The buttons are too small and are very closely spaced . Therefore , it is very easy to press wrong buttons , especially for senior citizens . There is a very large senior citizen population in this country and senior numbers are increasing , Logitech should make a similar unit , but slightly larger and with larger buttons , for older folks .

The Logitech Harmony 665 remote is an excellent product. It can control any device that accepts IR inputs. This remote is truly universal; on the off chance that Logitech has not included a particular device (VERY unlikely, because they have data on almost ANY device that might conceivably be connected, directly or indirectly, to a TV), it provides for the remote to accept and remember any input from the original remote. I highly recommend this remote, as well as the 700 & 650. In fact, in my experience, Logitech generally produces quality products.

Does a great job for under $60. I’m running a home theater with a 65” Samsung 850 thru a Yamaha AV, Apple TV, Sony 4K DVD, iPod with 1000+CDs and numerous apps for streaming services. Turns all on/off correctly 98% of time. Help feature works 99% of time to correct discrepancies. Have replaced units with little hassle. I use harmony only to start up what I want then switch to individual remotes.

Easy to use for multiple devices and comfortable to hold

I had this model universal remote and it lasts about a year. I am now on my third one because they don’t make many universal remotes because of streaming devices. This model is easy to program and it makes my watching experience enjoyable. Too bad it’s being discontinued.

If we didn't already have similar Logitech Harmony remotes for our other two TVs, I would have gotten something different. I've discovered that the most frequently-used buttons (e.g., "Watch TV", "All Off") start to fail after a few years. So far, I've had to replace two of our original three Harmony remotes due to this issue. Unfortunately it looks like Logitech has discontinued this line of remotes, as my family is now very used to this particular button layout. I guess eventually I'll be forced to replace all three of our current remotes. The clock is ticking. :( I would recommend this to a friend because the button layout and the web-based programming UI are very good, but the limited button lifespan is definitely an issue (though not a deal-breaker).

The remote has the form factor of previous logitech remotes. It is reasonably easy to program with the app downloaded from the site. The button pushes are not as responsive as the touches from previous remotes. Remote is powered by replaceable batteries which is a plus. It works with all of my components. 4 stars for ease of use and features.

The "activity" modes system is great and easy to use...when the remote works. Unfortunately, all too often something is off--the soundbar didn't turn on, or the TV is on the wrong HDMI input. My other gripe is that the backlighting on the remote is too dim. At this price point, the backlighting should be brighter so that the keys are clearly visible. Still, all in all, it's a good product that can help simplify your tech life.

The repost is pretty good, however, I have a couple of minor complaints. The response time from button push to resulting action on the tv is slower than I prefer. Also, when using Netflix through the Roku, when I hit the down arrow once on the remote, it results in 2 down spaces on the roku. Kind of annoying, but solved by simply aiming the remote away from the roku after the first down arrow space is reached.

Ok, this is the first time that I have purchased/owned a Universal Remote. I suspect that my old BluRay remote was sucked into a black hole... It was relatively easy to setup. For me (tech savvy), it was fairly easy to adopt. There are some buttons from my DirecTV remote that aren't on it (or I just haven't found how to duplicate). My most frustrating issue is that some of my family members continue to use some of the other remotes which can cause this remote to "unsync" with the status of your stuff. (Relatively easy to solve... power it all off...)

I really like but the initial set up is not the easiest but once you finish it its easy to use. The only down side is every once in awhile it wont turn on or off the TV with the main power button so you have to select it in the window and then push the power button next to that.

Bought this to replace the one from Comcast that was worn out. I had a problem initially getting it programmed, but I contacted support and they fixed the issue right away and I was able to finish. It has been working well and is exactly what I wanted. I did have a slight problem this week with it getting “out of sync”, but I used the help feature on the remote and it took care of it.

Thu product performed perfectly. I like the idea that I could set the remote up with my PC. But the screen was too small for me to read without my glasses. And I don't want to put on my glasses to use a remote. But liked how it performed, and how I set it up so much that I'm giving it 5 stars. The sale price by Best But was great. Exactly what I wanted pay no more. I would never have paid the original price for this remote even though I have praised it highly. Logitech needs to make a remote designed for people with sight issues. When I was in my twenties I would have had no problem seeing the screens. Or someone does, so far I have searched into it no does even if it costs several hundred dollars.

This remote provides a replacement for multiple remotes. I previously had a TV, Cable, and Receiver remote for TV and Streaming, then add another remote for DVD/VCR and still another for a Zune (yes, I know it is old!). This remote works great with all functions. The learning curve is a bit more than I anticipated however it allows you to "do over" or change as needed.

It is so easy to use, great purchase. Highly recommend
