love love love this remote. You can use your iPhone to control the TV from anywhere in the home. Ex. Someone leaves the TV on downstairs, simple turn it off from your phone. Something doesn't turn on push help and it walks you through all the steps....it is wonderful!

overall a wonderful way to combine all your remotes into one. My set-up went fairly smooth and if you follow the instructions it is not that difficult to program. I love the way it knows which devices to turn on for each activity such as watching TV, a movie or just listening to music. If you don't have that many devices then a smaller unit might work for you. mine will take the place of up to 5 remotes.

The set up can be confusing if you're not computer savvy. It does a good job of walking you through the steps if you know what you're doing though. You must set up a Harmony Account to be able to use the remote and their website is less than perfect to use. After about 45 minutes of frustration, I got the remote set up perfectly and now I love it. I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a high-end universal remote, but at a very cheap price. I paid $40 on sale and love it at that value.

This remote controls up to 8 devices with simple activity buttons (Watch TV, Watch a Movie, Listen to Music etc. This model works best with 3 to 5 activities. It's easy to setup if you know your component model #'s and how they are connected. It's still IR (line of site) remote, so you need hold it while it completes starting an activity. More advanced Logitech Harmony models are RF for closed cabinet equipment. Best Buy has great sales on this remote and for the price you can't go wrong.

Everything I wanted. Backlight is bright enough for me to see at night in bed. Controls DVD, ps3(w adaptor), tv, and surround system. Great product. Second harmony I own now.

Set up was easy using my laptop and all my devices work Fine. I programmed it for multiple rooms. The only issue I had was it would not sync to 100% after multiple attempts. But it still works perfectly.

This remote control takes a little to configure (actually an internet connection and a cable to sync), but it does it with little effort for the user that wants more that a generic "universal remote" can do.

This was a great product for the money. It programs very well to all IR devices, and seems to run seamlessly with xbox, most tv models, and my cable box. The MyHarmony program makes it incredibly easy to manage the settings on this remote.

Had a Logitech remote and the kids finally destroyed it after over 10 years. This remote is even better, more ergonomic, and a breeze to program my 5 devices from different brands. Highly recommended!

This is our second Logitech universal remote. It's much like our first one. It was very easy to setup and is very easy to use. I highly recommend. (and it didn't hurt to find out that our local Bet Buy uses this exact model for all their TVs in the store).

I've had several Logitech remotes, and they keep getting better. The Internet site to program is much better than the old software. I also bought the PS3 adapter and it works well for movies. No complaints.

This remote was recommended by the Best Buy Associate helping us build our home theater system. The Geek Squad set it up and it is simple to use. Love how it troubleshoots minor problems and corrects them. So much better than having six remotes floating around.

The remote works as described and is extremely easy to program. Software for programming is simple to use. Doesn't work with Amazon fire TV, but besides that it's a really good simple all in one remote.

I didn't like the design at first when I saw these on the shelf. I had an older one and thought it looked better in form and function. But this one lights up in an orange light and every button is easy to read. The programming function is simple enough, and even controls Roku. All buttons are working, and the screen gives me additional functions like the * on the Roku remote. I got this version because I have about a couple dozen AA eneloops around my house so swapping batteries is not an issue. I do think the low battery warning comes a little early, but other than that this remote has been great.

This remote is very user friendly and easy to use/understand. After purchasing the model 3x the price of this one and having numerous problems we "downgraded" to this remote and are extremely happy.

this took care of all our remote control problems... We are down to just one remote that controls our TV, cable box dvr, and sound bar. No need for five remotes lying around. No need to pick up 3 different remotes just to turn the TV and sound bar on and off...

Not exactly flawless but customer support is fantastic and they help resolve issues quickly. Even works with our 20 year old kenwood stereo system!

We have cable television along with soundbars on each of our TV's. We have always struggled to get the cable company's remotes to work properly. This was one of the easiest setups and each location worked right the first time. Definitely worth the money!

i dint really know abut this till my tech told me to get one and get rid of all remote control around me and it was one of the best advise. now i just need to press one bottom and all what need to be set, are ready. no hassle, no mess of all remotes. love it

No that we've had a "break-in" period with this remote, I am really enjoying it. You have to bounce around a bit on the keypad(s) to navigate the screen but once you figure it out it's really pretty nice.
