Logitech - Harmony 350 8-Device Universal Remote - Black is easy for people of all ages to use, from Grandpa's arthritic fingers to young children.

Absolutely love this remote. Works with Tv, Charter Cable Tv, Sound bar, DVD, and Roku. Everything in one! And... it has better signal strength than the original TV remote. (Can point at ground and still changes channel.) Also love ability to hook up to computer and re-program buttons to my liking. Would fully recommend this remote!

I needed a remote for my wife who gets confused when there are so many things to turn on. This is great as she hits one button and turns on TV, Directv and Receiver in one touch. Easy to program on line and you can add or change if you change your system. Have other Harmony Controllers and this is just another great unit from an excellent family of Controllers.

This may be the greatest device ever created by man. You just plug it into the computer, type in the model numbers of all your devices, then you can pick which buttons control which devices. I love it because I can use the same remote for my living room and bedroom setups. You can just press a button and it changes the function of all the buttons on the remote for different devices/rooms (all picked by you using the very simple computer program). For example, I can set the "record" button to open Netflix, the volume buttons to control my soundbar, the favorites buttons to program favorite channels for my DirecTV box, etc. When I go to bed, I can just press a button on the top of the remote to change the button layout. Then, the record button records something on my bedroom DVR, the volume buttons control my TV volume, and I can set the favorites buttons for different channels (for example, I can set them to news channels in my bedroom and cartoon channels for the living room, etc.). This device is awesome if you need something that works for anything, or if you have a device that is not easily controlled by a universal remote. This remote is so easy to use and program, my 80 year old grandma did it with the one I bought her too.

Got this for my dad because his collection of remotes was getting ridiculous. The TV, sound system, cable, and bluray player but now there's just the one.

Can't recommend this remote enough. Easy to use, easy to reprogram and customize, everything about it is easy to use. It even worked on my Western Digital media player, which I wasn't expecting. It's been great to get rid of the army of remotes that was on my coffee table.

linked all the electronics I wanted and was reasonably priced. some of the buttons are not clearly marked or logically placed (same as with other brands)

I already have a Harmony 650, which recently got misplaced and still hasn't been found, so I decided to buy this less expensive model with a bit fewer functions to use until it shows up. I'm very happy with the 350. It's just as easy to program for various machines using the PC interface, and it's even easier to use. The 650 has an LCD screen with on-screen controls, which probably gives it more flexibilty to control a greater number of different machines at once and machine combinations. But the downside with that is you often have to scroll through multiple screens to get the function you want, plus when I'm not looking it always seems to revert to some kind of general menu screen so that when I hit the play or pause button for my Blu-Ray player, nothing happens, and then I realize the control switched the screen and I have to navigate thru 2 or 3 screens again to get back to the machine I need to control. Or the screen turns off without me telling it to. With the 350, there are programmable buttons to push to select the unit you want to control, which is a lot more straightforward and less subject to error, albeit less flexible. If you don't have more than 6 machines to use the remote with, I'd suggest you consider saving some money and go with the simpler 350.

It works great for what it advertises and has been super reliable. A little confusing when setting up but once we got it working it worked awesome.

Great item. Moved and lost the remote to my TV/DVDcombo. This university remote is easy to program and is very intuitive in the setup process.

I fully appreciate that this works with so many devices! It's a snap to plug in your TV model, video game console, or a wide variety of other devices to customize and sync controls to the remote. My beef is with actually syncing the remote... good luck getting it to work on Windows 10! There is some kind of corruption with the USB driver. I tried other cables, other USB ports (2.0 and 3.0), etc. It has been a source of endless frustration, and I finally gave up after an email exchange with Logitech. I have my buttons where I need them, but spent many hours trying to tweak and re-sync the settings with no luck. Internet forums are crawling with people with similar syncing issues in Windows 10 - please fix, Logitech! For this price, I would much rather have the app companion for my phone than a physical remote. However, this does the job turning on our Denon AV receiver, Xbox One, and Samsung TV.

Great remote. Very user friendly interface on the computer. One simple download and you can add your systems easily. No codes to look up.

Needed a remote to control all our devices to replace the DirecTV remote that the kids destroyed and this one was affordable and easy to set-up and use (I'm good with electronics but several family members aren't and they were able to catch on within minutes on how to use it). Getting another for my room.

This remote is easy to program. It has to be connected to a computer with internet to set it up. Search for your devices and "sinc" the remote- DONE! No lookimg up different codes and trying untill one works like our last universal. Buttons can be set to perform custom.functions or can learn from another remote.

When our Vizio 4K television updated we could not access apps and we’re told we had to order a new remote from Vizio. Went to my local Best Buy store and with the great customer service they had they suggested this remote. Works wonderful. We use it on both television sets.

Bought 350 to replace old 700 which was a higher grade model but a couple years old. 350 is much better in terms of turning on/off an equipment individually outside of set-up. Minor improvements but good adjustments. No screen does not bother me much. WIsh it had a light-up but I can deal with it.
