Nice remote, but there is room to improve

The only issue I have had is it will sometimes get stuck where it will only allow me to "turn off all device" and then I can start again and "watch tv". Otherwise I really like the way it works with my TV, DVD, XBOX 360 and Directv DVR.

Good remote just a little cumbersome to set up

Especially getting some televisions to switch to the right input. Also, it's a bit pricey. However, I can't live without it so... overall it's a buy.

Love Harmony remotes!

I will always buy a Harmony remote over any other Universal remote. Super simple to set up and it does practically everything! Comfortable in your hand too.

Technician (Andrew) who set it up was very professional and was an excellent instructor in teaching me how to use it. He was very patient as I asked questions during training. He showed me how to sue all my components with this new device. customer service is so important today. I have been very pleased with the products I've purchased from Best Buy.
