I’ve developed a love-hate relationship with this remote. I love how it can control all of my devices, and can easily be reprogrammed. I hate how it eats a lot of batteries, and needs to be rebooted every time I power off device(s).

This remote not only will turn on/off all your devices, including your xbox, but you can setup activities where with one press of a button it will turn on multiple devices. It's simple to program just connect it to your computer pick device typ, make, and model from drop down menus, in the harmony software you download and install, and it does the rest then you setup your activities and you are good to go.

This is Logitech's last (budget) Harmony remote, and it gets the job done for simpler setups. I'm able to automate changing inputs on the TV and turning on multiple devices, which is all I need a remote to do. For that, it's simple to program from your PC. No worrying about remote codes or any of that. Thumbs up.

I bought this remote for my boss' older smart TV because his dog ate his original remote. I tried three other remotes which would turn on the TV and change volume but would not bring up the smart TV menu so that he could watch NetFlix and other app-based content. This remote was not only easier to set up than the other tree I tried, but could access every function on my boss' TV.

I love this line of remotes! I've had similar remotes before, and I love the customization options available for the buttons so I can setup the remote specifically for my usage. The included software to make the updates is relatively easy, with the most difficult part being confident in the tv/receiver/etc. setup. If you're not tech savvy, I might recommend asking help from a friend.

This Remote has reduced the overall number of remotes that we have sitting out, and works with the XBox One X. The one downfall is that I do have to hit the Help button almost daily because when I power on or off the components it does not work, but when I use the Help feature it does remedy the issue with little problem. My only other issue is that even though I have programmed the Watch TV button, I have to switch between the TV and the XBox components in order to change the volume and then back to the XBox to control my XBox Apps, but it is a fairly simple function, just clunky when I am trying to quickly turn down or mute the TV for a phone call.

This is a very good universal remote for the money. The My Harmony app is not so good. Was not able to successfully copy settings from old Logitech remote to this new one. Had to program from scratch.

I don't understand why Logitech will stop making their Harmony remotes. These devices are great. Grab one while you still can. The Harmony 665 is easy to setup and use. I actually think this remote is heads and tails better than the more expensive touch screen model. The physical buttons make all the difference.

This product does effectively replace all remotes that I was using (4 of them). Some of my remotes are ancient (over 15 years old). The one drawback for me was that the logitech application is used via an internet connection for all updates to the remote. (Also, a print out of the buttons as programmed would be nice.)

Good remote, flexible, fairly easy setup via software. My only issue is it can be slow to go through sequences - sometimes you have to hold the remote for 2-5 seconds and wait for everything to be ready.

Great remote. Takes some time to set up and needs adjustment to make it work correctly. But once it's set up, it works perfectly. There is a learning curve on using the different function. Also requires set up using connection to computer and the Harmony app. So much easier to set up than trying to find the correct code for your device.

I've had this remote for years and I love it. It does everything I want. It's easy to program and it handles all of my tasks. Hopefully Logitech will not discontinue it. My only small suggestion is to add radio frequency control to the remote, keeping the same size and format, so I could use it to control Amazon's firestick.

This remote is great in that it can control pretty much anything in your living room. No need for 6 remotes; however, getting the software to work is a PAIN! I have to connect and disconnect several times in order to get it to work.

Works well. Learning curve situating specific things where you want them in the menu, but put away 5 remotes with this addition. Roku, Apple TV, Sony Blu-ray Player, Pioneer TV, and Recv.

Was excited to try this, but at the time of purchase the software doesn’t support Mac OS Big Sur. I also wasn’t able to get it working using Windows through Parallels on a Mac. I think this is because it was a 64 bit version of Windows. I dug around for workarounds or to see if I was missing something and wasn’t finding anything and didn’t want to put in more effort to see if there was a solution for using a Mac.

These are good remotes for basic control of the TV, cable & stereo. The only issue is with the lack of control of streaming devices ie Roku or Firesticks. As these are used more now the functionality has decreased.

After losing my television remote I needed to get a replacement. After reading reviews and watching videos I chose this all in one remote. It works very well and I love the action buttons which turn on the needed devices and settings for the TV, Roku, Xbox, and stereo. It does take time to go online and set all the actions, but once done it makes life so simple.

The product is nice. It puts everything you need in one "location" i.e. the remote. The only drawback was the $100 per remote for the Geek Squad to show up and program them.

This is my second Logitech remote. The 1st has lasted almost 10 years and I could probably still use it today. I recently purchased new equipment and decided to upgrade. I went with the closest version to the other I could mainly based on ease of use. Based on my prior experience and the lesser price, compared with their newest model, this remote was the best fit for me.

This is a really great way to control numerous devices with just one remote. Can be very finicky at times but on the whole does the job well and so much nicer than using multiple remotes.
