We use an Xbox One for DVD/BDs and never liked using a game controller for navigating the menus, pausing, etc. The remote can manipulate the Xbox One. Setting it up is pretty easy. My one knock so far is that you can push some buttons low enough that the button can get stuck under the plastic shell of the remote. A re-press and slide of the finger and it comes out, but a minor annoyance. Also annoying is that it "remembers" what has been turned on or off. So if you use the power button on the tv to turn it on, the remote won't turn it on until you use the power on button on the remote, too. Finally, there is a method for launching Netflix from a single button, but I can't find a way to launch any other streaming service from a single button yet.

The device is great and similar to an earlier model I have. Fairly straight forward to use as long as you have or can find model numbers of the devices you need to control. I was disappointed in Best Buy in that when I checked the website just before leaving to pick it up, this item was in stock at my store. When I got there, 20 minutes or so later, there were none in stock. I had to order it and have it delivered to my home 3 or 4 days later.

I have not used this remote. But looks neat. I can’t wait to use only one remote in my house of fun

The Logitech Harmony is simply the best remote on the market. You can add and control any old device from their extensive database or learn the IR signals from any remote if they don't have it on file. The one button activities are the big sell, though, because it will set each component in your home theater to the correct input, and you can customize the buttons and LCD screen to configure your perfect home theater remote. The Harmony software can be clunky and slow, but it's well worth the effort!

I have all new Sony products and they integrated well. However, it does not synch well with Apple TV. The remote has a slow response time and unsychs itself on and off. Not pleased! Also their web site Needed to update the remote, and it is not user friendly, and hard to log in even if you have an account. I would not recommend purchasing this remote.

I thought this was the remote to solve all my issues, but it fell short. It learns the buttons that are not synced automatically when you program the device with the remote, but the directional buttons do not work with both devices at times. This causes me to still require 2 or more remotes. It appears this remote is a little outdated for some more modern electronic devices. If you have more updadted devices, this may not be the remote for you. Also, don't expect this to work with Firestick. It's not compatible with the signal. Wiith all of that being said, it does help me to change from device to device or from activity to activity seamlessly. It's just that the main purpose of having a universal remote is being able to use ONE remote for every purpose.

All in one remote for the entertainment guru in your family. We are on our 3rd generation of these remotes. I originally purchased for the wife to be able to work the home theater system. No matter how I tried to show her she was not having it. So we needed something easy to operate and could work everything. Its become a significant part of our home theater. Plus reduced 100% of the arguments we were having about how difficult things were to operate.

I love that I can set up a scene which, with one push of the TV button, turn on my TV, soundbar, and Direct TV box. There are various other scenes you can create as well. For my favorite channels area, I grabbed the channel logos and added them as the channel image from the Harmony app. It makes everything easier at a glance. Further customization includes rearranging the order the features appear as you scroll left to right within the scene or application you are in.

Have had product for aLmost a month. Works well, pretty straightforward to Setup/program with computer. Only downside is i didn't read details of remote correctly And is not compatible with Roku Streaming stick. Only certain Roku devices ate compatible if IR capable. Other than that great product.

Not as good as their previous one we had, but works okay. Still cannot get Apple TV to work. He showed me, but I couldn’t get it to work later. My verbal recall is worse than most people, so I should have written details down.

Great remote control for the money. Best Buy had it cheaper than I could get it anywhere else. Works awesome with all of my devices. I own 3 of these! It takes a little while to get used to the flow of activities instead of individual controls like more traditional multi-device remotes. But once you get the hang of it, the automation really makes things easier.

This is my third Logitech universal remote. The first two worked well for the first few years. After year 3 though, they both gave trouble to the point where I had to replace them. This one is working fine so far. Hopefully it will last a while. Feels a lot more solid in my hand than the others did though.

This remote is amazing. I installed the software, attached the dongle to the remote and bam, we have syncage. Can totally program this for just about anything within reason that I want to do. I have an LG OLED and it was able to get me to the manufacturer's secret screen so I could tinker with the TVs settings even beyond the norm. Besides, who wants to use those awkward LG remotes anyways. I also use it for my LG 4k UHD player. Thing rocks, get one son.

I've had numerous remotes that promise to make live easier and they all failed until now! We have 4 remotes that work the family room entertainment. Always an issue getting what you want to work. This remote did what it said it would! Set up was mostly easy once you understand what it needed. Now, I push one button for TV or Blu-ray Player and it all comes on including the sound bar. Press Off and they all go off. Just that simple! Thank you!!!!!

We needed a universal remote for our den because we have a TV, cable box, sound bar, DVD player and streaming movie player. All used this own remote. Setting up this remote was easy by going to the Logitech website and enter my devices and how they are connected. The remote now selects the correct input for the TV and the built in screen displays device specific functions for buttons. It does all this yet is simple and easy to use . I really recommend this re,one.

I purchases a Logitech Harmony remote about 11 years ago and absolutely loved it. It died around Thanksgiving. So it was a no brainer to replace it with another Logitech remote. The my harmony software made it a breeze to transfer all my devices and settings to the new remote. If you haven't purchased a Logitech Harmony remote yet. WHAT are you waiting for? You need this remote in your life.

This Logitech Harmony 665 really does replace my other remotes. I can use this to easily control, switch and view my TV, receiver, Blu ray player, DVD/VHS player, internet TV and security cameras. This really keeps the coffee table clutter free. I really like the screen, it makes it so much easier for everyone in the family to use this remote with confidence.

I own 3 of these remotes to manage multiple devices in our family room 5.1 home theater system and 3.1 home theater systems in den and master bedroom. Geek Squad did the programming. Remote has a self help resolving feature that makes it easy for rectifying connectively issues when going back and forth from cable to streaming services. No more multiple remotes to change sound and cable / streaming programs. Only bad issue is it goes through batteries pretty quickly, so rechargeable batteries are a good alternative.

The Logitech Harmony 665 is a good remote with a few flaws. It works fairly well as it supposed to but the buttons are often sticky. Also it is very sensitive about the length of time to aim at the device. If you aim at it a little shorter it won't turn on or off so you have to go through the help function to fix it.

My older Harmony remote was having a problem keeping a charge, so it was time for a replacement. This one uses regular batteries so I won't have to worry about putting it in a charger overnight. Simple setup, although I had to find the model numbers on all my devices. Works great!
