Bought this to replace the same model (but silver) that I probably had for about 10 years. I loved it so much that I bought it again. It’s a little cumbersome with setup but after that it’s flawless. My other one died because of battery corrosion not because of product failure.

I have had Harmony remotes in the past and they are certainly easy to program and operate. I updated my systems and I misplaced my connection cable to reprogram the old ones. Now I can program this one and use the cable to do the reprogramming of the old one or the other room. This particular model in quality at a most reasonable price. I would recommend this for anyone looking to have a single control for their entertainment center.

I have a Sony 4K TV, a Sony sound bar, Apple TV, and Roku. Four remotes down to one. The remote connects to a laptop or computer using a supplied cable on a USB port. Add each device, answer some questions about which HDMI port is used for each, assign the Watch TV button, Listen to Music button and a couple of others and then use Sync to set up the remote. Support is excellent. I had to use their help to program one button to cycle through the options for sound: (Voice, 3D surround, movies, music, etc.)

Purchased a Vizio TV and a Vizio Sound bar. No matter how many remotes I tried, I could not get the sound bar to turn off without using its’ own remote. I have Comcast and they do not support my model of sound bar. Another suggestion was that I leave the sound bar on 24/7. So, the only acceptable option was to use the Harmony 665. Programmed in all three devices and now I can turn on and off the TV and Sound bar at the same time.

The only con I had with this remote was that it was a bit complicated. We are still learning it by trial and error. The pros are that it really does everything you could possibly want a remote to do (except voice commands), and does it well.

I purchased this remote after tiring with multiple remotes in my living room. Best Buy has a great deal in this remote on Black Friday. The set up was real easy. Just go to setup.myharmony.com and it will walk you thru. Adding components was simple as well. If you know about AV components you’ll have no issues setting this up. The help button on the remote is a great feature if something doesn’t turn on the remote will self diagnose and remedy the issue.

I bought this to replace an older Logitech remote which they no longer supported. I was disappointed they no longer supported the item but I have had good success with Logitech items. It was easy to set up and use. I just wish you could arrange the order of the items in the LCD screen.

This is my second Harmony remote. First one lasted about 2 years, then the number buttons didn't respond all the time. This new one is better for that but being that it is infrared (not RF) some of the devices still seem slow to respond. Activities is a nice feature to switch between devices for watching TV and then switching to Apple TV or to DVD. But I've had issues switching to the different activities if everything is off and I want to start with a different activity than what it was shut off from. Mostly it's the TV input doesn't change. But if everything is on and I switch activities then everything switches fine and good. Spent many hours trying to resolve and it could still be operator error but I'm pretty techie. Overall it is better than having to search for all of the device remotes. I haven't tried the RF Harmony's.

Very pleased with the guys that came out. It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal. As far as the remote love it still learning my way around with what buttons do what such as fast forward and such. I'm working with You Tube Tv and trying navigate through their system. One Remote for all is very nice!!

Setup is kind of a nuisance. The process to program everything could be made easier. In use, it works pretty well. Although it still gets a bit lost sometimes. Tv will stay on when you command off. Have to hit the “help” button and re-teach it what the word off means.

That Logitech harmony 665 was a replacement for an earlier harmony that the dog ate. It controls 10 pieces of equipment with programming for several functions- watch tv, watch dvd, play music- you get the picture. You could pay more with possibly more functions but then you would have to put a muzzle on the dog every time you leave the room-they are apparently pretty tasty as well as exceptional remotes.

using to control Sony tv, roku, Bose sound system. works for all devices. Does not do RF Sony Blu-Ray player. Have been using several weeks and I am satisfied. Setup requires a PC and it is complicated, it doesn't hurt if you can borrow a rocket scientist to help out.

I used to sell this remote(older version) as a former Best Buy employee and I don’t know why I messed around with having 3 remotes for so long. The girlfriend was always messing up the settings on the surround sound receiver or couldn’t find the right input on the tv. The setup took about 5 minutes after typing in the model numbers and have had no problems since. 3 remotes into 1 for under $60 and totally worth not having 3 remotes on the table.

One of the best remotes out there. I have been a Logitech user for well over a decade and trust them for quality products (not just remotes). The 665 remote has all the functions you need. It controls 10 devices and countless Activities, such as “Watch TV” or “Listen To Music.” When you connect it via usb to your computer, you can setup devices, activities, layout, buttons, and more. I highly recommend this remote!

Wow, this has solved a great deal of issues in the house. My wife always places the Spectrum remote on her side, frustrating as it requires me to get uncomfortable to retrieve the remote. With this remote I now tease her about the high tech capabilities this remote provides and the ease of use. I can control my Samsung Tv my Spectrum cable my music and I can access my fire tv cube but have to manually set that up.

This was a great purchase.. I have many devices and this helps on making it all one! I would recommend this device to anyone that wants to only use one remote. Thinking of purchasing another one in the near future. Thanks Best Buy for carrying quality merchandise.

I purchased this remote to replace an older generation Harmony remote that was way over 10 years old and heavily used. I was glad to find this since Logitech is not going to make the Harmony line any longer, I am told. The remote was easy to set up and use. It functions perfectly. I am very sad this will probably be my last Harmony remote, but not by choice

Tried one of Logitech’s hub remotes and it would not work with my components. Returned it and bought this instead. I was able to get everything I needed to do done with this remote. Very happy. Programming it is a slight learning curve, but worth the minimal amount of time. It took me less than an hour to get the activities up and running. Everyone in the house has been able to work it with no issues. Well made, worth the price.

This Logitech remote was easy to set up on my windows 10 pc. The overall feel of the remote meaning the plastic housing feels ok but not great kind of cheap. The screen is a little small but functions as advertised. Overall this remote functions well works as advertised and at a great price point.

I really like this remote control it is easy to set up control for multiple devices and it is highly customizable. I like that I can change things to the way I like to use them. One concern is that I am using the MacBook Pro to run the app for programming the control but the latest version of macOS due this fall will no longer support 32 bit apps which this app is. Logitech support says they are working on this issue and hope to have a solution soon. I hope they do.
