I bought this to replace an older Logitech Harmony remote. We've been using them for over 10 years. The old software was really clunky and counterintuitive. The new way of programming them is MUCH easier. I was skeptical that this would be able to control the AppleTV 4K as it claims on the box, but it works marvelously. It can't quite do all the features of my TV (LG OLED 55") but I don't really need it for that stuff; on/off is all I need most of the time.

When we got this it was great. It worked well then over a period of two months the battery died and had to replaced. Then the problem started. It did not connect to the tv and then it was not working well. But when it was working it was good

Overall it's a good product, note that you will need a computer and all the model numbers of your devices to set-up the remote. Sometimes the the power button to shut everything off at once doesn't work, that is really my only complaint.

An amazing, amazing remote. You can manipulate all of the settings on my var streaming and settings app.once you figure setup, it is intuitive enough to figure out any problems and correct for you automatically. Do more with a sleeker profile and smaller footprint than my gargantuan Sony remote. You in need for an upgrade, buy this cool remote.

This has got to be the best universal remote ever. I am able to control my XBOX 1, TV, Stereo, and Android box with this. It has a small digital display where other remote functions might be displayed. It may cost more then the one meant for XBOX but it is also built better. I would recommend this to a friend or anyone tired of looking for all the remotes.

Thought this would be great to control my Samsung TV, Sony Blu Ray player & Klipsch soundbar but probably better for someone with more devices like a PlayStation or full surround sound system. Lol I'm a bit challenged on the tech, my daughter tried to help get it set up for me but it's quite extreme. Others might not have all the issues I did trying to learn how to program & use but I did see ppl mention a learning curve with the remote & they're not kidding. Ultimately more than I can deal with especially with no access to the computer program necessary to fix/adjust without my daughter bringing hers so I'll be returning.

The price point for this is good. I found it difficult to program with DirecTv and my new LG however. I wasn’t able to use all the features. I’m guessing it’s my fault though. I recommend buying it and perhaps get someone to help you with any programming issues

We had been using three remotes, so we needed a good universal remote. The Harmony 665 was recommended by a friend. It does everything we needed, and the price was reasonable. A little dificult to set up, but not a big problem.

We bought this to replace our Harmony remote that was chewed by a normally good doggo. Shipping was unbelievably fast, 15 hours and it arrived on a Saturday and that doesn’t happen in Vermont (Amazon prime takes two weeks to arrive). Set up took under 5 minutes after logging into the Logitech site it had saved all of our equipment. Highly recommend.

Great remote. Highly configurable. Task concept rather than device a big plus. Only complaint is that buttons seem to wear out easily with use and stop functioning

This remote has been one of the best ‘investments’ I’ve made in a while. Our previous universal remote was damaged and we needed a replacement. I chose the Harmony because of the ease of programming and automation of common activities with the push of a single button. I’ve had a couple minor issues but I figured out that it was user error, not a fault in the remote

It was very hard to set up using Windows, actually frustrating. Once set up it's a great remote. Most of the buttons light up when the remote detects motion. Many options for controlling a multitude of devices.

Remote works great. Easy setup and easy to use. Couldn't ask for more. Does everything. Only complaint is after you drop it a couple of times the back comes loose and the battery starts to lose contact.

May biggest problem with this device is it seems to reset itself all the time. This requires I that I click on STB to continue to use it. It should have the ability to simply reset the device to fully use the features as though I used it to power on my system.

If you are looking to get rid of all of your remotes and narrow it down to one remote to control everything, this one is for you. I’ve e been a big fan of the Logitech remotes for years. I bought this one on sale for $49 to replace my last one that finally wore out after 9-10 years. Simply plug it in to your PC or MAC, go to the website, enter your devices and it’ll find all the codes for the remotes that you have. Simple set up, highly recommend it

Great Universal Remote gets the job done. I have my Apple TV 4k, Denon Receiver , IP TV Box and Sony TV all configured does the job. At times can be hard to follow commands but its good for the price

So far so good. Needs new batteries more than most remotes. Does a great job for programing several devices and even programing a sequence of several devices that are to work together like what you want.

1. The OK button is MUCH to small and sometimes you have to touch it more than once for it to function. 2. The channel button does not respond with one touch. Sometimes I have to continually push it. 3. Guide button does not give enough time to put more than two digits.

This is a really great remote. The software to set it up is pretty simple to use for initial programming to get your devices up and running, and it doesn't take nearly as long as some people are saying. It takes longer to look up the model numbers of your devices. The customization takes some thinking, but it isn't too difficult. Unfortunately my dog ate this remote after a couple weeks, but I did replace it with another Logitech one.

I have a number of Harmony remotes. I needed a remote for my man cave so didn’t want to spend a large sum on a universal remote. The functionality vs cost is great for this remote! The programming can be a bit trying!
