If you’re not tech savvy need to get someone who is to help you set it up on the computer. My original remote that came with my 6 month old smart tv died. Had to get my college student family to help me. Most of the time has worked well.

The Harmony 665 replaced my Harmony Touch. Plugged it into my computer using the cable included with the 665, and the Harmony software transferred all settings from the Touch to the 665 in about a minute. Excellent remote controlling six devices easily for my home theater setup, and a great value. Highly recommended. Works flawlessly.

it is easy to set up ad works well. there was some problem with the range of the remote, but after relocating my Roku device, all worked well. It takes a bit of getting used to the use of the screen to access the non-comment keys on the individual remotes, e.g., the list key on the STB remote.

Bought this to replace an earlier version of same remote, the button response has worn out-4 years fairly heavy use. Easy to set up by hooking up to computer and downloading their app. Look up your devices, what devices you want to control during certain functions, i.e. watching TV, turn on TV the AVR and TiVO. Simple enough.

In trying to keep things simple for the other members of the family, I bought the Harmony 665 to minimize the number of remotes to use to turn on the receiver, TV and set top box; then the receiver, TV and Karaoke machine; then the receiver, TV and DVD player and finally the receive and CD player and each time it worked perfectly! Programming the remote is OK although it does takes care and time.

To do setup you need to find the model numbers of all the devices and then type them into your computer. It then will ask a number of questions until finished. Worked first time. Got rid is 4 separate remotes. You do need a computer and internet access.

This is my 3rd remote it is like one stop shopping. I have a TV, DVD player, streaming device and a surround system and it works great with just the press of one button instead of 4 remotes. Having one in the livingroom, bedroom and guestroom got me away from 12 remotes down to 3. Great, great.

This remote control is good for multimedia equipment. You can program and control many devices from one remote. Sometimes it gets into a mode where you need to remove the batteries to reset the remote which is a pain. Overall it works ok

Love this remote. So sleek and easy to use, once you get a handle on it. Heard they may be discontinuing this product; but I hope that is not true as I feel it is one of the best Universal Remote out there. I have recommended them to many friends with multiple items on their tv set-ups and they loved it as well.

The remote is super easy to use, the screen is bright enough but not too bright, the Harmony app for the computer that lets you add the devices and set up different commands is super easy to use and found all my devices with no problems. I had an older version of this same remote that eventually had some problems. This one so far has had no issues and is working perfectly.

This remote not only will turn on/off all your devices, including your xbox, but you can setup activities where with one press of a button it will turn on multiple devices. It's simple to program just connect it to your computer pick device typ, make, and model from drop down menus, in the harmony software you download and install, and it does the rest then you setup your activities and you are good to go.

The first 665 I had lasted a little over 2 years. The Geek Squad guy set it up for me but a techie friend of mine had to do it for me after the first one abruptly died. Once set up I've been please with both remotes.

My remote for my B&K preamp began to fail. the B&K company is out of business so finding an affordable compatible remote was going to be impossible. Did a little research and found this remote. Purchase one from my local Best Buy. Setup was a snap. I can now turn on the TV, cable box and most importantly the preamp with one button.

A very versatile and adaptable remote for most devices. It integrates with an app on the computer so it can be reloaded if you ever loose them especially when changing the batteries.

I’ve developed a love-hate relationship with this remote. I love how it can control all of my devices, and can easily be reprogrammed. I hate how it eats a lot of batteries, and needs to be rebooted every time I power off device(s).

I bought this remote for my boss' older smart TV because his dog ate his original remote. I tried three other remotes which would turn on the TV and change volume but would not bring up the smart TV menu so that he could watch NetFlix and other app-based content. This remote was not only easier to set up than the other tree I tried, but could access every function on my boss' TV.

Works well easy to program. Would prefer if it could be programmed wirelessly. Only drawback is that it is strictly IR and not RF. Well priced and operates my soundbar, TV and DirecTV box.

This Remote has reduced the overall number of remotes that we have sitting out, and works with the XBox One X. The one downfall is that I do have to hit the Help button almost daily because when I power on or off the components it does not work, but when I use the Help feature it does remedy the issue with little problem. My only other issue is that even though I have programmed the Watch TV button, I have to switch between the TV and the XBox components in order to change the volume and then back to the XBox to control my XBox Apps, but it is a fairly simple function, just clunky when I am trying to quickly turn down or mute the TV for a phone call.

I love this line of remotes! I've had similar remotes before, and I love the customization options available for the buttons so I can setup the remote specifically for my usage. The included software to make the updates is relatively easy, with the most difficult part being confident in the tv/receiver/etc. setup. If you're not tech savvy, I might recommend asking help from a friend.

Bought this remote to replace our harmony 650 series that we have had for 4 years. The harmony 665 feels more durable than the other. It is super easy to connect to my computer and set up exactly the same as the old remote with Pugh having to enter all the model numbers. So far this remote is very good and better than the 650
