I bought this to replace a 7 year old Harmony 650 that had gone rogue and was sending out commands and freezing regularly. The nice thing was that I was able to program this remote exactly as the 650 had been thru the program on my iMac. Works great. It can do a lot more than I need it to do, so easily expandable in the future.

Harmony remotes are a very good concept and this model works better than the previous Harmony remotes I've owned. The buttons seem to be improved with satisfying clicks. Setup is very smooth and easy with a vast array of predefined codes for common AV equipment.

I have had a lot of Logitech remotes and the harmony 665 is the best. It’s easy to program and it doesn’t have lag when changing channels like the touchscreen models. I would say if you are looking for a remote everyone can use buy this one you will not be disappointed.

I tried another brand of universal remote before buying this. The other didn’t recognize my home theater projector and worked intermittently on other functions. This worked immediately and has a useful help button if any equipment doesn’t respond. This is the one to buy.

We have a lot of AV components in our basement setup and I wanted something to eliminate a plethora of remotes. This did the trick for sure. Easy to set-up, and even easier to use. We love it and I would encourage anyone that wants to reduce the number of remotes and have 1 button control so many aspects of an activity to buy this.

It's simple, it works but it's not perfect. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 pushes on the Roku Ultra. However, it does exactly what its supposed to.

Best universal remote I’ve ever had. Last one the mute button quit working after six months, my favorite button. This one offers an extended warranty in case that happens again. Programs through a laptop, pretty easy. Best Buy delivered it the next day!

Once you figure out how to program everything correctly, the remote works well. Only complaint is when tv shuts off due to inactivity it messes everything turning back on correctlym

I am waiting for competent Geek Squad techs, not sub-contractors, who have no clue in programming remotes, to set it up so it will work as well as my current Harmony One remote. If the 665 performs as well or better than the "One", then I can say it is as great a product.

Programmed by Best Buy was my route to go. Not much else on the market to match this. So far so good. Hope it last many many years.

Great convenience to replace all your separate remotes for your av system. I just wish the buttons were bigger. Hard to operate if you have big hands!

Installation was a breeze with the Geek Squad. Would be good to have a follow up visit, once the customer is familiar with the remote. Great to have all items operated by this one remote.

We routinely purchase these remotes for my grandparents who have a Harmony remote for each of their respective TVs, because God knows they can't watch TV together, even if they're watching the same show in different rooms. I've found that these 650 units are routinely cheap which is great, but they seem to be much more prone to damage from a drop or other misuses. Grandma drops hers quite frequently, and sadly we've had to replace the unit several times in the past couple of years.

This basic smart remote does everything that I want it to do and is easy to setup. I had no problems with the remote.

I have two main TVs in the house with too many remotes. This narrows it down to just one for each one. Simple to setup using my lap top. Once you set it up you're good for as long as you keep the same components. Get a new component and just add it on or change it out using your laptop

We have had Harmony for years. This is our 3rd purchase, really like not having to use so many different remotes. I needed some tech help from our adult son. Wish number buttons were bigger for us seniors. Nice feature was he could connect and use all serial numbers already in.

At the University that I work at I purchase these for a new nursing space. I used this universal remote to program all three TVs so that they can be controlled off of one remote. It makes using and setting up the TVs easy without searching for three separate remotes Great value

Both husband and wife thrilled with this remote. Has everything we need and easy to use for these 60 yr olds, 1 tech savvy and 1 not. Highly recommend, purchased based on great reviews after our old Harmony remote screen crashed after 10 years of hard work. Highly recommend.

Easy to program. Batteries last longer than expected as we are always surfing channels on the 65inch. Netflicks, amazon, Apple TV, Disney+, batteries last approx 2 months. It handles all of my components with ease. Receiver, DVD player, 65inch Samsung 8k.

This remote solved problems we were having with other remotes. Its IR signal is stronger and more accurate than earlier remotes. I am considering replacing two other remotes with this one. Besides all the technical advancements, its price is reasonable.
