A convenient way to get a one remote instead of many. It takes a bit of time to set up but once it is set up it is very easy to use. Some keys are stickier than other remotes I have but once you use it for a while it’s ok to get used to it.

Much need addition to my audio/visual equipment. Tired of searching for remotes all over the house for a specific item.

The remote is easy to setup using a laptop. You can also program features like watch a movie which will change inputs and turn on multiple devices with one button.

This is my 3rd one of these remotes. To me it's the perfect remote EXCEPT no backlit keys and as I just said, this is my 3rd one. The upper right buttons seem to be very vunerable to wear so that's why I gave it 3 stars. I'm a very heavy user though. The remote is SUPER EASY to set up using the Logitech software. Never been so easy. Pick, choose and customize functions via the software and they are transferred to the remote via USB connection.

To be honest, the remote was free with purchase. I did`nt use it on my home setup. It looked a little complicated to setup but the list of features seemed impressive.

this came as a bonus when i got the bluray player and i havent used it yet . just bought the TV and the remote for it works great and also controls the cable so i really dont need anotheer set of buttons to find and if the tv remote goes out ill use this one.

Replaced my old harmony 665 that lasted 6 years or so. Copied my settings and devices over to this new one. Very easy to install and copy settings. Works great! I just wish amazon fire tv would work with it.

Having just overhauleded my entertainment system, and being left with five remotes, my Geek squad recommended this all inclusive remote. Well worth the money, at just $50.00, it operates all my devices with just one remote, and is able to diagnose connection glitches. Absolutely awesome!

This remote is awesome. You can program it to turn on other devices connected to your TV like gaming devices, sound bars, apple TV, etc. It also has a great setting that will help it relearn the signal if something doesn't turn on correctly. This has cut back on the number of remotes needed.

Great remote and convenient to have control of all of my devices with one remote. Easy to use. Miss the voice command feature.

Great going from 5 to 1 remotes. Had to learn to program sequences in order for some of the actions to work correctly and that wasn't in the instructions, but it is easy and simple to apply. I also had to overlay some instructions over top of previously programmed buttons to get the action I wanted.

High quality remote at a good price. I have several other Logitech Harmony remotes, so logging into my Harmony account and setting up this remote was fast and simple. I love the lit buttons and the small device/function screen.

This is a great remote control. It was easy to setup on my laptop and download the setup to the control. Every time I ask it to start up, or shut down, my equipment it does so without a problem. Control and switching through the equipment is easy and quick. Perfect remote control.

I bought one of these to replace the cheap remote that came with our tv and I am very pleased to see how easy it was to set up. Just download the MyHarmony software, give it the information on the equipment that you have, and then sync it with the remote. That's it. Highly recommended!

This is the third Harmony we’ve owned. We keep coming back to them because they are easy to use and can work with several components. Only reason we replaced the earlier ones is that we eventually wore the keys out from constant use over the years!

cant beat the price. nice remote. lacking voice command and more programmable icons, but hey cant get it all at this price point!

This is a great remote once you take the time to learn all the buttons. Set up was relatively easy. You just download the my harmony app ,plug your remote to your computer and it’s done. Telephone support was great when I had questions.

This remote is pretty much everything you could ask for in a one button push to perform a task. If you are looking for an inexpensive one button push to watch a movie, tv, or your appleTV/Roku/fire device this is it. Programming Is simple with the harmony app and a pc connection!

Bought when upgraded entire system. Used application to download all 10 of my system controls. Very easy to install and works well. If there is a problem, the self-correction feature is great. Would like a bigger screen. Decided on the 665 over the more expensive Elite which costs 7x more.

This was easy enough to set up. You do have to download and set up the controller using your home computer but al in all it was easy enough.
