Easy to program and use. The computer setup is also intuitive. If purchasing for an non-tech savy individual then you may need to assist. I had to show my parents how to use, and I set it up on their behalf. It eliminated two extra remotes to their system. I recommend.

This remote was easy to program and is easy to use. Almost all settings worked as expected. We use Fios so we still have to keep original remote for 1 function. Should have bought better model.

I'm extremely please with my purchase of the Logitech Harmony 665 Universal remote. It was extremely easy to program via the desktop app that Logitech provides. It has all of the features I need to completely control all of my entertainment systems from one device. My only regret is not getting this sooner!

It’s a bit of a pain to setup for the first time. You have to download software and search for all your equipment and there’s a noticeable delay when using it.

I have used these remotes in the past and have had good results and have purchased this one to replace a well used worn one. I’d recommend this remote, easy to use and program.

Like so many others we have one two many remotes. TV, DVD, DVR, and the list goes on. The Harmony 665 is the perfect choice for those of us looking for functionality first, and technology second. It is hands down better than the supplied remotes, but with added features that simplified limking, troubleshooting and use. Fits or bill perfectly!

Harmony remotes usually don't need a review, everyone knows they are the remote to turn to when you need to control household items. Unfortunately for me, I purchased this to control A/V in an rv, and the televisions don't have codes to be controlled by aftermarket remotes.

Love this remote. I have three devises that I use on it. It turns on all of them. The screen is easy to see and follow. I use my computer to program it.

This remote has a lot of features. Although seems to lag a little. I noticed for some older products I had to use the upgraded model but not all the features worked. Overall it is a nice remote.

I have had multiple Harmony remotes. They often last about 8-10 years and then need replacing. Fortuantely, it is easy to reporgram the same devices using the web site.

This is a fancier remote than I am used to. The transition wasn't so bad. I did the set-up myself on my computer. I look forward to mastering this remote and how to use it.

I held off on getting a universal remote because each new device I purchased claimed to have a remote that could control all my devices, and I was disappointed each time. I bought this Harmony and after a short learning curve, I have decided that this is the best tech purchase that I have made in 15 years.

This was a replacement for my previous logitech remote that looks exactly the same but that one had rechargeable batteries. This one uses normal AA batteries. It works great except anytime anyone moves, the display turns on, and thus it stays on almost all the time. Batteries needed replacement after about 8 months. Makes me wonder how long it will last since it seems to be on all the time.

This remote is nice if you have many remotes for you entertainment system like I do. You can eliminate all of them for the most part with this one remote. It was also pretty simple to set up.

I have a directv genie and mini in the same room. Unfortunately this remote controls both directv boxes simultaneously and cant be set to control them individually

It may not be the most fancy/expensive one on the market but, it does everything I need and want with zero issues. I love it. I think my wife loves it more. Lol. Once programmed, I threw all my other remotes into a cabinet and haven't needed them since.

It requires some explanation for how to use it if you would like to hand it off to someone. Sometimes the remote will not turn something on and off, so you will definitely have to press a few extra buttons.

Nice all in one remote. This remote effectively replaced the three remotes it took to operate my TV and components.

The Logitech-Harmony 665 is great. It was really easy to program and it runs everything from one remote! Direct TV, 4k-Blu-ray player, sound system and tv. Not only runs everything but can also access every piece of equipment separately when needed. Also, gives access to Netflix and Amazon Prime (providing you are signed up with them).

Great to be to one remote and works well, however still working to figure out how to program all functions. Buttons were crushed in when it arrived but that was easily fixed.
