My second Harmony remote. This one replaces my old Harmony one remote. It was incredibly easy to program and move my Harmony one activiities to the new remote ( i didn't have to enter my devices model numbers). I also like that fact that it takes AA bateries rather than the rechargeable battery that the Harmony One had and was expensive and difficult to replace. The new remote is also much lighter.

I have a number of items that must be turned on for my entertainment center to work correctly. This one remote, which replaced an older model that got crushed, replaced 5 remotes that I would need to use everytime I want to do something as simple as watch tv. If I change a component, all I have to do is hook the remote up to my computer, and with a few key and mouse entries, I'm updated. Works great.

Awesome remote, and virtually perfect. There are a few small things I wish I could configure such as changing the sequence of activities on the screen, so that I could move the most used activities to first page. Also, shortcuts to certain Roku apps would have been great. Even without these features, this remote is compatible with all the devices I own including Xbox One and works great!

Once the remote is setup, geek squad did in my case, the use is very easy. Basically one button to watch TV, another to watch Movies on the Blue Ray player and another for the Wii so on. No longer do you have to have multiple remotes laying around. I don't use the other functions of my TV that relate to the smart functions, if I did I would have to have one additional remote to my understanding.♦

I bought the remote because I added a sound bar to my TV and wanted to control everything with one remote. I was able to set up the remote but had some difficult with the sound. The Logitech tech person was fantastic. She led me through the entire process. She even helped me program the Google Chromecast on the remote. The remote has many features. I was able to program 20 favorite channels.

Some of the programming was a little confusing because I had to customize the settings some and it I can't seem to get it to work exactly like I would want it to work, but it does replace using 4 separate remotes, there are just a few extra steps. Overall, we really like it and are glad we decided to purchase it.

We had the Geek Squad set this controller up for us. At a push of a button we can watch TV, DVD player and online apps (i.e. Netflix), or listen to iPod Music, and control our Surround Sound. The controller is simple enough that our 10 yr old granddaughter can watch her DVDs and take appropriate actions.

I have tried lower end Harmony remotes in the past and I have had trouble connecting all my devices. That was not the case with this one. Less than 10 minutes to configure devices and it works perfectly. The only downside would be that it doesn't control the PS4 and Apple TV as much as their own remotes do.

Bought this for my mother-in-law. The software can be a little confusing but I've used it before. Once set up, the remote controlled all her equipment and I was able to set up a macro to change her audio settings for one of the activities. It replaced 4 remotes and should work well for her for a long time.

While getting a new TV this remote came up in conversation. I love that it handles everything. The idiot box, dvd, xbox, surround sound. You name it it is covered. The only problem I have is when you grab the remote and it lights up it doesn't light up the top section so you can see where to hit the TV button.

Works well once you get it set up. Be patient - it takes a while but once set up it works well. It is so nice having only one remote. It does need to have direct access to the device - doors/cabinets make it seem like it doesn't work sometimes - just need to remember to have the pathway clear. Nice tool!

This remote is amazing for controlling different devices at once but the battery's died fast and the charger would not charge them... Had to replace the device and same thing happen to the second one... Overall it's wonderful to have if you have multiple devices but keep lots of battery's on hand...

This is actually the third remote I have bought for different rooms in my house. It sets up easily from my computer without having to page through pages of codes hoping that you pick the right one. Lets you review and modify the setups to meet your individual needs. It controls the devices in a way that anyone can figure out how to watch TV, a movie, stereo just by reading the display screen.

I took 3 remotes out of my living room & replaced them with the Harmony. It's really amazing. You hook it up to a computer with a USB cable and you can program the remote in minutes. I was skeptical because of the price, but I absolutely love it! My wife can now operate our home theater system that required the use of all 3 remotes at one time or another. But no more. Just one remote for me.

The question I asked myself when I first saw these remotes is why? I mean the cost just doesn't justify the ownership, or so I thought? Fast forward several years later and imagine my surprise when the solution to my cumbersome remote collection was this little beauty. Super easy to use and setup, plus it makes the wife happy not having to figure out all the different remote controls.

I have bought a number of the Harmony remotes and overall I can't complain especially with this model. Easy to program (I just wish it didn't force you to be online to configure), and pretty durable. I have dropped it a number of times and unlike my Harmony One, it hasn't broken. Great with kids around.

Excellent remote to have if you have multiple entertainment devices and want to eliminate having to use all those remotes just to watch a movie. After the initial setup on the Harmony website, with a press of a single button will turn on all the devices and change to the correct inputs for the activity desired-watch a movie, listen to Ipod, listen to radio,etc. Highly recommended.
