This remote is quite capable of handling most consumer needs of replacing multiple remote with one. Harmony has made the programming so easy everyone can become a "geek". Their Activites set - such as watch TV, Listen to Music or anything you want to configure - works like a champ and takes only minutes to set up.

This thing is fantastic, I only have to use one remote now.

We had to have the Geek Squad set up everything for us, including programming this device. It makes sense to have it so that we don't have to use as many remotes. However, we are still using several other remotes because this one doesn't seem to have everything we need on it.

Great control, easy to set up and program up to five devices.

I just followed the simple setup instructions and it worked

Last of the tactile remotes from logitech, if you can still fine one...the Harmony ONE is the remote to get. I don't care for the touch remotes at all and last I heard Logitech is looking to get out of the remote business so hopefully the next owner will make things right.

The Harmony 650 was a breeze to program,just hook it to your computer,go to their website and follow the instructions. This remote replaced four of my current remotes, which is great,no more searching for them. There are some functions this remote can't duplicate but overall I really like this remote.

It was a tad complicated to set this up considering most of my electronics I purchased this for are mounted on walls. Once I was able to get models etc it was ok, but for some reason it disconfigured itself had to reconnect to computer.

A great multifunction remote able to handle multiple components as a function. The only reason that I did not rate it the highest in all categories is due to the fact that some functions don't work with my LG Blu-Ray. I'm going to try to reload the Blu-Ray player with updated info from the Harmony website. However, I highly recommend this item

I was trying to keep track of tv, sound and Roku remotes. Was able to put all three into storage! Make sure you check Logitech website to see if your Roku device works with this remote. The streaming sticks do not!

Since I had on old Harmony 650 and only needed to clone the set up data to my new one it would have been nice to have a method where my computer would download the old settings and the upload to the new one directly without going on line.

Easy to configure and the device is quite intuitive to use

Great item but my issue was with the price. The price decreased $15 within 2 days of me ordering this and the store would not allow me to get a price match. Very sour experience over 15 bucks especially since I am an elite plus member.

May work better with newer tv, DVD etc. older items seem to have an issue. Does not work much at all with Harmon-Kardon SB 16 system but have found tips online to fix and is most likely issue with the sound system rather than the remote. Overall happy with the purchase.

Was highly recommended by two friends. I'm as tech-savvy as them, if not more. Yet, the pairing process was frustratingly slow. Took more than 45 minutes to do what were supposed to be 3 simple steps - download software on my Mac, register, pick my devices (TV, Xbox & SoundBar) and complete pairing. By the time it was done, I was already half-minded to return it. To make matters worse, my TV IR is slightly blocked by SoundBar so at times when I switch to "Watch TV", the TV would not get the signal but SoundBar will turn on. Then, when I switch off, TV might turn on and SoundBar will be off. So certainly not usable if some of your devices don't have clear line of sight for IR 100% of the time.
