Excellent Remote. Easy to program. just get your model numbers of the devices you want to control. Go to the web site, log in the information and down low to the remote. could not be easier. this remote is replacing the Harmony 660 I had for many years. I hope the 665 last and performs just as well

This universal remote is easy to setup, the online interface walks you through the setup step by step. It makes it easy to quickly setup any activity like watching TV or a DVD by simply turning on all components required to do the activity to the correct settings and input. The price point is also a plus.

Product works well with one fault - the sound bar does not turn on when everything else comes up - you have to use the sound bar remote to turn the sound on, then the universal remote can increase, decrease, or mute the sound.

I have use this model and other models of this remote and have enjoyed the fact, that I am not juggling around multiple remotes to watch movies or tv.

Like that it can be programmed easily using the computer vs having to find and use all the remotes to the different pieces of equipment. Now favorite channels are a button away.

We had a much more expensive model Logitech for years. it finally broke and we couldn't afford that model this time around. So we got this one and its very good. Hard to compare to the touchscreen model but for this price point it is excellent. Easy to program with the Harmony app. Easy to program with the Harmony app.

I love the ease of programming. I am still learning the device, Im hoping I can program it to control my apple tv and tv volume without having to change devices constantly.

This is a great remote to program any device. It is a little hard to program if you don't have the exact model number or the original remote to your device. Overall, it is a good remote.

This remote works great for the price. The problem I have with it is the source buttons do not light up. So if you want to watch tv but switch to a movie you can’t see the button to do so.

I purchased this because my new Samsung TV remote would not program my cable box or my sounder (which isn't Samsung). It was very easy to program just read the instructions and be prepared. It works very well. I will say I have replaced the batteries it came with already but the were factory ones so who knows how good they were.

We love the Logitech - Harmony Universal remote! This remote was very easy to connect all of our Audio Visual components to one remote. With the easy to follow along with instructions, we were able to connect our flat-screen television, cable box, DVD and smart tv apps such as Netflix all together in one slimline easy to hold and operate Remote!

After ten years of use, the buttons on my old Harmony became untrustworthy. I bought this replacement, and was happy to find my old settings to control five devices were transferable via the Logitech website. This one feels slightly heavier and has a bit better touch, but is nearly exactly like my old 650.

Simply nothing else like it for the price, yet Logitech is dropping the entire product line. I replaced 3 remotes with this one. Logitech also has a large database of remote codes, which includes my Rotel amp. Outstanding product, but won’t be available long.

Bought this to operate my home theater. My only wish is that this remote worked with my FireTV. Operates with all other devices without any problems (even old ones like a VCR) and I love that I can customize it in almost any way. Simplifies control of TV, surround sound system, DVR and Roku by combining controls in a single device. Once programmed, you can throw away all of your individual remotes. An absolute must have if your home entertainment system has multiple devices. Purchased to replace a like unit that was 10+ years old.

With this device, I only have to use one remote for all my activities. It is very easy to program if you buy a new audio or video device. This is my 3 remote I have bought is the last 15 years. After 5 years the buttons start wearing out. I love this remote. And being Logitech it is very dependable.

We needed to upgrade our Logi remote control to handle a new TV/WiFi service. It was a reasonable expense. Luckily our new Logi remote works in a similar manner to the earlier model and has some shortcuts. This new remote works with batteries. The older model was rechargeable. My sense is the battery model will be less expensive to operate over the long term.

I used this remote to get rid of my remotes for my LG TV, LG Dolby Atmos Soundbard, LG 4K player and Roku Ultra. It was pretty simple to program and would love to see the higher end models from this company.

initial set up had a few bugs. However Logitech Customer Service was great and got us working perfectly. Went from 7 remotes to 1, should have bought this years ago!!! For what you get, price is excellent and worth every penny!!

Good news, bad news. Easy set up, as for all Logitech remotes (this is my 4th), great functionality. Bad news, Logitech just announced they will no longer sell or support the product aside from maintaing their massive database of products which frankly is a HUGE part of the value
