This was a replacement to an older Logitech remote. It was MUCH easier to set up (walked me right through it), it is very intuitive, and has been overall a much better remote than the older one - which was four or five times more expensive than this one. The price is great for what it is/does. I have already recommended this remote!

The ok button should be much larger. All functions not available for Uverse

This remote has made it so easy to command the TV. We can effortlessly switch from our Sat Provider to the Smart Hub.

I have gone through many smart remotes, a few from Logitech. This one by far is the easiest to program & use. Programming is done with your PC, not the remote itself. One button performs multiple functions - like turn on your TV + cable box + speaker amp all at once.

Firstly, this is a VERY capable remote. It has presets for thousands of devices. Devices ranged from 20+ year old receiver to brand new amp, an OEM android box and a FLIRC for a raspberry pi; it had settings for them all. Helped me recover features that were inaccessible when the OEM remote died for which other universal remotes could only learn - which is not possible with a dead OEM remote! Only quibble is that you MUST use a computer to set it up. Adding devices is EASY. customizing the layout, setting which device handles volume, etc, etc is not intuitive and you really have to read the help, google and play with the setup software. Bottom line: EXCELLENT remote that will control just about ANYTHING but have a computer ready and be prepared to spend a few hours with it to get the full potential out of it.

Awesome, easy, and intuitive remote for various components. A must have when you have a separate surround system.

Great product for price and Harmony has always been easy to program and use

This device enables me to eliminate several other remotes and control all devices at the same time. It is convenient.

This remote was easy to set up. Don't start until you have gathered all your model numbers. I like being able to choose "Watch Movie", etc., and the remote activates the proper equipment, yet sometimes it must leave out a step because I have to give it a second chance through the Help button. I wish I knew what the other options on the display pertain to but with no detailed instructions, I am probably not getting full benefit of the remote. My biggest gripe - the display does not stay lit long enough. I have to keep tilting the remote while I am using it. But I would recommend it to others.

So easy to set up if you follow the step by step directions. Easy to use if you know your equipment (some family need technical tutoring). It's great that it learns the equipment and what it takes to get it working like it should. I love it and would recommend it to any average consumer with moderately technical audio/video setup.

Overall I like the universal remote. Its not too pricy, its convenient having all the functions on one remote and it has a nice ergonomical shape which makes it easy to hold. What I don't like is too frequently it doesn't turn on my sound bar and I get no sound until I go into the Help Assistant and have it fix the sound problem. It's quite annoying. Overall its not a bad universal remote.

I love this thing! Total life-changer for us couch-potatoes. I can control my Xbox, TV apps, and Cable box seamlessly with 1 button for each system, as it turns off the systems u are not using. Sometimes it delays a little, but you start to figure it out better later.

Overall great purchase for the price! I would absolutely purchase it again!

The controller works very well with simple inputs. Have used for over one month and have had no problems whatsoever.

Instructions were complete and it is easy to use. Wish I had purchased one sooner. Recommend to all of my friends.

I was very happy with the ease of set up and use. We went from 4 remotes down to 1 without any loss in functionality.

Simple to set up, the battery use rather than rechargeable feature on the more expensive remotes is a benefit to me since the battery is simple and the remote is always usable. We had no trouble setting it up for separate activities - TV, Bose system, DVD player, Wii, Sirius. This is a good value for a single remote system.

Very easy to set up - download the software, plug in via USB, pick your devices and customize functions, and wait for everything to sync. Up and running without having to hold down any crazy button combinations or punch in random IR codes on the remote trying to find the right one for your device.
