 to program to my Olevia TV. Easy to program, however after a year of use, some buttons quick working on the remote. Had same problem with both remotes

It was very easy to program from my harmony website. It has all range of products from almost all major manufacturer to use with. You can controll at most eight devices with this remote. Great funcionality with all the smart features.

I bought this after the factory remote for my Samsung smart tv broke. It was easy to map all functions with the included software and wizard walk through. My girlfriend found it a little frustrating to get her blu ray player synced.

Easy setup and ability to control all of our devices including our DVR despite having lost the original TV remote.
