Very nice little remote. I had another Harmony Remote with recharging capability and touch screen. The remote was sat on and the screen died. The Harmony 650 8-Device Universal Remote is simple, tough and controls all my devices without loosing any features. I highly recommend this remote if you want a simple, user-friendly solution.

This universal remote works well. I have it programmed for my home theater and on most days i have no issues with it. Sometimes i need to use the fix button because it does not turn on my stereo. Then it will work fine again for a few months. Overall it controls all my devices without issue and works well.

This is my fourth Harmony remote to date and the first time with this model. This remote uses new MyHarmony software whereas my previous remote still uses Harmony Remote Software 7. Not a good idea to have both software running, it has issues recognizing the attached remote. Otherwise, it's a great remote and I can't see ever having to use remotes other than Logitech Harmony, it's just very reliable and a pleasure to use.

Easy to program; easy to use; great value; wonderful!

It takes a little practice setting it up and using it but once you get the idea it’s so much better than having 5 remotes. The step by step program really made it a lot easier than I expected. I love that I was able to program the remote to turn on any combination of my receiver, tv, Blu-ray and cable box with a touch of a button. I was also able to program the remote to change my receiver to the correct output for my Apple TV, although that still requires the Apple remote. Though rare the remote will glitch at start up from time to time but there is a help button on it that takes you device by device to fix the issue or worst case, just turn all off and back on and that will definitely fix it. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

The setup was very easy via the USB cable that was included. Works very well with all devices.

Good Product For Both Price And Functionality/Support.

I have always wanted a Harmony Remote since I saw one in action. The remote is comfortable to operate and is compatible with almost everything on the market. I have 4 devices setup on the remote which makes the coffee table a little less cluttered. The one thing that really is great about this remote is that you do not lose any buttons from the original remote. So all the buttons and functions that you love about the original device remote will still cross over to this remote. This is done with the software that the Harmony uses to sync your devices. The process is super easy but it can be a little tricky, I had to set it up twice to get it working correctly. Overall the remote is great and it does what I need it to do. It also looks great and gives you everything you need on one remote.

This remote does it all with a single button. It can be programmed to work with every one of my devices and with one button everything needed to watch TV will be turned on and set to the proper input. My tv will turn on along with my sound bar and my att device. When I want to switch to a movie a quick press of a button will change the input on my tv, turn on the DVD player and turn off my cable box. It is great.

After bursting into a fit of rage one day trying to turn the TV on at my father's house while cycling through 5 remotes, I decided to save our relationship by purchasing this remote for him for Christmas. We haven't ironed out all the kinks yet, but so far we're down to now only one and a half remotes for normal viewing.

This universal remote was one of the few that would work with the ENERGY Soundbar. Additionally, since this remote connects to your computer via USB, you can be assured that as new products are released this remote's capabilities will grow to meet that need.

Once programmed to include all your electronic devices (tv, cable/sat. box, soundbar, DVD player, etc.) the one remote replaces all individual remotes - unbelievably easy to use - actually dummy proof - even has a button to correct any problems with any device - the Geek Squad guy set mine up - if you have minimum computer knowledge I am sure you could log into the product website and do it yourself

This is the best remote I have ever used! It really doesn't matter what kind of entertainment device you have or how old it is. The keep a comprehensive list of all model numbers for just about every device you can think of; they have the exact setting for the exact device because you put in the model number when you set up the remote. Setting up the remote is a sinch however; one problem I ran into was that I had to boot my computer in Safe Mode with networking before I could get the software to run like it should, in order to set up the remote. (FYI it only happens on windows 10 so try that if you are having problems setting it up; however they might have fixed it by now I just don't know) Definitely, by this makes life easy, So easy to use, and that was a must because I set this up for my not tech savvy friend to use and she loves it!

I got tired of having 5 remotes laying everywhere. Soundbar,tv,surround sound,direct tv,blu ray player was all replaced with this one remote. I wish I would have bought this years ago. I love how everything is seemless. I thought I'd still have to be referring back to my old remotes to do something but not the case. If there something very specific I have to do I can still refer back to my old remote. Few simple features I love about it. When I lift up the remote it turns the back lights on. The whole remote is lit up. Not just certain buttons. Also the activity buttons are awesome. You can press the tv button and it turns on my lg sound bar then my tv then my direct tv box. If I press the movie button it turn on my Sony blu Ray player then my denon surround sound then my tv then put it in the correct input mode on my tv and my denon receiver. It's awesome. Worth the money!!!!!

I have a couple of these remotes in the house. They are wonderful! very easy to configure and work great for controlling multiple systems. The only draw back is that you need to keep the remote pointed at the devices for a few seconds, making sure that everything powers on or off accurately. However, if things get out of sync, very easy to correct with the individual devices section of the remote.

I've owned 4 Harmony remotes (plus numerous other brands) and they are by far the easiest to set up. The model 650 is the best option for most people: the newer more expensive models are either overly delicate or only work with RF instead of infrared/IR (theoretically RF is better because not line of sight, but practically most devices are IR only). If you have a home theater setup, you need one of these.
