Good replacement for multiple remotes. I'm now down to just 2 remotes to control my AV system. Easy setup via the Logitech website. Be sure you note which inputs you use on each device before starting setup. Will not control Roku streaming stick.

I have 4 Logitech remotes and this is the model that give you the most bang for the buck. Works great easy to program and operates all of my devices perfectly. I dumped cable and am using Roku devices and apple TV for Directvnow with an antenna and my sound system handling volume etc. Very easy to use with the push of 1 button

So I had to use a Universal Remote to get my somewhat complicated TV & Audio system to play together. After about one year of owning my first Logitech-Harmony remote, it just decided to die one day (screen was dark, batteries were good.) To minimize my pain in learning a new system, I just bought the identical remote and was easily able to download my existing setup off my web-based account. (That part is good.) But no reason a "quality" remote should die after barely 12 months of usage. Oh, Logitech isn't even making these remotes any more...what should that tell me?

This is replacing the Harmony 650 that I also have, some of the keys aren't working as well as they used to. this is the best remote EVER!!. Operates my Lg tv, LG dvd player, ROKU and my home theater system.. The instructions are easy to follow. In about 20 minutes you can put all of your other remotes away into storage. I have weak eyes, I wish the display were bigger but then the remote would have to be as well. One of my friens got the 700 after I got the 650.

Real easy setup, just download the software onto your computer, input all the devices that you wish to control. Choose a function (TV for example) and add the TV, cable box and the A/V stereo. Next choose another function (DVD) and add the TV, DVD player and A/V stereo. Do this for all the different functions, when done plug in the Logitech remote to the computer and update your remote settings. Done! Put away all those extra remotes, it doesn’t get any easier than that!

Works better than the old one, the only problem is the tech that hooked it up didn’t stay to see if it works, some buttons don’t do anything and I don’t know how to fix, that’s why I paid to have it done

I owned an earlier Harmony One remote that didn't work with my new LG TV or Denon receiver. With so many fancy remotes capable of controlling dozens of devices around, finding the right one was confusing, I consulted with a member of the Best Buy staff and he recommended the Harmony 665 because they use them to control everything in the store. I found it easy to program and put in service. It was inexpensive and Harmony's a brand I trust.

We love these remotes for linking our entertainment devices. It takes a beating with young kids in the house, but holds up really well. Only critique is how quickly the batteries run out. Have some AAs around every few months depending on how much you use it.

Another amazing piece of tech from Logitech. This was purchased to replace an aging & falling apart Logitech 880 Remote. Having jeard Logitech will be stepping out of the remote making industry I recommended my parents purchase this while it was still available to go with their new TV. The transfer & ease of programming was as expected from them, super simple.

I’m sure it’s a fine remote. however, the package says it works with Roku which is misleading. Many Roku devices use RF. This is an IR only remote so it doesn’t work with Roku Streaming Stick and others.

The Harmony 665 remote works like a charm. Controls my Samsung led tv, Xbox one, 4K blu Ray player, Apple TV, and Bose LS system (after Bose is set to receive it signals). The setup via computer was simple as long as you have model numbers for your devices - took me 15 min once the software was installed. Now a single button push will run each “activity” movie, tv, Xbox, Apple TV etc - audio system, tv, input source etc. Definitely recommend.

Good remote, only draw back is that it is not rechargeable and you go through a lot of batteries so far. It is nice that it has multiple features like Apple TV, direct tv, Sony amplifier and any other device for your sound system

Great Remote. Easy to attach devices with the desktop program. Young children and seniors who are not tech savvy might have a hard time using the controller. The battery life could be better. Overall Best Universal Remote I have owned. Great Price for all its features.

Excellent universal remote for the price. Support for the Harmony 665 is incredible. Almost every conceivable entertainment device is in the Logitech library. It took us a couple of tries at programming the remote to figure out exactly how we wanted our entertainment system to respond, but once we did, we are well pleased with the Logitech Harmony 665 universal remote. I heartily recommend this remote.

So it does work like it should but not like other universal remotes that I’m used to owning. You can store different remotes but if your using a TV, and need to turn up the volume with a separate sound system you have to get out of one remote and open the next. When I watch Apple TV I cannot turn up the volume unless I hit a few buttons to change remotes and then hit some more buttons to go back to the Apple remote. It can get annoying after awhile when needing to go back and forth. Like the display and illuminated buttons though. Overall I still recommend it but just be aware of how it works ahead of time. I still recommend it for the price I just wish it functioned a little different

Can't see myself going back to a standard universal remote. Love How you can program this to do specific tasks. I push 1 button and it knows to turn on my tv, my sounder, my Roku or Cable box and knows what input to set each one to. Also just hit one button to turn everything off. It is an advanced remote so there is a bit of a learning curve, but pretty easy to learn and program. Definitely happy about this purchase.

ONCE you bull through the trial and error of programming, (it can be a PITA), this device works pretty well. One really positive thing is that when a programmed device doesn't start, there is a very handy "help" tool on the remote that works 100% of the time.

This is the second Harmony universal remote we have purchased, they are very easy to set up with the directions and the computer. The first one lasted four years and went through daily use,and went through grandkids not taking great care of it sometimes! It just wore out. I was very happy that I was able to replace it with a model very similar. We have had the new one a month and we are very pleased with it.

Bought this to replace my broken Harmony One. While this doesn't have as many features, the One is no longer available, this model serves my needs more than enough, and the price is far more reasonable. Good remote for many different set ups.

I absolutely LOVE the Logitech Harmony remotes!! We have one for each of us when we watch and they turn on ALL of our equipment with the push of one button. They do wear out eventually - the skip key on ours is always the first to go because it's the most used! Programming a new remote couldn't be easier - just start up the Harmony software, plug in and it programs everything to work exactly like the remote it's replacing.
