Best value at the price. Controls multiple components, including computer with a TV tuner card running Windows Media Center without problems. Initial setup was lengthy due to the number of components and uncertainties involved.

Purchased this to replace an identical one that was dropped one too many times. Does what it needs to do but has some trouble with my DirecTV mini genie. I sometimes need to point directly at genie as opposed to general direction. I would recommend. I use it for TV, satellite, receiver and two DVD players.

This remote is easy to set up and use. Handles a lot of functions. However, the batteries don’t last very long and there are things that it won’t control very well - roku streaming stick and PS4. It does feel cheaply made.

My 650, after years of use and abuse, finally kicked the bucket. This is basically the same exact unit except for the color of the remote. Works like a champ and has a nice little ridge around the perimeter to keep it from sliding through my hands, which happened all the time with the 650. Transferring the info using the archaic Harmony/Logitech software was tedious, but it finally got done with some IT help.

Remotes are funny. When it works, it works. This one had been good for two years and then got funky and I would have to re sync it. Then buttons got stuck. BUT, I had geek squad and they replaced it.

Have owned several of these over the years. Yes they do wear a bit where your fingers are constantly pressing. Once you get the hang of going online and taking the time to set it up properly for each device it's going to control, it's really nice to have just one remote for everything. LOVE that it lights up when you pick it up! I prefer using the model that can take rechargeable batteries.

You can set up multiple options that change with a push of a button. But, you have to have model numbers for all equipment to set it up, and that is done only on-line. Any changes are also on-line. It's easy to do, but initially, it's annoying.

Functions are fine for the most part. Unit will not sync with my cable box which renders a major function useless (appears to be a known issue since I was able to determine from the website it wasn't going to work). Keys are too small for someone with any issues with sight. I tried to find a similar unit with larger keys but Logitec doesn't seem to carry them in the lower cost models and I wasn't going to pay $200 to $300 for a secondary unit. Overall, I would not likely buy this item again although it likely would work fine for most individuals.

Very good product. Extremely flexible. Can be programmed to accomplish things other "universal" remotes could not do. This is my second one. I still use my 660 I've had about 10 years! Initial programming is easy. You can fine tune or add features and other devices. It can control more than one device at a time! Amazing.

I wasnt too sure if this would provide much benefit, but after setting it up, I'm very glad I did. This thing can control many different devices and allowed us to really cut back on grabbing several different remotes. Pretty straightforward on setting up. A couple of things were a bit confusing at first but once thought about, it made total sense and was pretty slick on how this works.

Was a little leery of combining remotes to one but this Logitech remote does the job perfectly. Make sure you know the make and model of the items you’re controlling as you’ll need that upon set up. Functionality is straight forward. Switching between devices is a breeze and you can get a little savvy with the remote to control multiple power functions at once.

Needed a replacement remote controller for our broken Samsung tv and finally settled on this. While it does not have a cursor control feature like the old remote, it's features are very nice.

This replaced about 4 remotes which is what I was looking for. The technician, Paul I think, was really great. The buttons are way too small and I keep hitting the wrong one and have to go back.

Good high end remote. Not flawless but the built in assistant helps to work out some of the issues. I have the higher priced one for the family room and this one is better and easier to use

This was very easy to set up, for all of my units from multiple companies (Apple TV, SHarp Smart TV, Sony Home Entertainment center, etc.), I now can do one button to turn on TV for watching BluRay discs, or watching Apple TV, or tuning in radio stations on my home home entertainment unit, etc. Much easier than juggling the six different controllers that were required before.

There are a few options missing on the remote. I cannot figure out how to delete a program out of the list by just pressing a button. Kind of annoying. Other than that it is a good lower end remote.

Setup is not difficult, but tedious. The software needs to be loaded onto a laptop, then connected to the remote to load your settings. Once setup, it had been a joy to use. Does everything I need it to do

I am really enjoying being able to have one remote to control all my devices on the TV. Very easy to use and setup for the devices. Been using the item since July, 2018 - still performing well for us. Highly recommend this remote.

The universal on the whole is very good. The few things I noticed is the "enter" button is small and I'm not sure how to record with the touch of one botton? All in all a very nice universal control.

This is my 2nd Harmony remote. My first was an 1100 touch screen that I loved until it stopped working. I didn't want to spend as much but wanted the same functionality. So far the 665 is doing the job well. I was able to setup and program easily with all of my devices. It seems to be having an issue with my cable box but that is going away soon so I am not concerned. Overall great product and worth it!
