A basic universal remote. As with all of these type devices there are some compromises, but after some trial and error I go it to work so that my 87 year old father had his needs met.

Excellent unit. It works well but it needs help with some older units, and others it does not work at all, ie., the VIVO Electric Motorized Flip Down Pitched Roof Ceiling TV Mount.

Had and older version of this remote for many years. No issues other than just getting worn out from use. The current version is still easier to set up and use is about the same.

It takes a bit of effort to figure out how to bring up certain menu items, but setting it up with devices and other remotes is a breeze. It has USB link to PC to set up most devices and an infrared receiver on the end to set up certain remotes that aren't listed online. Still exploring the features, but very pleased with it.

Very impressed by the ease and reliability of this remote. The only thing I would change is to have the Volume and Channel Up/Down key a little larger. I plan to buy the same one for another room.

My third purchase of the same model..noted are some improvements in functionality and operation. Overall very good product. I have recommended to others who also are happy with the product.

Works well but the learning curve is a bit steep for a remote. Software and web site don’t work too good.

Such an easy device to use! Definitely recommend if you have 2 or more items in your entertainment system. Unfortunately not perfect but would need something way more advanced to be able to use every function from every remote in the house, but does the job well enough for me.

Very little extra programming need for most devices, but with ROKU it was easier to use this device to turn everything on and then use the ROKU remote for control

Easy to setup. Activity feature allows one button press to power on all equipment. Supports Chrome Cast but no Fire Stick support or it would be a 5.

This remote will do it all, but setting it up is kind of a pain. The nice thing is that once you have it set up, you shouldn't have to do it again for a long time

Tried several uni remotes over the years and was dubious about this one as well. Bought it based on Geek Squad recom and has lived up to hype from the squad. Took awhile to learn how to get around functions and still working through it but am satisfied there really is capability to reduce the the number of remotes needed ( started off with 5)

It may not be the most fancy/expensive one on the market but, it does everything I need and want with zero issues. I love it. I think my wife loves it more. Lol. Once programmed, I threw all my other remotes into a cabinet and haven't needed them since.

This remote sets up the tv and all the components- turns on tv, dvd player, radio, speakers, etc on the computer. Takes over 45 minutes to set up a complete system the 1st time.

Its good and everything but the reason for not a full 5 start is because its constantly bringing me back to the menu which is annoying but the controller itself is helpful and good.

The hand-friendly shape of the remote is similar to the DirectTV great design, and so much better than your standard TV manufacturer's design. A big restraint is that the device cannot be used unless registered through a Windows or iOS computer. Very annoying for Google/android fans. The small print that shows this limitation is virtually invisible on the packaging. We did ask the BBY associate about the suitability of this product for our use, but he apparently did not know either. Buyer bewared.

Set up and synching was a bit challenging, but once you get past that and get used to using the remote, it's worth it. Buttons are a bit hard to see in dark lighting.

Had trouble syncing my sound bar to the TV and TV remote. This solved the problem. Unfortunately Logitec doesn't support the Roku attached to my TV>

This was a replacement for my previous logitech remote that looks exactly the same but that one had rechargeable batteries. This one uses normal AA batteries. It works great except anytime anyone moves, the display turns on, and thus it stays on almost all the time. Batteries needed replacement after about 8 months. Makes me wonder how long it will last since it seems to be on all the time.

I can't believe I waited so long to buy one of these universal remotes. The setup was so easy via the computer. I download the software onto my iMac, plugged in my New Harmony 665 remote and followed the step by step instructions. Within minutes I was up and running.
