Easy to set up and easy to use. We had another model which had only touchscreen for numbers and some other functions and found it was less convenient and started to randomly do other functions. I love having a button for each function and it works great every time.

Love this product. Setup couldn’t be easier. As long as you have a computer, just follow the prompts. Pretty much everything worked right on the first attempt. Key is to make certain you keep the remote pointed at your devices until they are all turned on.

I've owned two of these before and they finally gave up after many years of service and banging around. I wanted to replace the old ones, but the model changed a bit, but the new ones work just as good as the old ones and I don't have to learn another Remote!

I used Logitech remote in the pass but this one is much better than the 300 series. Its easy setup on your computer. I currently have fios, Samsung, Bose and LG products setup and it works flawlessly. Oh yeah its backlit. I would recommend this remote to anyone looking to simplify your life.

Works great after set up, but setup instructions could be better, particularly with a maze of wires and their inputs and outputs.B

I downgrade from, the outdated, Harmony 1. This is a very good, basic, remote. Controls everything well. Just wish more buttons were backlit with a brighter light. For the price, a great buy.

After the initial set up it runs fine but you have tp double tap to select your tv and it gets annoying. Perfect to replace your lost roku remote tho.

This works like a charm. Once you get past the software download (the process takes about 30 - 45 minutes), it's so easy to program. It saved the day when our roku & t.v. remotes stopped working on the same day!!! A cover is recommended because you don't want to get this damaged.

I bought this to replace a 7 year old Harmony 650 that had gone rogue and was sending out commands and freezing regularly. The nice thing was that I was able to program this remote exactly as the 650 had been thru the program on my iMac. Works great. It can do a lot more than I need it to do, so easily expandable in the future.

Never have luck with these controllers but they are really the only option. They restart on their own and have to be reprogrammed a few times a year

This one is a lower end remote but still gets the job done. It's so handy to not have to worry about which input each device must be set to.

With support for 10 devices it covers every device. Supports all of the devices connect to my TV. Very easy to set up. Download the Harmony app, enter your devices, and setup your activities for the easy access buttons. This was a replacement for a Harmony 600.

It works perfectly for most of the functions of Sony A8H television, Emotiva RMC-1L processor, Panasonic UB820 Blu-ray player, Pro-Ject CD Transport, Dish Network box, and Roku. It's easy to set up and certainly keeps the coffee table much neater than before.

This is the best overall remote on the market. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a universal remote, because it is a very advanced remote control that can control almost any IR entertainment device. Fantastic remote!

I LOVE THE LOGITECH HARMONY, I MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO CONTROL NEMOUROUS ELECTRONICS WITH 1 REMOTE. I WAS USING 5 DIFFERENT REMOTES AND NOW IM USING ONE.. IT WAS EASY TO PROGRAM MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DESK TOP/ LAB TOP VERY EASY INSTRUCTIONS WHEN PROGRAMING.

We have a lot of AV components in our basement setup and I wanted something to eliminate a plethora of remotes. This did the trick for sure. Easy to set-up, and even easier to use. We love it and I would encourage anyone that wants to reduce the number of remotes and have 1 button control so many aspects of an activity to buy this.

Needs a computer and a computer savvy person to program. Has a learning curve to operate. Liked previous model better ( no longer available).

Once you figure out how to program everything correctly, the remote works well. Only complaint is when tv shuts off due to inactivity it messes everything turning back on correctlym

Installation was a breeze with the Geek Squad. Would be good to have a follow up visit, once the customer is familiar with the remote. Great to have all items operated by this one remote.

Great remote for tons of different systems and electronics. You can set a bunch of preprogrammed activities to turn certain speakers/televisions/videogames/etc. Using for a multiple tv setup and it does everything I was looking for. Bit expensive, but high quality.
