I love this remote. The setup is a little unclear, and it took a few tries for it be recognized on my Mac for setup, but it did work eventually. I had the previous model for about 7 years before the buttons wore out. I was able to back up the previous on and restore it to this one.

I needed a all in one universal remote. This one is just what I needed! I was easy to set up, if you follow the directions that came with it. I have four devices connected to it. Makes life much easier with one remote! Easy to change between devices.

O, I waited over 9 months to give a honest review as I was not pleased at first but now I know I liked the older models better. This remote resets every time it drops off the sofa or coffee table. the menus are not as versatile or customizable as previous. models. This will be my last Universal remote from Logitech although I have been using older models from them for decades now this model is a big disappointment. This is what I'd expect from a $20 universal remote.

It is handy to have all of your devices in one remote. The Harmony 665 allows controlling all of my electronics with one remote a simple task. This is actully my second Harmony. I wore off the numbers and icons on the first. My wife wanted a new one and the 665 is working great.

It took a little while to figure it out but it is easy to use if you you have multiple devices. We programmed it with our receiver, Blu-ray, tv and gaming systems.

I bought this as a replacement as I had to give my old one to my daughter to take to college with my old TV. I've been using Harmony Remotes for over 10 years. Like all others, very solid, easy to configure. Feels good in the hand and is easy to grab in the dark and orient quickly to use it.

We originally bought this remote to replace a non-functional remote from our Yamaha receiver. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could program the remote to control several different configurations; including an Apple TV, Blu-Ray player, Digital box and Wii U. The remote automatically sets the correct HDMI channel for the device that we want to use.

Our previous Logitech died. It was well out of warranty, so we received our money's worth. I considered other options, but based on price and familiarity, stayed with Logitech.

Good remote because it works without a bunch of bells-and-whistles. If you want a universal remote to control most of your equipment and don't need "smart home" technology or App control, then this reasonably priced remote is a great choice. It simply does what it says it will do without an overly complicated set-up process.

The set up is easy to work through. You can set up multiple items to do different things. Example, I connect my tablet to stream music. Only turns on the sound bar, sets it to Bluetooth, and away we go. Great product, have 3 of them now! Highly recommend. One for over 5 years, only changed batteries.

It took some time to get squared away. Tech support was very patient and helpful with some fine-tuning. It has performed well with basic TV, cable box, and soundbar control.

This is our second Harmony remote. Some of the buttons started not working on our old one (about 8 years old). I've gotten so accustomed to having controls for my cable box, TV, stereo, DVD player all in one there was no way I was going back to multiple remotes. I love the programmability of this thing.

Easy and convenient to use after initial setup. However, when replacing to a new unit, not all the programs or settings transfer, including sequences.

I bought this remote to replace my Harmony 350 remote which lasted less than 2 years before the volume button and several other buttons stopped working. The feel of the buttons on the model 665 is different so I hope it's better quality and lasts longer. I like the back-lit buttons and the ease of set-up. You need to download software to your PC to program the remote. The software is easy to use to set-up the remote for multiple devices (cable box, DVD, Roku). The Favorite Channels capability on the remote is a nice feature.

The universal remote is more complicated than necessary for typical TV use. It does work well with all of the parts of my home theater setup but I use them much less frequent.y that simple TV.

We got this to replace our fire stick and TV remote since they were both eaten by our dog. The remote is not compatible with Fire Stick, unfortunately. But it’s still a great remote for the TVs!

Just got the Hub with the NEW Basic Remote Control. But Love This Remote 10× More. Has Much More Control with More Back Lit Buttons that Come On with Motion. & I Set Up 2 TVs/Sound Systems/ 4K Players & Media Boxs in Separate Rooms & Separate Activities for Both. Now I Hop Living Room 2 Bedroom with No Problemo.

Great Remote for the Beginner. Works well with all of my different devices. It is easy to set up on the computer as long as you can easily get to your equipment labels. Works flawlessly every time. I would recommend this to anyone that is wanting to get into the harmony remote series but is not looking to spend a huge amount. It is well worth the cost.

this logitech remote was a replacement for a previous remote. The reps from best buy arrived at our resident at the appointed time and quickly worked to program and tell us all the functions and let us run through them our self. The reps were friendly and professional answered all our questions. Would highly recommend these 2 employees again.

This is a decent product for an all in one remote and the setup for each device is quite easy. I gave 3 stars because it’s very touchy and if it simply falls off the arm of the couch you have to go through an annoying reset process on the remote itself. I have 2 of these in the house (bought second one for this very reason and put the first one in spare room). I hoped it was just a fluke but they both do it! Quite annoying and I hope to see a better product soon. I only recommend because I am unaware of a better brand and it does beat having 5 remotes.
