The print on the remote is sooooo small it is difficult to read, especially without bright light, but now that I've memorized the places of the buttons it is easier to use.

I've had an old Universal Remote that I've begun to grow a little tired of, so it seemed like a good time to begin looking for a new one. Since getting the Logitech 650, I've been very pleased. I was able to program all of my components to my system into the remote and the ability to build events is very friendly. I have an Oppo Blu-Ray player and that didn't work very well. I was able to manually put all of the buttons and commands into the 650 and it's been smooth sailing since then. I like tinkering with things a little and was concerned that the remote would not be very customizable. I'm happy to report that you can alter quite a bit with the My Harmony app and the online alterations. In short, this is a great remote at a great price.

This remote has replaced 5 different remotes that I previously needed to use to enjoy my home theater set up. Logitech allows you to fine tune the remote buttons even further to make various processes even easier.

This is a very convenient remote and the software is easy to use to program it but also very flexible. This remote is very capable! Love it! Haven't found anything it can't work with yet!

I've been a Logitech Harmony user for years with the Harmony 350 remote. I decided to upgrade to the Harmony 650. This remote is very similar to the Harmony 350 with the addition of the screen and more robust control. I especially like how the activities work on this remote. When using an activity like Watch TV you can program commands for any device. It takes a little work + trial and error, but I've mapped out the buttons so that virtually all my favorite commands for all my devices are mapped out. No need to switch to different devices to make adjustments. I can even put my favorite tv channels w/ the logo on the screen. Purchased on sale for $55, this model offers way more features and tweaks than the lower model which is over $40.

This remote was the best thing we purchased for our system. Very user friendly. I can run my whole entertainment system with only one remote. although it was a little pricey and the batteries go dead fast.

This is my second one of these remotes. After two or three years my original one failed... but that was more about my butter-fingers and slamming on the tile floor than it was build quality. When programming my replacement, it was as simple as syncing with my computer for the settings I already set up from the previous remote and I was up n' running within minutes. The screen is clear and the buttons/interface is very intuitive. It also functions a lot more reliably than the remote that came with my FiOS box —which says a lot, being a third-party device. If you don't need RF then this is an excellent choice for you. Oh, it also works very well with Apple TV and PS3 (when you purchase the Bluetooth adapter).

This is the 2nd Logitech remote I have purchased and both are great. Easy to set-up and the control all my audio/video equipment with one remote.

Easy to program, easy to use with all devices. Had to buy it because the remote that came with the TV sucks. Like it so much I bought a second one so my wife and I aren't fighting over the remote.

This Harmony remote has great functionality and easy setup for a very affordable price. It is nice to put all of my other remotes in a drawer!

This universal remote is great! It is easily programmed using the Logitech software, and we've had the same remote before, so I was able to log into my account and download the program quickly and had it ready to go in literally 5 minutes! It allows you to program by function (like "watch TV", "watch a movie", "listen to music", etc.) which makes it a lot easier. Really easy to use for the non-techies in your life :) I give this my highest recommendation.

My husband & I received this as a wedding gift and we LOVE it!! He loves the programming part of it, and I love that it works EVERYTHING!! For a couple of nerds... it's a great gift to receive!!

This is my first Harmony remote. It was recommended to me by an already user of this remote. The ease of set up is incredible. In a matter of minutes I had set up four activities. It actually took me longer to gather the information on the model numbers of my devices than it did to program the remote. The menu for each activity allows me to control everything needed for that activity. The Blu-ray activity even allows me to remotely open and close the disc drawer, something that is not on the device's remote. I highly recommend this remote.

This is the best remote purchase I've ever made. Brought home plugged usb cable in laptop, went to provided website and downloaded my products into remote. Was using 5 Minutes later. Great purchase

At first I balked at the price of the remote but decided to try it. Glad I did! This remote seamlessly operates the TV, DirecTV system and the 3D Blue Ray DVD player. Best universal remote ever!

Great remote and is fairly easy to setup. It may require some tweaking of the activity setups. Once it's setup, it works flawlessly. Great product at a great price. Well worth the money.

Bought this to replace an older Harmony 360 remote. The Harmony remotes are so easy to setup and use. Everything is based on the Activity, so if you want to watch tv, then you hit the TV button, and it turns everything on, and sets all inputs appropriately. The database of devices is also large, so chances are you won't find something that they don't already have. There's also plenty of options to personalize the remote to fit specific needs, which is always nice.

The Harmony 650 is the fourth such remote I've purchase. The previous three, Harmony 600, I bought from my local Sam's Club. These have been reliable in every way. The 650 is the next Generation with 4 color screen and keys of higher contrast. Aside from the color changes to the display and the keyboard, I see no difference in the two remotes. EASE of SETUP: An on-line account at Logitech lets you add any number and (most) types of remote. in the not too distant past, Logitech required a separate account for each remote. In the end, the programing is a bit tedious but the results are spot on. EASE of USE: 4 apple TVs. 4 DirecTV boxes and 4 Televisions. One of my four remotes is maxed with 5 devices. The Scenario method is the most sane and easiest avenue to program a remote. Really. Programming remains resident on the remote memory between battery changes. DURABILITY: There is no battery gage on the remote therefore, If the remote seems to send intermittent/wonky commands to the receiving devices, it is time to replace batteries. This is despite the remote screen is operational. I have not encountered a problem with any of my remotes losing their programing. Also, In the years I've used the Harmony, I've had not a single remote fail. The Harmony is a perfect solution to control a modest home theater/TV system. FREEDOM FROM REMOTE TYRANNY!

I deal with technology for a living, but trying to get all of my home theater tech toys to 'sing in harmony' was proving to be a seemingly-impossible task! With devices from a half-dozen manufacturers, my wife had resorted to a partitioned basket to hold all of the remote controls, and she never did get the hang of getting all of the settings right......just to watch a simple TV program or Blu-Ray! After a little research, I learned that a 'universal' remote would do the trick, but at what cost? A little more research, and I found this 'slightly older' model (Logitech Harmony 650) that had all of the features that I needed, and several more that I didn't expect! The best part: It was easily affordable (People make jokes about frugality and my family's nation of origin...that make me smile, too!). Setup couldn't have been simpler, or more straightforward! A simple USB patch to my computer, a quick app download, and before I knew it, I was building simple, one-button-access routines that allow me to mix & match up to eight (8) devices into just about any configuration imaginable...and could choose from over a quarter-million devices (some of mine are a bit old and/or obscure, and I was sure SOME of them would be a problem....NOT SO!!). The configuration software is simple enough for just about anyone to use successfully, and the results were NEARLY flawless. The one or two minor issues were addressed by the remote, itself, as it has self-diagnostic/self-repair provisions built in!! I could not be happier with this purchase, and would enthusiastically recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Remote setup through My Harmony interface was flawless. It even had the 8 year old Sony a/v device listed. I currently have HDTV, Cable Box, Xbox 360, Sony A/V and Roku setup on the device.
