It took me a few tries to program the remote for my Velux skylight but I blame the programmer not the the program instructions. Once I got it works now to control my skylight. Thank you to Velux for telling me about getting the Harmony 665 infrared remote. Velux discontinued the remote for my skylight.

I've had several logitech remotes in the past. This one was for a particular older denon reciever that doesn't have a replacement remote. This picked all the codes up for that reciever, including setup. Very pleased with another great product. Too bad their not making them any more.

Bought this for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift. He didn't understand at first why I got him this but after he got it set up, he couldn't figure out why he never bought one. This has replaced all his remotes except his x-box (hasn't updated to the one yet). Now I can finally watch a DVD or turn on the tv without having to figure out which remote to use.

Easy to program and lcd screen is a plus. Unfortunately it doesn't do everything I want it to do, than again I don't think any remote will fully control all devices. Spectrum cable box features and control is limited.

all the Logitech remotes are handy for cutting down remote clutter and are very easy to set up if you plan ahead and have all your model numbers of your system ready . the only thing about this one and a couple of others in the series the web site says this will control a RF cable box it partly does but needs another module to work everything properly

This works well. But you have to press too many buttons and move in and out of settings just to access a device. The set up took a very long time with the updates and loading to the remote.

This remote isn't bad for the money. I am not sure what quality more expensive ones might offer. However, this guy constantly shuts off. It seems the batteries loosen up in it all the time. I pull it apart and pull the metal tabs out and put the batteries back in and it will work for a few weeks then do the same thing. Its just annoying as heck. I used the best buy replacement plan to get a new one, which cost me $20 bucks I think for the plan and then $10 for the replacement. The new one does it also.

Needed a Remote device that was super easy to use and the Logitech Harmony 665 10 is that remote device. very helpful with different people using the system.

I purchased this Logitech Harmony 665 to replace an old Logitech Harmony 650 remote. It is essentially an updated version of the Harmony 650 remote. I have always had good luck with Logitech Harmony remotes. The only issues I've experienced are those inflicted by kids dropping them, etc.

This is a good replacement remote. However they only last about a year. It will cover almost all actions of the manufacturers remote. There are so many options to customize it can be mindboggling. But with experimentation it is a great remote. Set it all up on the computer, And you can duplicate more just the same.

Set up wirh my laptop was fairly easy but not completely accurate. Bottom line is I can usually get thw tv to do what I want but sometimes there are roadblocks to deal with.

Had a harmony One that got damaged...I miss it and liked the features a little better. But this one is just right if you have a basic setup...would recommend over spending $100's on another

We have been Harmony people forever, so when our old 550 died, it was only natural to get another Harmony. This one is a nice upgrade with the color screen and extra activity buttons. We have a fairly small and simple system, which this works well for, but a larger more complex system may not be well suited for this remote.

While the initial programming was a challenge, this remote is now amazingly easy to use and it does ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING swiftly, easily and accurately.

For the most part, it does what I need it to. It can be a little but cumbersome at times and programming, while not difficult, takes a good bit more time than I'd like.

Great remote, easy to set up. I had this same remote in the past (1 1/2 years) but after dropping it numerous times on a hard floor it finally started acting up. Although the price went up it's still a competitive price for everything the remote can do.

Our fancy rechargeable Harmony remote battery failed. While my hubby followed YouTube videos to try to replace the battery, I went out and picked up this more simple model that just takes regular common batteries. I like it so much better too and we tossed the other remote away.

I love these remotes! I personally own 2 of them and purchased this for my older aunt who has difficulty switching all the inputs and devices from watching cable and Blu-rays. I programmed her remote for her and now she can switch between the two seamlessly, by touching "Watch TV" or "Watch Movie". Automatically switches all devices, inputs and controls.

I have had many Harmony remotes. They are all amazing. I have a home theater set-up and a lot of devices. This remote works perfectly. I replaced a Harmony 700 which worked great except it would not let me connect all of my devices. The 665 allows control of 10 devices. The setup is easy using the website but allows you to customize if you wish. Great remote.

Purchased as a replacement for a similar model that lasted about six-seven years of heavy use. Controls my TV, cable box, DVR, DVD recorder, sound bar, and VCR. Easy to program. Too bad Logitech is discontinuing their remotes. Don't know how long they will support them.
