My Geek Squad double agent taught me to use the remote after he programmed it and no problems.

I purchased this remote to replace my harmony 650. The process to transfer the activities from the old remote was very easy. I also like the design of the new remote.

This remote is a dream come true for me and my family. Finally, we don't have to search for every other remote to control each individual device. Setup was easy, software was easy to install and navigate.

I bought this to replace my old Logitech Harmony One that had a damaged screen. Since they no longer offer the Harmony One, and the replacement unit is more like a touch-screen phone or Windows 8 screen, I decided to go lower tech, and at much less cost. I was able to use my prior Logitech on line set up for the controls, so it was a breeze to set up the remote. I find it easy to use, with only a slight sensitivity issue with the "OK" button. (I just have to be quick and gentle when activating the button) Works well with all of my components and after two months of regular use the AA batteries are still working fine.

Tried to convert an old IPad as a universal remote and found the applications worthless after spending 50 bucks....Purchased this for the same price and it's totally awesome easy to program and works with all of my home theater devices....even my wife loves it!

New tv, new surround sound, old blu ray and new sub woofer. Changing from the tv and cable to Netflix and Amazon Prime was a problem, until we got this remote. The ease of the change is wonderful. No extra remotes needed and even the grand children can do it.

We had the exact remote only an older model... Had the older model for several years so we decided to get the same product ... Easy to use and well worth the money ..

I have owned other universal remotes that took literally hours to set up and still didn't work great. Most of it is set up through your computer. Very easy to use as well. I would definitely recommend this awesome remote. I picked it up for a great deal at $39. But is well worth the $79

My wife and grand kids can now control everything with one remote. I am no longer frustrated on not being able to find one of four remotes needed. The easy set up via the internet was the best. Should have done this earlier.

I had to buy this to replace my old Harmony 650 because i use it so myce the buttons were wearing down. Easy setup/program and works on older equipment. This remote also has great range. the only down side is that it eats up batterys with its light up screen.

So many devices these days, so many remotes. This works perfect for combining all the remotes I have into one. Some of the more "sophisticated" remotes were having issues, but this one delivers!

Great remote for all your TV needs except for the Amazon Fire. It does not work for that like promised. Other than that, the remote cuts down on the multitude of remotes needed and is easy to set up and use.

This is a great universal remote. It uses 2 AA batteries instead of a charging cable. The batteries last a long time and it's easy to configure with the Harmony application/website. I have two of these, one for each of our family rooms.

There's nothing too flashy about this remote, but it gets the job done. It can control most devices and is very handy to have once you get used to your custom button assignments.

This remote replaces a six and one-half year old Logitech - Harmony 650 Remote. Activating the new remote was as simple as syncing the new remote. It It was easy to get the remote functioning quickly. It has worked very well.

I have a receiver, blue ray, comcast service and H.D. T.v. All are scyn'd and I only need to point and click. Watch movie, I can watch dvd's or NetFlix, ect. I can point and click and watch t.v. Cable. Woohoo! Love it!

You can program everything to one remote. Great!!!!
