The universal remote is more complicated than necessary for typical TV use. It does work well with all of the parts of my home theater setup but I use them much less frequent.y that simple TV.

Returned as it didn't have the same motion pointer capability as the LG "Magic" remote. Was easy enough to use and probably very good if you only need basic functionality.

We got this to replace our fire stick and TV remote since they were both eaten by our dog. The remote is not compatible with Fire Stick, unfortunately. But it’s still a great remote for the TVs!

It's sad Logitech is not making these anymore. They are the only low cost universal remote that works on multiple connections to my smart TV. This is my 4th one! I need to wrap it in bubble wrap to keep it working as long as possible!! Highly recommend.

Easy to set up. Works great turning ony tv, apple tv, yamaha receiver and turning the inputs to watch tv. If it fails to turn them all on at once, you hit “help” and it automatically turns on whatever failed without turning the other stuff off. This was a big issue when i had a cable universal remote.

Works well but the learning curve is a bit steep for a remote. Software and web site don’t work too good.

Overall good quality. A bit involved programming. Rechargeabke Batteries could last a bit longer, but two sets keep us operational.

Im not sure if it is the problem is the remote or the installer. Have always had a Harmony remote which is why I ordered a new one with Total tech support, There have been 4 (FOUR) visits to set up and still having issues. Last visit was told that installer would have Best Buy - "warranty" out the remote and they would contact me. After a week of not hearing anything called and was informed I have to bring remote in (what do I do then?). Needless to say still not working correctly at this point.

The instructions to install the battery were incorrect. I drove back to Vest Buy to return the remote and the service desk fixed the universal by reversing the battery points.

this logitech remote was a replacement for a previous remote. The reps from best buy arrived at our resident at the appointed time and quickly worked to program and tell us all the functions and let us run through them our self. The reps were friendly and professional answered all our questions. Would highly recommend these 2 employees again.

This is a decent product for an all in one remote and the setup for each device is quite easy. I gave 3 stars because it’s very touchy and if it simply falls off the arm of the couch you have to go through an annoying reset process on the remote itself. I have 2 of these in the house (bought second one for this very reason and put the first one in spare room). I hoped it was just a fluke but they both do it! Quite annoying and I hope to see a better product soon. I only recommend because I am unaware of a better brand and it does beat having 5 remotes.

Great Remote for the Beginner. Works well with all of my different devices. It is easy to set up on the computer as long as you can easily get to your equipment labels. Works flawlessly every time. I would recommend this to anyone that is wanting to get into the harmony remote series but is not looking to spend a huge amount. It is well worth the cost.

Great product. The Geek Squad set us up so that this 1 remote does it all...TV, receiver/radio, DVD, CD player, volume. We have Direct TV and they set everything up so we didn't have to deal with Direct TV (always an unpleasant experience). Couldn't be happier with the remote & with the excellent service of the Geek Squad.

Worked fine from the beginning only problem was the recordings on dvr no button to recall them.Send and e mail to support within a couple of days had a button added to it . Awesome service,

This was a replacement for a 650 Harmony that had several buttons cease to function after about three years of daily use. Hopefully it will give us the same long service. It was very easy to program and the old settings were transferred seamlessly from the old one thru the Logitech website.

This addition to their remote is great. We purchased and you installed in 2018 A new Sony TV and sound bar, including the Same brand remote that was nothing but Trouble (four batteries too) Thanks, very good! Harry and Susan. The ok button could be larger.

I have so many different devices all connected at the same time it was nice to have a convenient way to control them all with one device. The nice thing about this remote is that you can find a profile for each device that preprograms the remote buttons for that specific device.

I was hoping to use this remote to control 2 TVs connected to 2 Apple TVs. Unfortunately it would not control the Apple TVs separately so I returned this. But other than that it’s a good remote.

I am pleased with the functionally and value of the Harmony 665. I have programmed it to control 4 devices. I am disappointed with the programming instructions.

Purchased this remote to control my new LG 4K Smart TV, Sony A/V Receiver Console, and DirecTV receiver. Set up the the remote by downloading the software on the computer and programmed the different items I wanted to control. Everything works perfectly and controlling all or specific ones without grabbing all three remotes is the best thing.
