Works great, my only gripe is how difficult the battery compartment is to open. I'd recommend this to someone with strong hands.

We love it because we have a blu-ray play, surround sound, and Direct Tv and only need to use one remote. Pretty easy setup.

Overall good product. Works well and is easy to use. only gripe is that programming certain buttons doesnt work that well.

This device has allowed me to put aside three remotes from diverse manufacturers, not perfect, but close!

While spring cleaning I accidentally tossed out our remote control for our TV. So we made our way to the local Best Buy to get a replacement and picked up the Harmony Universal Remote. It was an easy set up and I actually like it better than the original remote that came with the TV.

I previously owned a Logitech 300 model for several years. The 350 is reasonably priced and simple and quick to setup through Logitech's website. It easily found my components (from a variety of manufactures) and configured my remote accordingly. It couldn't be any simpler.

Solidly built, I have one that I have been using for around 8 years and still works like brand new, and one I just bought. Has everything that most people need, very easy to program and set device profiles by hooking up to PC with the provided USB cord.

I'm generally pleased with the Harmony 350 remote. It does eliminate most of my other remotes with only a few functions that I have to use the original remotes for. I like the feel of the remote in my hands when using it and most of the layout for the buttons for each device are where they should be. The only thing that is a bit of a problem is I don't have a laptop computer or a desktop one either to download the codes for each device I want to control. I had to go to my brother-in-laws house to use his desktop computer to do everything. He's close thank goodness, but a hassle none the less every time I want to add a new device to control. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied overall with it's performance and convenience it provides for all my a/v equipment. That's why I only gave four stars instead of five, for the inconvenience when needing to add something else when you don't have a computer right by you to download the codes.

Needed to buy because TV I purchased came without one but once i program the remote it was smooth sailing.

I needed an all in one remote and this fit the bill. Easy set up and no problems handling all my devices.

I have a couple Harmony remotes and wanted a low cost one for a simple bedroom setup. The plus is that it uses the same programming structure as the more expensive remotes. It even allows you to learn from existing remotes and reprogram buttons as you choose. The biggest negative is that it doesnt seem to have great range. All in all, a good unit for the money.

Remote was simple to program. Everything that needed to be connected was easily connected. Capabilities and ease of use are terrific. Remote pricing also make it a terrific value. Had terrific help in the store and that is always the case with the Glen Burnie store.

Only keep track of one remote with this smart tv universal remote. Hook up to computer, program and use.

I needed a remote as a gift for a friend who is not very tech savvy. This model worked well for setting up a TV activity and setup was a breeze. But it would be nice to have maybe 1 or 2 other activities you can program without having to spend almost twice as much for the next model up.

I have the Harmony One in my Man-Cave which I love. The Harmony-350 allows me to have a simpler remote with similar features in my bedroom. This also is a good remote to give to house guests since it is not so complicated as the more advanced remotes (Harmony One).

Replacement remote for my VIZIO 24" it was available off the shelf and after a learning curve to download the required setup info, the Monitor is now paired with my HP ENVY x360 Laptop for a second viewer. Quite satisfied and very pleased how quickly the need was resolved. There is room for multiple remotes to be added to this device which will greatly reduce the need for a lot of handheld devices.

Easy to use, my husband told me how to use it while I was making dinner so I really wasn't paying attention. I had no problem figuring it out, he apparently had no problem setting it up (I didn't hear any yelling from him at the computer while he was doing it)

Very intimidating at first but love it. Very light weight. Wish the bottoms were a little bigger.

M roommate is tech challenged and I purchased this so he would not get confused on how to watch tv. It is very simple to set up and use. One button watch tv function works great for any one simply wanting to watch tv.
