I had a Harmony One before but the touch screen cracked. I was afraid I would crack another touch screen so I decided to get this cheaper model. Works great, set-up was a breeze, and I like the AA battery option better than the charging dock.

Setup is a breeze once you sign upto the Logitech site. Works well with all devices. The problem comes when the remote gets a big jolt due to accidental fall. It would not respond after. Has happened once so far and took a replacement of new battery to get it working again. The buttons could have been bit bigger.and the screen a wee bit bigger so I do not have to scroll thru upto 5 pages to get to some commands of a bluray player. But at $60, a good buy.

I love how easily you can set up and customize this remote. There is no codes to finds, just type in your model numbers, and it will program it for you. The "activities" feature is nice.

I love these remotes. At one time (about 7 years ago) the coffee table contained a remote for the cable box, tv, dvd, rook and receiver. To watch a program I had to turn on the receiver, tv and cable box. Three remotes to do one thing. My wife hated it. There had to be a better way. That is when I discovered the Logitech (Harmony) remotes. I purchased my first, the Harmony One on sale at BestBuy. I had no clue on how to use it, what it would take to make it work or how it worked. I was just hoping. Well after a few miss steps in programming, I was sold. Now when my wife wants to watch Hulu she has to push one button and the remote turns on the Roku and the Receiver. We have two in our house (950 and 750). This one was purchased for a friend whose coffee table was cluttered with numerous remotes. He loves it and this is the perfect entry remote to see if the Harmony will work for you. You will hear some complaints that programming the remote is a pain, and it can be if you do not have patience. It is a piece of technology and is therefore prone to human error. The online walk through is straight forward. Should a problem arise, customer service is just a phone call away. They are great. Once I had a problem that I could not resolve. Instead of calling I emailed the problem and outlined what I wanted to accomplish. They fixed it at their end and the next time I used the remote, they had programmed my remote to address the issue. Get one, be patient and use customer service.

My harmony. 650 -8 universal remote is excellant I have a smart tv and in no way computer savvy this remote makes it so easy for me to learn about all the features of my tv thank you Adam my geek squad advisor this helped me so much

These Harmony remotes (I have the 650 and 700 series) are the best universal remote you can buy for the price. They have a huge database of TV's, DVD players, Game consoles, etc that can be loaded from their online setup which makes these compatible with about anything. We aren't just talking about simple On/Off functions either, they will have custom buttons programmed into the screen for that console or unit as well. I will never buy another type of remote unless it says Logitech and Harmony on it.

I was one of those people with a million different devices in my living room with a remote to go with each one of them. But no more!! The harmony remote was compatible with each one of my devices and the setup was as easy as you could ask for. I can now push one button and turn everything on and off with a single push. Having the remote compatible with my HTPC was also a plus allowing me to get rid of my DVR and save some cash every month using my HTPC. This is a great device and highly recommend it to every tech enthusiast out there. Go out and buy it now!!

I bought this remote for my parents who don't want to deal with multiple remotes. They are both 65+, and it's really easy to use. It self troubleshoots, also, when it needs to and that is an added bonus to the slew of features available.

I'm not very computer savvy but instructions are easy and set-up a breeze. Worked flawlessly with TV,Receivers,Apple TV,CD player and easy to switch between functions. Finally, my wife is able to use the entertainment center without me home!

Geek squad told me to buy it and they would come back tomorrow to set it up with tv and my shelf system and cable. It works great but I find myself using the cable remote still.

I was impressed by the reviews on this remote, so took a chance and purchased one. So far I really like it. And as soon as I figure out some of the other things it does(I'm not a techy guy) I'm sure I'll be even more pleased with it!

Works seamlessly with our Fios DVR, Samsung smart TV and Vizio sound system! Only thing we couldn't hook it up to was or Amazon Fire TV box and that was fine because I had expected that but I'm so happy to only have one remote now!

Most universals either can't control everything, are too hard to operate, or are too hard to program (ie requiring "learning" key-by-key from each original remote. Logitech has a great solution here that uses the cloud to avoid all this. You input your model numbers, answer some questions about how the components are connected and off you go. The great thing is that if you need to change/rewire anything, just change it in the software and it recalculates the programming! This is way better than re-recording every macro. It also figures out the minimal sequence to get from, say, TV watching to DVD watching. No more telling the family to "turn everything off first so that the macros will work". I have been a big fan of URC remotes over the years, but this one is just simpler, easier to use, and works better.

I've had 5 or 6 logitech harmony remotes, and this is one of my favorite ones. Even on the low end of the pricing spectrum, it has a nice blend of features I like. Easy one handed operation, hard keys and a screen. I would recommend it.

Synced all my devices without issues and it has been working great. The programmable features are not too bad to setup and seems pretty sturdy. I would definitely recommend this.

I previously owned a harmony and loved it; however, when it broke, I was unwilling to pay the cost again. I learned of this remote which is very affordable and it has all the functions that I used on the previous more technical model.

My 10 year old high end remote went out and I really didn't want to spend the high dollar for one of those again. This remote does everything that one did, just without the touchscreen. No big deal. Very easy to set up. Highly recommend.

This was the only universal remote that would work with our older T.V and newer electronics. Very easy to program. All we had to do was plug it into the computer and enter the serial number on the back of the T.V. and it programmed the remote

With our old TV, I was certain that some masochistic engineer had stayed up nights to design a remote that was so complicated as to be incomprehensible. This remote is so simple that even an adult can learn to use it in moments.

I went to purchase the more expensive remote but decided on this one which was a bit cheaper but seemed to have the same functions. It works great and was able to import the setting a from my other Logitech remote that I had broken.
