Best universal remote I’ve ever had. Last one the mute button quit working after six months, my favorite button. This one offers an extended warranty in case that happens again. Programs through a laptop, pretty easy. Best Buy delivered it the next day!

Have two of these. Can control up to eight devices. No need to buy the more expensive models. This works great and provides all the features you need. Be aware that over time some of the print wears of a little on the buttons, but no big deal. Great remote. Highly recommended

This is my second universal remote from Logitech. They are easy to program and easy to update with equipment upgrades. Even my wife who has zero interest in technology, loves the simplicity of this device when it comes to watching DTV, Apple TV or a Blu-ray.

The logitech universal remote makes it much easier to turn on the entertainment system, by only having one remote to work with. It does take some time to get use.

Overall serves the purpose. It would be better if it were smaller. Sometimes you have to keep pressing the buttons for the action to take place which is beyond annoying

I am extremely happy with this remote control that controls absolutely everything that I need it to. It is very simple to use, sure, the setup seems a bit intimidating and complicated but, once you are through the setup process, it is great. Absolutely love it! Great for the price!

With having complex setups at home south my Onkyo Receiver, my LG 4K TV, my LG 4K BluRay Player and my PS4, I like the simplicity of having to press one button on a single remote and gain access to the spe ific setup I want. For example, I can turn on my receiver, PS4 and TV with one push.

Programmed by Best Buy was my route to go. Not much else on the market to match this. So far so good. Hope it last many many years.

This is one of my biggest issues with Harmony remotes. Tons of features to handle all your devices, but so overcomplicated to get everything setup. By the time I got through half my devices, I was already frustrated enough to factory reset it and return it. If they found a way to make programming it and using it easier, it would be perfect. Just not my experience though.

Easy to program. Batteries last longer than expected as we are always surfing channels on the 65inch. Netflicks, amazon, Apple TV, Disney+, batteries last approx 2 months. It handles all of my components with ease. Receiver, DVD player, 65inch Samsung 8k.

This remote solved problems we were having with other remotes. Its IR signal is stronger and more accurate than earlier remotes. I am considering replacing two other remotes with this one. Besides all the technical advancements, its price is reasonable.

I bought this for my daughter so she could have one remote for everything we found it hard to set up but we figured it out.My daughter returned it for a more simple remote.

Harmony has dropped in quality over time. While it works ok, and it was a fairly seemless setup online, the buttons just don't feel right. Should add, also find it odd that not all buttons are given the mapping option (Western Digital WD TV isn't given a subtitles option, so it kills the purpose of an all in one remote). And a minor complaint, dust gets under the display window. I still have no problem using the remote, but it's highly annoying to see it all there.

I rated it three stars mainly because it would work for my purposes. I was looking to fully automate my garage/man cave, which include xbox, tvs, projectors, projector screens etc. The hiccup was that I needed something that could do rf and it signals which this could not. Ended up returning and went with an item off of Amazon that could sync stuff with my google home and did both it and rf. So now my garage is voice automated and I love it!

The remote works just as advertised. It was easy to set up the account and add the components I needed it to control online, and it works great.

Another great universal remote from Logitech. This is the 4th remote I've purchased over the years by Logitech for my tvs. It works great and will control 10 devices. Fairly easy to set up since I was already familiar with the setup feature on my other remotes.

This is the perfect system to eliminate all of the original remotes & it's very easy to setup and use. All you need is the model number of the device, how it's hooked up (i.e. Hdmi 1, hdmi 3, tv antenna etc..) & an internet connection to program the remote and you'll be forgetting where the original remotes are in no time!

Since I am not tech savvy I called for the Geek Squad and for a fee they come out and hook it all up, make sure it works and makes sure the operator (me) knows how to make it all work for all the devices like sound bar - cable - DVD player - wii - firestick connected with the one remote to the TV.

This basic smart remote does everything that I want it to do and is easy to setup. I had no problems with the remote.

My issue is more with Best Buy than the remote itself. The clerk at the store said it works with Roku, when it DOES NOT. Higher end versions of this remote do, but not this one.
