This was easy to program in use. And it truly is a universal remote. Worked all my various pieces of equipment. I would recommend it to anyone.

This "universal" remote does indeed control both our TV and the tivo box furnished by Suddenlink. Setting it up seemed simple until the use was necessary. Using the remote is only workable if you know to shut off the cable box and TV when switching between them. I reprogrammed the control to try to eliminate this but it still operates the same. There is probably a step omitted in the instructions but I didn't find it.

Makes TV experience wayy easier. Don't have to worry about losing multiple remotes anymore. The Help feature on the remote makes it very simple once set up. I have the remote paired with my TV/cable, Roku, speaker and blu ray player.

Works fine for TV and Appletv, not so much for the dvd player. the delay in "connecting" when switching devices is a little annoying

A little confusing setup, yes even with it connected to my laptop, but once I got things working it has been terrific.

Purchased this to replace a Harmony 650 remote I've had for several years. Works as expected and easy to program with the My Harmony app.

Works great controlling all my electronics. Was easy to set up one button commands to turn on or off all the appropriate devices for each activity I wanted.

Purchased a Logitech remote numerous years ago, best purchase I have ever made, I eliminated 6 remotes that operated the various home entertainment components in order to operate all the components with 1 Harmony remote. The buttons became less responsive so I decided to replace it.

Affordable, fairly easy to use (once you can sync it to your Mac), and very flexible as far as what you can program it to do. Has been a great replacement to an earlier version that stopped working after 4 years and being dropped a million times by my son.

I am getting use to the new remote. My only complaint is that I lose phone caler ID on the TV. I have to go back to my time Warner remote, go to setting and initiate caller ID

a little pricey for a remote, and a little wonky to get programmed and use, but does the trick for my older Bose system.

Easy to program. The lcd screen is large enough to view 4 commands at once. The "help" function on the remote works great when the programming doesn't quite remember all the steps. It is able to fix the missing steps.

We replaced the standard Spectrum remote with this model whose common features were not easy to access. Harmony's controls are easy to use. Online programming helped set it up. We now use it to control the tv, cable box & sound bar.

I like the remote a lot and it helps when you have multiple components. Only downfall is batteries only last a mont or less.

I bought this remote to replace an LG OLED magic remote. It was extremely easy to set up, connected to all my devices (LG tv, Samsung DVD player, Bose Lifestyle 650 receiver and xbox one. The one touch program feature is awesome, selectively starting different devices! It has replaced all my other remote controls.

My system goes to Blank screen and no sound while watching DISH TV. Do not know the cause. On-site technician did not resolve the issue.

I have 2 of these already and had recently read that Logitech is discontinuing the Harmony line of remote controls. I bought this as an extra when one of the 2 existing fails. I really like the shape and programmability of the remote.

This remote has been really good. Only issue is that I've needed to use the help function on a semi-regular basis for it to power through all of the activity buttons properly

Great option for universal remote, sad they no longer will make these. Glad I bought right before they stopped production.

This is a good product to be used with a FireStick. My kids had to help me learn how to use this because I'm not very electronically savvy. So far so good.
