Bought this remote as a replacement for my Harmony 665 that I had for 3 years. Although I was a little disappointed that my previous Harmony 665 had failed so soon compared to the Harmony 700 I had for 10 years I still feel it was a good product and replaced it with a new Harmony 665. I was able to immediately download the program to the new remote and am using it with no problems.

If you are looking to get rid of all of your remotes and narrow it down to one remote to control everything, this one is for you. I’ve e been a big fan of the Logitech remotes for years. I bought this one on sale for $49 to replace my last one that finally wore out after 9-10 years. Simply plug it in to your PC or MAC, go to the website, enter your devices and it’ll find all the codes for the remotes that you have. Simple set up, highly recommend it

So far so good. Needs new batteries more than most remotes. Does a great job for programing several devices and even programing a sequence of several devices that are to work together like what you want.

I was able to set up each of our devices (You do it online then sync with cable), however, I had no luck with setting up "routines" such as "Watch TV". I tried setting it up to turn on the TV and sound but it would only turn one on and often turned our cable box off. So I just deleted all of the "routines". The buttons are very small so sometimes it' does things we didn't want it to. It has allowed us to use it for most of our devices, however there are a lot of options that we just can't figure out or use. It won't work with a fire stick. And.. when I select TV and hit input I can see the options but can't do anything.. I can't select a different input.

1. The OK button is MUCH to small and sometimes you have to touch it more than once for it to function. 2. The channel button does not respond with one touch. Sometimes I have to continually push it. 3. Guide button does not give enough time to put more than two digits.

Bought this as a gift since I already own 3 myself. It's no Harmony elite, but it does the job for the recipient as it simplified commands and reduced the number of remotes. The software is super easy to use to program the remote. My only complaint about the software is that I could not find a way to program a set volume when turning on a device other than sending twenty volume down commands...

Great ease of use, easy to learn, highly recommended. Only issue is that the physical "hard buttons" will wear over time. This means one or two hard buttons may stop making full contact after a couple of years. But otherwise the device is perfect.

Well, this remote was really simple to set up and started to use within 20 minutes. Buttons are big enough to use but small enough so that you do not hit more than one button at a time. The screen is easy to see and use as well. Great price and can highly recommend this remote

This is a really great remote. The software to set it up is pretty simple to use for initial programming to get your devices up and running, and it doesn't take nearly as long as some people are saying. It takes longer to look up the model numbers of your devices. The customization takes some thinking, but it isn't too difficult. Unfortunately my dog ate this remote after a couple weeks, but I did replace it with another Logitech one.

just needed replacement for basement audio/TV, left old batteries too long in old one -- always use Logitech, simple to set up -- got 2 of them, one for bedroom replacement as well I use higher end Logitech Harmony in living room

2nd one of these I have owned, use one in another room and like it so much I got another. SO easy to manage and program using the app. Complicated home theater steps for changing inputs and devices is effortless once the activity is setup. Can be a little glitchy syncing sometimes, connect/re-connect USB cord a few times to get it to register but it's been working fine. My other one has lasted YEARS of daily use (650 model). These are the only thing I use.

It's a shame these are being discontinued. The beauty of this remote is you don't need a smartphone app to use it. This works on multiple devices (Apple TV4K, cable boxes, and can get into the functionality of TV OSs). The Logitech software takes getting used to but it's worth it to use a single remote control for everything.

The logitech remote is working very well - I use this for my home theater set up - it controls the tv / receiver / dvd player / movie channels / and laptop when used with tv - the overall satisfaction is good

Setting up the remote was very easy but I did have a slight issue with one computer doing the update initially. The only negative is that's there is a little delay on turning on the TV compared to the original, but it's not even an issue it's a great buy.

Logitech always makes a great product. This remote replaced a Harmony 650 that we have had for years. The only reason why it stopped working was because it had been dropped by the kids so many times. The setup is always extremely easy with Logitech products, especially if you are replacing another Logitech device. I will continue to buy Logitech products.

Very reliable and easy to setup. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is the settings get wonky occasionally and need to be reset . I have 2 more in other rooms and a harmony hub version in my main room.

Controller works great, great value. The programming software was overall easy to use; however, to make changes in the programming you had to reconnect it to the PC which was a pain. Would have been nice to be able to program the auto functions without the need of a PC.

This remote works pretty darn well for most of my devices. It won’t work for PS4, unfortunately, and has limited capabilities with even Xbox One, but that makes sense and isn’t why I bought it. It took the place of the TV, A/V receiver and cable box remotes and works great for those three. It is fairly easy to setup, though requires you to connect the remote to your PC or laptop via USB. But once it is setup it works very well.

Easy to set up activities. The only problem I have is it seems to have a hard time keeping the settings for my Sony Home theater receiver. I have to use the help function too frequently to get it to the correct setting. Is just a little annoying. especially for my wife...

Works seamlessly on all my devices, new and old (from a TV I bought last year to a stereo I bought in the mid 90s). Wish it could be programmed without connecting to my laptop. Would recommend.
