This is my 3rd Harmony remote in 3 years. I try to find them on sale because they are not very reliable. I keep reprogramming it and it works for a day or so then back to turning on the wrong thing or moving to the wrong input.

This remote's setup can be complicated, but that's because it is so versatile. It can be set up to do anything another remote can do. Makes a great replacement for a remote that's no longer made, and can be set up to be the one remote that controls everything.

I had so many high hopes for this thing. I really didn't need it for the living room TV since the soundbar turns on when the TV turns on but thought we were going to get a Roku for that TV so I got this. It has a lot of issues. Many times I'll pick it up to use it and the screen wants me to go through setup. So 3,382 button pushes later, I can finally use it to turn on my TV. There are also times now where it won't turn the TV off with the Power off button. I haven't taken the time to refresh it with my computer and have just reverted back to the TV remote.

A very handy remote for home theater and multiple devices. Easy programming from a computer. Just make sure you have your model numbers of your devices handy. One button selection for watching TV, or a DVD. It can also be used for Roku and Fire Stick, although that programming takes a few manual steps to match buttons.

We were advised after purchase that this item was no longer being produced and that the Geek Squad had only 2 people who can program them.

This remote works for all my devices, TV, Cable Box, Yamaha AVR, but not my PS4. I bought this remote to replace my older Logitech remote that I had for over 10 years. I wore out the buttons. Well , anyway this remote is easy to set up and program on My Harmony software. The price is right also.

This remote is very good. Easy to program and configure different devices. Wide range of devices supported. Only complaint is it can drain batteries fairly quickly if used alot.

Was replacing a older Harmony remote with this one. Setup was a breeze. Just launch MyHarmony software and copy the settings from the old remote to the new one.

It replaced all of my remotes except for Roku, this model can turn it to Roju, but cannot replace that remote. Sets my receiver to correct input, turns on all required devices and let;s me control everything. For special functions, it even had a "learn" feature and will learn the code from the old remote!

great remote for the 2nd TV. have another harmony in use on the primary TV too. like the performance and love the ease of set up, help functions and ability to customize. Harmony remotes are not the least expensive options, but for me they are worth it.

We bought an open box reciever that did not have the remote so the salesman recommended this. He ended up throwing it in for free. It took some getting used to and set up time, but it works.

The unit needs a manual to help you get started, but other then that it's really good. Service my needs very well after I got the hang of how it's works.

Sweet! I have 3-4 components at times to watch or listen from and this makes it easy to press a single button and get to the source. Takes a little legwork to figure it out but well worth the setup time to have an all in one remote. Tip: check out Frequently Asked Questions and support on website for help.

Bought this to replace 7 remotes. DirecTV, cable box, Blu Ray player, Roku, TV, Sound bar and HDMI switch. I programed all 7 devices and set up activities. I had a few single button issues that I was able to correct by directly programing the buttons. Great unit and made the wife happy with just one remote on the coffee table instead of 7.

I bought this for my Mom so that she would have an easier time just turning on everything (TV, Sat TV box, Sound Bar, Blu-Ray, Roku) all at once when she wants to watch TV or a movie. Easy set up on the computer. Mom is happy and it works like it should.

Bought 2 remotes. Compatible with all my electronics. Easy to use. No codes or stuff just component brand and model numbers and app downloads to remote. Super easy. Everything in one remote.

we use it every day. Does a great job. The screen is a bit sensitive, but you get used to not touching it (it opens other apps). Was very difficult to get a cover for it; ultimately found one online. I would buy this again (and have).

Hands down the Best universal remotes on the market. Purchased to replace an old Logitech 550 I’ve had since 2008, when the “enter” button ceased working. This one is great, and programmed up to my AV system in seconds once I downloaded the updated app. Very pleased.

I replaced a Harmony remote that we wore out using it so much. Harmony had the option to copy the old one but I couldn't figure out how to . That being said it only took a few minuets to program the replacement.
