Purchased as a replacement for a Harmony 650 which had been used for many years. It did not need to be replaced yet, but with Logitech stopping production of the Harmony remotes, it looked like a good time to get one before they were gone.

I think it's a super value at this price. however, I have a surround sound system with multiple devices and I couldn't set it up. Luckily, I had a 1st generation Harmony One and Logitech offers the ability to copy the settings from one to the other. That worked great

Been using for about year and half now. Haven't had any issues with it. Did take a little bit of programming at first to get it to work exactly like I wanted, but there are plenty of forums that offer excellent help if you get stuck or something doesn't work right. It does seem to go through batteries a little fast, but ours gets used a lot. We probably change batteries every three months if I had to guess. Would highly recommend.

This remote is very easy to set up and use. Using their web site to set up the remote was very easy and much better than playing around with 100's of codes. All my devices were found except my Amazon fire 4k but that's ok. I have it set up with 4 activities and with just one push of a button it turns on or changes all your devices and inputs. How cool is that! After using 5 remotes for years this is truly amazing. Works fine with Roku Ultra. Worth every penny!

I got the 650 for my older father because of the "watch tv" and "watch movie" preset buttons. I set those up and he just had to hit one button to turn the components on he needed. Worked awesome for several years and finally he wore out a couple of buttons. Picked up this new 665 and since we still had a profile with Logitech online I just had to plug it in and hit transfer settings. Literally 30 seconds and he was set up.

New and improved remote. I had the earlier model from a few years ago at a much higher price. This one no longer plugs in to charge so it won't get hot. It also no longer has complicated online registration and download process. It sells at a lower price now as well. Highly recommend if you don't have a upgraded receiver that can connect to all home equipment including blue-ray players, outdoor speakers.

A good and affordable universal solution. Definitely doesn't look or feel cheap or low end. Love the screen, just wish Sony would allow it to work with my Playstation. Controls my LG TV, Vizio soundboard, Google Chromecast 4K, and my Xbox One.

I've owned th older version for years and I got this to replace a broken one. The price here was acceptable and on Amazon it was three times this price. My only complaint is the first order vaporized into USPS hell, but they hot-shipped a replacement.

I had this remote about three years ago. It eventually started "double-pressing" buttons, which was frustrating. This was a free throw-in with UHD Blu-Ray player purchase, so I had nothing to lose. It has been working perfectly and makes input switching so much easier. I am very happy.

I was looking for a remote which could accomplish a couple of things: conslidate 8-10 remotes into one and run scripts to perform a function. This remote achieves both of the prelisted tasks. The remote is faily easy to operate and programming the remote is pretty straight forword. There are more expense models that perform many other functions, but this remote is does just enough for keeping your movie room experience easy and fast.

This is my second one as I probably wore the previous one out. They work well and make controlling both the TV and the DVD easy. But this newer one required going on line and using a computer which, for me at least, is a chore. The prior one could be set up without going on line or using the internet.

I didn’t intend on purchasing this when I went in today but came across it and thought I’d give it a shot. The new Apple TV remotes are annoying (the controls and the size we often lose it in the couch) and my tv always displays an annoying external speaker message anytime we adjusted the volume on our sonos playbar. Message is now gone and it works great with the tv. You just have to get used to the different button placement and it does take a second to connect.

So I had to use a Universal Remote to get my somewhat complicated TV & Audio system to play together. After about one year of owning my first Logitech-Harmony remote, it just decided to die one day (screen was dark, batteries were good.) To minimize my pain in learning a new system, I just bought the identical remote and was easily able to download my existing setup off my web-based account. (That part is good.) But no reason a "quality" remote should die after barely 12 months of usage. Oh, Logitech isn't even making these remotes any more...what should that tell me?

Easy to set up and use. Has worked flawlessly, combining the functions of the TV, cable, and A/V remotes into a single device. All the functions of the existing remotes are recognized by the 665. Only missing feature is the ability to use voice recognition which works perfectly on the original xfinity and Samsung TV remotes. But ... will probably set up some one-touch commands on this to mimic the voice controls.

I didn't want to mess around with trying to get a cheap universal remote to unclutter things and have no been disappointed by this. It isn't life changing, it just works consistently well. Being able to program macros ("activities") is a nice feature but I rarely use it in practice. Still beats the heck out of juggling remotes as it is very simple to switch devices separately.

Works better than the old one, the only problem is the tech that hooked it up didn’t stay to see if it works, some buttons don’t do anything and I don’t know how to fix, that’s why I paid to have it done

It works with all of my components, regardless of their age, ranging from brand new to maybe 10 years old. Specific actions can be programmed, such as turning on and off various combinations of components, depending on what I want to do. I like the convenience of pressing just one button to, for example, simultaneously turn on the TV, AV receiver, and cable box. It can do more than that, but once things are turned on I usually switch to the remote that came with the program source that I am using, such as the cable box, Apple TV, or Blu-ray player, because those remotes were designed specifically for those devices and provide a better interface to control their operations.

The remote contours to the palm of your hand comfortably. Set up takes time but your option to program it is by computer or your smart phone. Once done I control TV, Sound bar, and cable. I can also add air control, lights & other appliances.

This remote is a dream come true. My wife hated the fact that we had to have 3 remotes to watch TV and listen to the surround sound. This remote makes life so easy. I’m very computer illiterate but hooking this up to my laptop to configure it was painless and very easy. I can program every button to do exactly what I want it to do for each individual piece equipment. This remote is awesome and only 60$.

Good replacement for multiple remotes. I'm now down to just 2 remotes to control my AV system. Easy setup via the Logitech website. Be sure you note which inputs you use on each device before starting setup. Will not control Roku streaming stick.
