Perfect remote that also worked with Apple TV as a bonus. Easy to set up via mac and then it just works. Fells good and solid to use - was surprised it also pairs with the apple tv - v good. I use it to control: Panasonic TV, Pioneer Receiver, LG 4k Bluray, XFinity box & Apple TV.

The only drawback is setup. I did though work with a logitech representative that went way beyond the pale to help me, and I am thoroughly grateful. I had given up.. he was not going to!!!!

After 9 1/2 years, the dog chewing on it, dropped kicked a few times it was time to order another. So pleased that I found this newer model of the universal remote that makes viewing streaming from my DVD player or watching tv a breeze. So easy to use my 89-year-old mother can navigate the buttons.

Not a huge fan of this device. First, and foremost is the syncing to a computer. That is the worst, clunkiest, least user friendly piece of software i’ve seen. On the Mac, it simply refuses to sync at all. Software say, it will sync when connected. Well, it’s connected. Remote says so, Mac says so….nope. On Windows Pc its much the same. However, if you unplug and plug it back in 89.276 times, eventually it did sync. For the money spent, I’d say take a hard pass.

It takes some work to setup, and does not always function the way I need it to. Such as, I use a soundbar and the TV does not adjust the volume for it. So I set the remote to do this, but it does not always work.

Once again Logitech has built an easy-to-use product that "Does The Job." Bought this to replace a several generations old Logitech programmable remote that was starting to eat batteries every week or so. Took a bit to find my old passwords but, once dug out, was able to load the devices and customizations into the new remote and everything worked.

This remote runs off 2 AA batteries. It will give a “low battery” message. It takes a little while to learn how all the buttons work. Setup took a little time. I couldnt get it to operate on movie setup. I had to use my other remote to view dvds. But I like the fact the remote does not sit in a base. You can leave it on a chair or table. Great price!

Spent a little more than I wanted to on this remote but it was totally worth it! Walks you through the setup, with batteries and USB cable provided. It even controls my ViewTV box which I couldn't find manual codes for. Highly recommend to anyone looking to replace a bunch of device remotes into one sleek and easy to use universal remote.

Product works well with one fault - the sound bar does not turn on when everything else comes up - you have to use the sound bar remote to turn the sound on, then the universal remote can increase, decrease, or mute the sound.

Does what it is supposed to, with one caveat. The "assistant" function constantly comes one, even when it's not needed. If you try to use the remote with the helper on it doesn't work and often will become confused so that you have to turn everything off and start over. Once we figured that out, to watch for the assistant and turn it off, then it works fine. Too much trouble to try a different brand and have to reset everything. At least this one we know how to make this one work using the workaround.

A little more difficult to set up. Had to use phone help twice. Like it, because it's buttons are set up close to my 15 year old harmony that served us well. Buttons were getting iffy.

This thing is the real deal! Was confusing at first but once you get used to it , you won’t want to use any other controller !! Must get if originals get lost or broken! Just need it to be fully compatible to replace that Apple TV remote as well .

The remote is great when it works as programmed. It is very temperamental if someone pushes the wrong buttons but easy to get back on tracks. Simple tu use once you understand setup.

Good remote. Don't have to have anymore remotes laying around. Only one button turns on three or four things at once. The only drawback for me is it does not have drivers for a Linux system.

This remote saves me from switching from one remote to the other as all my electronics for the TV are complementary they were purchased in different years not making them necessarily compatible with each other. My Logitech Harmony remote is a smooth transition between the units. I don’t know how I ever lived without it.

This is supposed to be a “universal remote”. The Geek Squad had to come out and program it. For the most part it works very well... there is a learning curve with it though!

Was sad to hear that Logitech was discontinuing the Harmony line. Had to make sure that we had an extra just in case ours died in the near future. These remotes have been in my home for over a decade and we love them in our family. Super reliable and they work with everything in our house.

This universal remote is easy to setup, the online interface walks you through the setup step by step. It makes it easy to quickly setup any activity like watching TV or a DVD by simply turning on all components required to do the activity to the correct settings and input. The price point is also a plus.

Excellent Remote. Easy to program. just get your model numbers of the devices you want to control. Go to the web site, log in the information and down low to the remote. could not be easier. this remote is replacing the Harmony 660 I had for many years. I hope the 665 last and performs just as well
