Best addition to my home theater since I added 4K to everything. This remote gets rid of the 5-6 remotes one typically deals with in a home theater. Set up was relatively easy. Takes about an hour but worth it. Once set up (via laptop or PC) is complete, the Help feature is great for resolving problems.

Overall a good all-in-one remote, but some of the configurations are not staying consistent when loaded on the device.

This one remote replaced five other remotes. After learning the different buttons on this new remote, it's easy to use. Recommend this remote to eliminate confusion with other remotes. Everything is in ONE place!!!

Feels good in the hand. Lights up when you pick it up. Just too many buttons to press. I have it set to control an OLED TV, a sound bar and a DVD player. The display is too small to read without glasses. To control each separate device you have to press too many buttons, and then to switch back to the previous device, another whole slew of buttons to press. Went back to using the remote that came with the TV (which also controls the volume in the soundbar). It's ok but ... too many buttons to press!

Set up was a little more complicated than I expected, due to the fact that I was replacing a very old Logitech universal remote. Once that was done, it has worked very well.

Glad Best Buy still had some of the Harmony remotes since they are discontinued these are Excellent universal remotes I bought this harmony remote to replace my old harmony 750 remote that buttons have worn out. Highly recommended

The remote was difficult to program. Had to find all the device Ids which was time consuming. I almost returned this remote because it would not sync on windows or Mac computers. I thought it was faulty but the Logitech/harmony service was down for at least three days or more. Once the service came up a week later I was able to sync my devices and use the remote. It’s very responsive and easy to use just click and it turns all devices on and off as expected with only one click.

best programmable remote I've found! I can program functions that configure my TV/receiver and all connected devices (cable, DVD, and multiple gaming consoles) to operate with one button push. Plenty of memory to save all my favorite TV channels, and my profile is stored online so I don't lose my settings across computers!

I wanted to like this remote, but it just wouldn’t work with my equipment. I missed my return window. I will give to my friend to use

Good universal. Easy to program. Does have some drawbacks with apple tv and a couple minor complaints but still worth trying out for the low price.

I got this to replace my old Harmony remote. The old one was basically the same (model 660) & it lasted about 15 years. Some of the buttons were worn out. I shopped around to see if there was anything better nowadays, I don't think there is

Was excited to get this but have been disappointed in the Narrow Infrared Beam that it puts out. My components are about 10' apart and the way it set up is that you pick a Function and it Sends out corresponding signals to complete your request, play music, turn on cable Box TV and ABR to watch cable TV Etc. Your components need to be fairly close in order for this function to work. At least that's what I have observed so far. May do some tinkering

This is the third time we've purchased universal remotes like this model. We've tried more elaborate models but have found that these are easy to use and set up and they offer more features than we even need. I would highly recommend these remotes, they are a great value!

We just bought a new TV, 4K player and sound system. At the end of installation, I had a handful of four different remotes - all replaced by this universal. It was programmed for us at installation and seems more "user-friendly" than some. Just trying to simplify.

It's a nice remote. The options on the screen and having to hook it up to a computer make it a little inconvenient

I would have given it more stars had it had Bluetooth capabilities, which I assumed it did do to to cost, especially since a less expensive remote I know of does. Also you must have a computer or laptop because this is the only way you can program it. The build quality is good. Overall if your looking for a very programmable IR remote then this is a good choice. Hope this helps someone. Good luck!

I purchased this remote to work with my Samsung NU8000 65" 4K HDTV, my 4K Blu-Ray DVD player, and my Samsung soundbar and subwoofer. The Geek Squad technician programmed it to handle all of the functions I wanted for it. It is a real joy to use while enjoying the various viewing options on my new system.

Easy to set up and fairly easy to use for me, but not intuitive. My wife can't use it, my teenage son finds it complicated. Takes a little getting used to, but once you do it's handy

Bought this because my new LG TV and sound bar could not be setup with my Xfinity remote. Fairly simple to setup. Still getting use to all the functions. Good for the price

Like I said, kind of complicated. But get used to it and it will be good in the end. Better than fumbling with 3 or 4 different remotes. If I can figure it out anyone can
