Since I am not tech savvy I called for the Geek Squad and for a fee they come out and hook it all up, make sure it works and makes sure the operator (me) knows how to make it all work for all the devices like sound bar - cable - DVD player - wii - firestick connected with the one remote to the TV.

I love that I don't have to charge this one, runs on batteries. Must point directly at the TV for it to work. Works great! Would buy again!

The only thing better than the Harmony 665 is the fabulous free support team they have to help you set up your device perfectly (if you need their help or have questions). Fabulous price for a fabulous remote! I should have purchased this remote years ago.

Good remote that can pretty much do anything. The buttons are already fading off which is weird. I have one that is 3 years older and is fine.

this is the best remote i have ever bought i cant believe i waited so long it works on all my devices that i required 3 remotes for previously and i can assign what all buttons do so i can fully customize the remote supremely happy with this purchase it is worth the money

This is probably the tenth Harmony remote I’ve purchased. Same great features and performance. It’s the gold standard in universal remotes

Works well so far, but has some issues with not turning things on and off properly. Still better than having to use multiple remotes though.

Much better than the remote that came with the Samsung TV which is terrible. Still have a little learning to do but overall very satisfied.

This is the perfect system to eliminate all of the original remotes & it's very easy to setup and use. All you need is the model number of the device, how it's hooked up (i.e. Hdmi 1, hdmi 3, tv antenna etc..) & an internet connection to program the remote and you'll be forgetting where the original remotes are in no time!

This is a good remote control I'd you are trying to reduce the number of remotes in use on your devices. Was able to mate with the monitor. Sound bar and dvd player.

Could not get my Polaroid TV to work with my ATT U-verse remote. ATT was no help with a usable code for the TV Polaroid did not have an answer The Logitech remote was easy to program and worked the first time Wish I new about it before I spent all that time trying to get the ATT remote to work

My issue is more with Best Buy than the remote itself. The clerk at the store said it works with Roku, when it DOES NOT. Higher end versions of this remote do, but not this one.

Was told it was the best for us....as we were wanting only one remote for TV, Sound & Cable Service. However the Geek Squad made everything work with our Uverse remote, so we returned this remote for a refund.

I have owned the remote for about a month. I use it to control my TV and a receiver. Initially, I was very pleased. The setup was easy and quick, regardless of the instruction manual warning me to set aside 45 mins. However, now in my experience, the connection to the receiver is spotty, meaning it doesn't turn on/off/volume control all the time, which is frustrating. I'm debating whether I return the device or not. I partly blame my receiver which is potentially 15 years old.

Love this remote, compatible with most of my devices, except for my firestick 4k. Its a little on the big side, but considering it controls everything, its awesome.

The Logitech Harmony series are well-designed and executed. Easy set up, and they work reliably. The operation is intuitive. Not as inexpensive as some alternatives, but we’ve found them to be well worth the bump in cost.

I purchased this for my Samsung TV, Dish cable, and Roku Ultra. With excellent tech support from Logitech, I was able to achieve excellent results.

Great remote. It takes time to program but worth the time spent in programming for daily use. Push of one button and what i wasnt turns off/ on.

A typical universal remote lets you program the volume button to a single device no matter which device you're currently addressing for entertainment. But in this device the only way to get that functionality is to use but they call my activity. This is turning out to be hard to set up, I've had this device for almost a month and still can't get the buttons to switch inputs properly and addressed the volume. To be fair Logitech support is valiantly trying to help, but it's a work in progress.

Our son bought this for us when he saw 4 remotes sitting in the coffee table. Works great, but a little bit of a learning curve. Would definitely recommend but suggest you get a little help if you are not very tech savvy. Only remote left on the table now is this one!
