sony-- 65a80j is terrific--installment needed a return. phone tech-was not effective-- repeatedly.--returning tech--after 3 weeks --rewired --the tv---to sound system and remote. now works well.

Sometimes I just want simpler. I bought this to compliment my entertainment set up. It can be tricky to set it up but once you get the hang of it it allows for a level of customisation and lay-out that you simply do not get with a conventional remote that lack the Soft Key feature that Logitech and a couple of other brands utilise that allows you to add custom buttons from different devices onto 1 remote unit.

I have been using the Logitech brand remotes for a very long time and tried other off brands also. I have to say this is the easiest and best remote to set up alot of devices into one remote. I love how this remote lights up when you pick it up down to how easy it is to put in the model numbers from tv to home theater equipment.

Easy set up and account management makes this the bargain universal remote of choice. Takes a little getting use to with switching among my 7 devices as I prefer the old fashioned "learning" remotes but they can take up to 2 hours to fully program. This Logitech literally took minutes and my system's remotes were completely integrated. As it turns out, when I mentioned it to a good buddy he told me he has the same one and is very happy with it.

1 star off for the pains you have to go through to install the software and to get the remote to work with the devices. Additionally, the software takes forever to confirm your settings. Great battery life, all things considered though.

Solid remote for a myriad of devices. Can take a little bit to setup all of your devices depending on how many you have. Only difference between the Harmony 660 is color and can control 10 devices.

works for all the smart TV's in the house. Its a little repetitive cause we have to continuously go through the steps of pressing certain buttons to set it up to each tv for use but we use it when we lose a remote lol cant read it in the dark.

This remote can control almost anything. From my Xbox, to my Honeywell tower fan. As long as it has the option to be controlled by IR, it can be done on this remote. Controls my two TV's, my Xbox, tower fan, even my old PS2. The software you use to program it is easy to use as well, and practically holds your hand through all the steps. I would definitely recommend this universal remote for all your multimedia setups.

I used to hate remotes and the fact that, if I lost one, there was no way to adjust anything on my TV or even change the channel. Heck, I had lost one of my favorite forms of exercise. Frankly, no remote had disabused me of this notion. Until I got this bad boy. Now I only have to play around with one remote and it controls all my different devices pretty well. Wished the batteries lasted longer though.

Very easy to program. Most important thing when using, is to allow enough time for all of the functions to be performed before moving the remote. I have a sound bar in addition to the set-top box and television that must be powered on and off. Volume and channel changing operate quickly and smoothly. On the screen programming and menus are also extremely quick and smooth.

This Logitech Harmony 665 universal remote allowed me to access my TV's and streaming devices seamlessly. The programming has a learning curve, but it does what it says it will do. Much better than going from remote to remote to remote. Well worth the $$.

Love the universal remote, dont need to hunt for correct remote to change channel or sound. Other than it sometimes loose its settings if dropped on floor and have to reload from computer, it works great

The remote feels good in your hands and operates as advertised. It is pretty easy to set up; frankly I don't know what they could do to make it easier; though you should have a knowledge of how to work with USB devices attached to your computer. THe only thing that can get annoying is the "help" feature as it easily re-enables itself, but that is what you would want, right?

Works good, easy to set up. The only thing i don't like about it is you have to push a lot of buttons to get to where you want to be or do. Not good for children to be able to use independently, or for grandparents to be able to use.

Was looking for a remote to use with my Xbox, which is my primary media center. This does the job perfectly. Setup was a bit unintuitive, but once it was done - the device is ideal for hopping around menus without needing a controller. Range is also surprisingly strong.

The Harmony remote 665 is my remote of choice and is the first universal remote I have ever purchased and it has exceeded my expectations! The value, functionality and style are second to none. The only drawback thus far is the lettering on the remote should be white versus grey because the gray blends with the black base which makes it unreadable, but the icon for that particular function is clear. Highly recommended user friendly remote.

Got this for a family member to replace a much older model that no longer held a charge. Functions great and very similar (which is what we wanted). We could even transfer all of the settings from the previous model to the new one within minutes and works with everything we needed it for. Had it for 1.5 years and still great.

Not Logitech's fault; the wife thinks that the best remote control it asking me to change the channel or turn up the volume. She just doesn't understand that the TV, Sound Bar, and TV bpx all need to be turned on and maybe, if we used the Fire Stick or DVD, you have to change the input sourse

It's a great item, but buyer be ware, it take a long time to setup, i considered myself "tech savvy" until i tried to figure this item out, it took me about 2-3 hours to setup , but they had excellent customer service to assist.

Because I was able to copy all the information from an older Logitech remote, this was very quick and easy to set up. I am always apprehensive when beginning to use a new electronic product, but this remote worked fine the very first time I turned it on and told it what to do. Kudos to Logitech for making it so simple and easy. The staff at the Best Buy store were very helpful also. Great experience.
