Bought a new Harmony 665 to replace an old one that wore out. Works great, easy to program, even supports odd equipment if you're willing to do a little research. But Logitech has discontinued their whole Harmony product line, so when dealer stock is gone, that's it. They promise to continue supporting the existing devices, but it remains to be seen how long they'll bother with that.

Man once this remote was configured for each item it worked like a champ. This was on saw when I got it . It allows me to turn on and off all device with one button, volume management becomes simpler. The only issue or wish I had is if you need to add another is if you lose the details for your account it’s really hard to get it updated because the remote is tied to your account. New those details somewhere you can find them.

This remote was very easy to program. I had 2 issues when I was programming it and contacted customer service. They made it really easy to resolve both issues and it works like a champ. Using the remote itself is easy and straight forward. I love that I only need one remote where I used to have to use 3 remotes to watch what I want to. Best investment ever.

Harmony remotes are the best thing in using an entertainment system! With this one unit - It I control my TV, FIOS, TIVO, Blu-ray Player, Roku, VHS machine, SONY Receiver, RCA MP3 carousel player. No more searching for the right remote needed ! ! ! My only disappointment is that Harmony has stopped making new units recently BUT will continue supporting the ones the have made

One of the best universal remotes. It is sad that they will not be making these anymore, but even though this costs a lot, it is worth it since it can control multiple devices at the same time instead of you having to press "TV" or "Audio" to turn it on. This remote allows you it to turn on your soundbar and TV at the same time without pressing extra buttons.

Had a Sony remote that came with my 2015 Bravia that was a joke. Buying the Harmony was well worth the cost. Easy set-up and worked great from the start. Took a little learning to find my way around the best way to use it, however learning this remote was way simpler than others I have had. The best part was it worked great while I was learning. Didn't have to figure everything out before it was useful to me. Get one if you are thinking about it you won't regret it.

More devices than the 650, same setup, same functionality and unfortunately the same limitations. Button surfaces wear out rather quickly (rubberized plastic) and the buttons themselves tend to wear out after heavy use over time. Easy enough to replace with the programming being stored in the cloud.

previous logitec remote user but suffered with hard to recharge battery. this one has replaceable battery. has screen with options as well as buttons for watching tv and watching movie. easy access to device controls and return to functions.

The handiest part of our home theater. Andy allowed me to make a video on my phone of his operating instructions for the Logitech - Harmony 665. Have not had to use it yet but it will be a big help if I do. We eliminated the need for four other remotes and all the clutter associated with all of them. Very happy with the set-up and the performance of the product and the Best Buy Geek Squad.

Useful to be able to shift between Denon Receiver, TV, Apple TV & apps, Blu-Ray and CD, phonograph as well as VCR (with HDMI adapter). LOGITECH has stopped producing new universal remotes. Geek Squad had trouble getting the software to be able to set up this 665 remote. It took about 3 weeks to get an excellent installer to work his way through the difficulties. It is not as good as a 10 year old Logitech remote, but that was 32 bit, this is 64. Screen is small and doesn't work as well as I'd like. I hope it lasts well, I didn't like having to have 5 remotes for different devices.

I bought this remote to take with me when I travel. Its main use is to be able to change the Hotel Televisions so that I can use an HDMI input that would not normally be easy with the stripped down remote in the room. It works great for this and for the money it's easy to justify its purchase. While I don't use it for other purposes at home, the programming would be the same. It's pretty easy with the Harmony software and easy to customize if needed.

I love this remote. So much that this is the 3rd one I bought. The first my dogs got a hold of it. The 2nd is humming along fine. The 3rd I got for a friend because it is the one I recommend. I am on the techie side so it is right down my alley in terms of button configuration and customization. It is amazing how many things this remote can control.

We had the 650 model before This is basically the same with one additional setup We were pleased with the first model and anticipate the same with this one. Certainly better than having umpteen remotes around

I’m still learning how to use this remote. I have my TV and Apple TV that i use the remote to control. It’s been a bit of a challenge for this old guy who’s not tech savvy. I’m not crazy about the remote but i can’t completely blame the device.

One remote that controls everything. I enjoyed this remote. But I couldn’t get it to be flawless for me. Someone in my house would use a different remote, that would then mess up the controls on this remote. It now sits in a junk drawer.

I bought this model to replace a similar model that had to be at least 10 years old. I think we wore out the channel up down control. In any case, I connected it to my logitech account, it was identified as similar to the previous model and I was asked if I wanted the same programming. I said yes, and it quickly programmed this unit to be the same as the previous unit.

Easy set up and account management makes this the bargain universal remote of choice. Takes a little getting use to with switching among my 7 devices as I prefer the old fashioned "learning" remotes but they can take up to 2 hours to fully program. This Logitech literally took minutes and my system's remotes were completely integrated. As it turns out, when I mentioned it to a good buddy he told me he has the same one and is very happy with it.

Sometimes I just want simpler. I bought this to compliment my entertainment set up. It can be tricky to set it up but once you get the hang of it it allows for a level of customisation and lay-out that you simply do not get with a conventional remote that lack the Soft Key feature that Logitech and a couple of other brands utilise that allows you to add custom buttons from different devices onto 1 remote unit.

Always a fan of these remotes. I own many and this one is no different. You must have a computer and download an app to program it but programming is as simple as telling it the name and mode of each device you want to control. It automatically downloads codes based on this info. If you are really wanting to get into the weeds there are some pretty advanced things you can tweak as well.
