This one remote replaced five other remotes. After learning the different buttons on this new remote, it's easy to use. Recommend this remote to eliminate confusion with other remotes. Everything is in ONE place!!!

I got this to replace my old Harmony remote. The old one was basically the same (model 660) & it lasted about 15 years. Some of the buttons were worn out. I shopped around to see if there was anything better nowadays, I don't think there is

Have had no trouble setting up and getting to work with my devices. Does not work with my current gaming devices, as expected, but works for everything else.

If you are shopping for a programable remote that just works...buy this. The Logitech Harmony set up is very nice and is a pleasure once you find the model numbers of your equipment. Very good range of control. Very customizable to suit your preferences!

This was my first universal. Love the features and the interface for programming. Had some trouble with it "pressing" buttons on its own though.

I would have given it more stars had it had Bluetooth capabilities, which I assumed it did do to to cost, especially since a less expensive remote I know of does. Also you must have a computer or laptop because this is the only way you can program it. The build quality is good. Overall if your looking for a very programmable IR remote then this is a good choice. Hope this helps someone. Good luck!

I bought this to replace my damaged TV and took advantage of it to add the receiver, DVD, fan and other things I did not know could be added. I think it was a good buy.

It's a nice remote. The options on the screen and having to hook it up to a computer make it a little inconvenient

this this is a beast and one of the best remotes out there. the customization is awesome and super easy to setup with the app, i ended having to return it bc it only controls IR based devices and i was trying to use it for a roku stick. Other than that tho the remote is great

Our tv remote was showing wear and all the buttons weren't functioning properly so we needed a replacement. This remote was an updated version of our other one so we didn't need to learn anything new and knew which buttons did what. Only change is its black instead of silver.

I’m always apprehensive around complicated devices and was wondering if this would be a help. The answer is yes! I can control my tv, dvr, receiver, dish programming and access amazon tv with this one control. While I didn’t program it, from a user standpoint, it’s a dream.

Great remote I don't have to look and carry around 3 different remote for TV. but, the software and setup were difficult. the app crashed often

had a Logitech 350 that was wearing out, got this one for Christmas for the wife, its wonderful, really lives up to its name as a universal remote, does all my varied hardware just like the original remote but in one unit, Amazing, they really have come long way, and at the black friday price made it even better

Easy to use and easy to program. logitech makes it easy to turn on multiple systems all with one touch of a button (TV, DVR, DVD, Tuner etc etc)

I’ve had a Harmony 650 for a long time and I love it! It is simple and straight forward to use. When the buttons started dying (from coffee spills) I picked up the 665. It’s just like the 650 so it is a great remote too. One remote to rule them all!

Its a good universal remote. It can be a little glitchy. Not giving 5 stars because it doesnt have voice command

Easy to set up when you have the device model number and you can make the buttons do just about anything. Can also be used to control any IR device ( I programmed Britton lights) as long as you have the original remote. More pricey than a traditional universal remote but well worth it.

Very easy to set up. I really appreciate the "help" prompts when things don't work as expected. Only downside is that sometimes it takes longer than I was previously used to start an activity. Other than that another quality remote from Harmony!

I bought this on sale to support my entertainment center. It was very easy to program multiple devices with the website support interface. I prefer using this over all other remotes. Logitech set a high bar with this remote and it was well worth the cost.

Good product. Only issue is that every now and again it will completely reset itself and I have to go through startup procedures on it. Not a deal breaker.
