Good remote, only draw back is that it is not rechargeable and you go through a lot of batteries so far. It is nice that it has multiple features like Apple TV, direct tv, Sony amplifier and any other device for your sound system

This is the second Harmony universal remote we have purchased, they are very easy to set up with the directions and the computer. The first one lasted four years and went through daily use,and went through grandkids not taking great care of it sometimes! It just wore out. I was very happy that I was able to replace it with a model very similar. We have had the new one a month and we are very pleased with it.

Man once this remote was configured for each item it worked like a champ. This was on saw when I got it . It allows me to turn on and off all device with one button, volume management becomes simpler. The only issue or wish I had is if you need to add another is if you lose the details for your account it’s really hard to get it updated because the remote is tied to your account. New those details somewhere you can find them.

Bought this to replace my broken Harmony One. While this doesn't have as many features, the One is no longer available, this model serves my needs more than enough, and the price is far more reasonable. Good remote for many different set ups.

Another amazing piece of tech from Logitech. This was purchased to replace an aging & falling apart Logitech 880 Remote. Having jeard Logitech will be stepping out of the remote making industry I recommended my parents purchase this while it was still available to go with their new TV. The transfer & ease of programming was as expected from them, super simple.

Bought a new Harmony 665 to replace an old one that wore out. Works great, easy to program, even supports odd equipment if you're willing to do a little research. But Logitech has discontinued their whole Harmony product line, so when dealer stock is gone, that's it. They promise to continue supporting the existing devices, but it remains to be seen how long they'll bother with that.

I’m sure it’s a fine remote. however, the package says it works with Roku which is misleading. Many Roku devices use RF. This is an IR only remote so it doesn’t work with Roku Streaming Stick and others.

I bought this remote to take with me when I travel. Its main use is to be able to change the Hotel Televisions so that I can use an HDMI input that would not normally be easy with the stripped down remote in the room. It works great for this and for the money it's easy to justify its purchase. While I don't use it for other purposes at home, the programming would be the same. It's pretty easy with the Harmony software and easy to customize if needed.

Harmony remotes are the best thing in using an entertainment system! With this one unit - It I control my TV, FIOS, TIVO, Blu-ray Player, Roku, VHS machine, SONY Receiver, RCA MP3 carousel player. No more searching for the right remote needed ! ! ! My only disappointment is that Harmony has stopped making new units recently BUT will continue supporting the ones the have made

One of the best universal remotes. It is sad that they will not be making these anymore, but even though this costs a lot, it is worth it since it can control multiple devices at the same time instead of you having to press "TV" or "Audio" to turn it on. This remote allows you it to turn on your soundbar and TV at the same time without pressing extra buttons.

Easy set up and account management makes this the bargain universal remote of choice. Takes a little getting use to with switching among my 7 devices as I prefer the old fashioned "learning" remotes but they can take up to 2 hours to fully program. This Logitech literally took minutes and my system's remotes were completely integrated. As it turns out, when I mentioned it to a good buddy he told me he has the same one and is very happy with it.

The handiest part of our home theater. Andy allowed me to make a video on my phone of his operating instructions for the Logitech - Harmony 665. Have not had to use it yet but it will be a big help if I do. We eliminated the need for four other remotes and all the clutter associated with all of them. Very happy with the set-up and the performance of the product and the Best Buy Geek Squad.

I’m still learning how to use this remote. I have my TV and Apple TV that i use the remote to control. It’s been a bit of a challenge for this old guy who’s not tech savvy. I’m not crazy about the remote but i can’t completely blame the device.

Not Logitech's fault; the wife thinks that the best remote control it asking me to change the channel or turn up the volume. She just doesn't understand that the TV, Sound Bar, and TV bpx all need to be turned on and maybe, if we used the Fire Stick or DVD, you have to change the input sourse

One remote that controls everything. I enjoyed this remote. But I couldn’t get it to be flawless for me. Someone in my house would use a different remote, that would then mess up the controls on this remote. It now sits in a junk drawer.

Sometimes I just want simpler. I bought this to compliment my entertainment set up. It can be tricky to set it up but once you get the hang of it it allows for a level of customisation and lay-out that you simply do not get with a conventional remote that lack the Soft Key feature that Logitech and a couple of other brands utilise that allows you to add custom buttons from different devices onto 1 remote unit.

Was looking for a remote to use with my Xbox, which is my primary media center. This does the job perfectly. Setup was a bit unintuitive, but once it was done - the device is ideal for hopping around menus without needing a controller. Range is also surprisingly strong.

The Harmony remote 665 is my remote of choice and is the first universal remote I have ever purchased and it has exceeded my expectations! The value, functionality and style are second to none. The only drawback thus far is the lettering on the remote should be white versus grey because the gray blends with the black base which makes it unreadable, but the icon for that particular function is clear. Highly recommended user friendly remote.

I bought this model to replace a similar model that had to be at least 10 years old. I think we wore out the channel up down control. In any case, I connected it to my logitech account, it was identified as similar to the previous model and I was asked if I wanted the same programming. I said yes, and it quickly programmed this unit to be the same as the previous unit.

Useful to be able to shift between Denon Receiver, TV, Apple TV & apps, Blu-Ray and CD, phonograph as well as VCR (with HDMI adapter). LOGITECH has stopped producing new universal remotes. Geek Squad had trouble getting the software to be able to set up this 665 remote. It took about 3 weeks to get an excellent installer to work his way through the difficulties. It is not as good as a 10 year old Logitech remote, but that was 32 bit, this is 64. Screen is small and doesn't work as well as I'd like. I hope it lasts well, I didn't like having to have 5 remotes for different devices.
