we like this remote. It works well. We appreciate the "help" button that will try to resolve issues such as the TV didn't turn on but the rest of the devices did.

Did not do what I wanted. Finally got close, with help from son. Directed majority of items to receiver then back to the TV. Devices are in a cabinet with glass doors. Signal did not always make it. IE, sometimes only two of three devices would turn on. Had a decoration on a table and that blocked one of devices. Plan to keep, but my wife is not happy with the times it does not work. I will still have to show her how to use the HELP key. Not looking forward to that.

I bought this remote to replace my Harmony One, and am very happy with it. It takes a little while to get used to the different placement of the buttons compared to the Harmony One, but once you adjust it is fine.

I purchased the Harmony 665 to replace my old 650 model. Using the Harmony software, it is very easy to copy your old settings to the new unit. The setup is pretty easy, you just need the model number of the units you are syncing to the universal remote and a understanding how each one is connected to the receiver.

After buying 2 cheaper universal remotes and having to return them both i can definitely say this thing is awesome. the first 2 remotes i bought both had compatibility issues with my set-up at home. finally with this one everything works and quite seemlessly i might add you can set buttons with presets for certain activities and it makes everything so much easier

When I first bought and set this up i was a littler frustrated that I had to change my remotes “input” to control each device. But then I realized i could make Activities and run multiple devices off the same input and it’s been a total game changer. This remote has made my home theater setup seamless and work as if I’m running one device, not 6.

This remote was a replacement for an older Logitech Harmony I'd had for 10 years....It's easy to setup and found all my older components with no issues. My only disappointment is that Logitech has announced they are no longer selling universal remotes and will discontinue all their product lines...

Finally! someone figured out how to make a remote that you can program to run all of your devices. I was easily able to program it through their website to run my Direct TV, my Sony tv and my Insignia sound bar. One remote now does it all.

This was very helpful. I was able to substitute multiple remotes with this, including my projector, my receiver, my Roku device, and my Blu-Ray. I keep some rechargeable batteries for it, and it makes life easier. It is very easy to program to your liking as well, the software is very intuitive for that.

This remote is fantastic. It was very easy to setup using software from the Logitech website; took about 15 minutes. It only takes 2 button pushes to change all the inputs for our TV, cable box, blue ray player, and receiver and have everything right for what you want to watch. My only regret is that I waited so long to buy it.

Love this remote so far. The colored screen adds a flare to the activities you want to control. The software used to program the remote is easy to use. Step by step instructions are available to guide you through setting this up. The buttons on the remote is soft and easy to click through. I would buy again.

This Harmony remote is awesome. Once you get this thing set up you can move around from your TV to your record player receiver DVD music to turn everything on and off. It is an excellent remote.you can hook it up to your computer and you have step by step instructions to help you set it up.

Great remote. Able to have soundbar, cable, tv, Apple TV all connected. Was able to even teach my wife (techno-scared) how to use it. Would give it five but the tilt sensor makes it sound like something in remote is broken.

I love this remote. I had a predecessor model that worked great for many years before finally falling victim to being dropped too many times. I was thrilled to see an update available - at 1/3 of the price I paid for the original. My settings ported in seamlessly and it's working like a charm. Feels even more solid than the old one and faster.

This is the fourth one of these I have in three separate houses and they are absolutely amazing. Incredibly easy to set up, never an issue finding codes for the devices I need, and they just never stop working. This probably wouldn’t work on some crazy high and obnoxious hundred thousand dollar system, but for 95% of the world this is the only remote you will ever need.

The remote programming is a guided wizard via computer software and I had the Geek Squad install it and they made it easy with some education that helped greatly. The software is robust with a lot of user control, but what’s really nice is the activity control and screen that maps around each device. Device compatibility is very very good

This is a great remote. I got it for my wife who did not like using 4 different remote because the stock remotes would not work with all of the devices. The feature that will learn from the original remote is great and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this remote. Easy to setup and use. 5 stars!!!!

This a pretty good remote and does about 90% of my three combined remotes. Still trying to figure out some of the buttons for smart features and apps on Samsung tv. But most of all wife is happy there is only one remote instead of three.

I picked this up because the remote that came with my TV didn't work with some of my cable box remotes options. I did some reading and watched a few YouTube video's and this remote seemed like an easy choice. It has a cool little LCD screen and the buttons can be configured to your licking threw a lap top or PC.

I wish there were better remotes accessible to consumers without paying a high dollar for them. I bought this to replace a broken Harmony Elite. I did not want to spend $300 on another remote. This works but the form factor is less than desirable. Too slippery and not very comfortable to use. I know first world problem, but when this is your main device to power up things, would be nice to have something that not only works but feels good to hold. Programming it was easy since I had the Elite, I just transferred the activities and devices.
