This was a replacement universal remote for an older version Logitech remote that quit working when a soft drink was spilled in it. The set up for the new remote was simple because the information for my home AV system has been stored on the Logitech website all the years I had the previous remote. I just connected the remote to my computer with the supplied USB cable and loaded my device info. The new remote has light up keys which is nice. Unfortunately the keys for switching from TV to DVD are not illuminated. Overall I'm pleased with the functionality of the remote

This will be my fourth Harmony remote and wasn't ready to spend the $$ on the other model. After debating back and forth I decided to get a actual remote not the hub that converts your smartphone into a remote. After a few weeks of use I have to say it's working great! The only gripe I have is turning on the devices. There's a delay and have to wait till the activity is done. Other than that I love the remote, setup was a breeze and am a huge harmony fan.

This is a great remote that controls all your components. I went from 4 remotes down to 1. Super easy to use!

Awesome remote. Well worth every penny. Quit juggling the handful of remotes on your end table and live the good life. Online selection of components is great and the remote can even learn ancient, off-brand remote codes through the IR port at the bottom of the remote. Bought two...one for my father and one for my father-in-law. Easy to use not intimidating to older generations.

Was looking for a simple all in one remote and went with this simple one. Easy to use and quick set up.

If you only have 6 devices this is a great, relatively inexpensive remote--easy to program. I am interested in seeing how long the batteries last.

Does everything I need. TV, Receiver, Cable Box, and WD Media Player remotes into 1. One button push for any activity and shut down. Great Remote.

This is the best remote for the price. It's easy to setup and use. It can control up to 8 components. I recommend this remote to all of my customers.

This remote has been a great solution for getting rid of our multiple remote problem. My family really enjoys the one touch activities so they don't have to remember what to turn on and what input to set everything to. I would recommend this remote as a cheaper solution to the pricey touch screen remotes.

I bought this remote after buying the more complex Logitech with the digital touch screen. That one was too busy and would mess up if you accidentally touched the screen. This Logitech is perfect and has all the functions you need to control many devices. I like it has the number pad on it and easy access to rewind and fast forward. Easy setup also.

Setup was very easy after downloading the app to my Mac. The remote is still learning after a month so experiencing challenges with consistency of setup e.g. turning cable box and TV on at the same time and TV being put on the right HDMI port. Not too much of an issue for me because the help button is very effective. Concern if I'm not here and someone else is using the remote and does not know the setup when they have to use the help option.

It works great, however it requires a tech person if you are not. It's my second one and a newer model..... The old one still works but my dog put a hole in the screen so thought it would be time. It's nice to use only one remote for everything but I learned later that there is another remote for more advanced equipment and costs several hundred dollars more . So depending on your system should determine the right remote for you.

With real buttons and a touchscreen, this combines the best of both worlds. Having real buttons lets you press buttons without having to look, but having the touchscreen lets things be programmable, too! You can program this device easily from a webpage that contains almost every television, DVD player, Blu-ray player, and so on imaginable. I have used several different versions of this over the years, and they have all been excellent.

I have one in my living room and one in the basement - each controls a different set of devices that make up my 2 entertainment systems, the ability to modify the settings via an online app makes it easy to manage - and the activities let you have the device control multiple things from the default key settings based on activity -- i.e. watch a movie activity the play pause and stop buttons control my xbox, while the volume keys work with my sound bar - this way i dont have to switch back and forth to different devices - very convenient.

It was easy to program, but takes getting use to. You push one button to turn on a sequence of devices which is nice, but if you don't have the remote pointed in the direction of each device you are trying to turn on it doesn't always turn them all on. The remote has a help button that walks you through the steps to correct any issues which works great.

I got this Harmony to replace our old one we had for several years...the buttons were wearing out from so much use over the years. I choose this model because it had great reviews and it was most similar to our old one (659H). Installing / transferring the old software to control our current devices (4) was simple and everything worked the way it should. This model was a little longer and thinner than the pervious one, but it actually had a better and more balanced feel. So great to have ONE REMOTE to control everything!

Once you go to the website and enter all the needed info working it is a snap. I retired 3 remotes with this one. It's intuitive to the point if a product doesn't change its input the remote prompts you until it's corrected. Only warning I would give is be sure all your devices are compatible. I still need my Amazon fire tv remote because it not a line of sight type remote. Still I'm hopeful for a future update to correct this.

Great purchase and well worth the price of less than $75. I have had to experiment but have found it easy to use. Recommend this highly

This is a wonderful remote overall. I have used this remote as well as the prior model (600) for several years. I am overall very pleased with the ease of use. The programming interface is a little archaic, but workable. Since this was a replacement it was easy to setup this remote with the settings from my prior remote. One thing which aggravates me about the Logitech remotes is that the buttons will stop functioning over time from use. This takes quite some time for it to occur (1.5 to two years or so), but it always occurs. I have used Logitech remotes for over 8 years now and am really pleased with them, as well as their support. But I wish they would make the switches for their buttons a little more long lasting. The buttons on this newer version of the 650 model appear to be better but only time will tell. But, since I got this on sale over the holidays, I am very pleased with the price and its performance and look forward to using it for the next two years or longer(probably) with no problems.

Easy to program. Easy to use. Help button to fix a glitch if the one button activity function doesn't execute. Highly recommend to everyone
