My tv tech programed the Harmony and it was a little difficult to program. The soft ware is hard to follow. Once programed it works well.

I've used Harmony remotes since their first generation, and the new one's still get the job done. Good feel, finish and easy set up. I bought an awesome, older Denon receiver sans remote and the Harmony controls menus, sound modes and more like a champ.

This remote wasn't the greatest. It gets the job done and is still working, but there are some annoying issues. Every time someone knocks it too hard or it falls off the arm rest of the sofa, it resets. I have to go through some weird setup mode/how to and press a series of buttons. I'm not sure what it is or why it happens, but it's annoying.

Good universal remote. Some of our devices are in a closet & this particular remote doesn't go through walls which kinda stinks.

Super easy to set up. Wish I had read up on it a little more before purchase as it won't control my Roku Stick.

Although it may seem tedious to program this remote control through their website, but it makes sense given the always changing devices that are connected to your TV set. I like the dynamic touch screen where you can program your most often used selections.

Very easy to set up and customize what you can customize. I would like to have more options here, but more importantly, I would prefer they not discontinue this line as other options are very expensive by comparison.

Bought this remote so I didn’t have 10 remotes in my living room. It connected with all of my devices, even my sound bar. Set up was really easy and I love how you can personalize it. 10/10 great product

Easy to use. And it is nice not to have to put it back into a charging stand at the end of the day. These are no longer made and my understanding is the replacement model will be much more expensive. I bought two.

Great item to control a multitude of equipment at home. Works well. But it needs some configuration and time on your side.

Good over all universal remote, easy to use. Cons: buttons/ controls are small could be little bigger to read and the back lit lights are not bright enough at night.

Wow! When i say that i went into this purchase with a bit of skepticism would be an understatement. However all of my fears were quickly removed. It's easy to setup it's easy to use and best of all it works like it should. I went from 3 remotes and a controller to 1 remote and even controls the Xbox!

I’ve had this remote for several years, and it has worked well. It has survived a couple of dog attacks and continued working for several months afterward. It finally stopped working and I will be buying another one.

This is my 3rd unit the other ones lasted about 3 years each but easy to set up works wounder full recommend it. I us it with an LG 3D TV, spectrum DVR and a Aiwa surround sound. Forgot i have tv set up with Chrome cast and have it switch by just pressing button.

I was pleasantly surprised at this universal remote. It was easy to program with the My Harmony app. It did exactly what it was programmed to do, starting the devices to use and changing the inputs on the receiver to match. I really like this.

This remote works great especially not having to turn everything on separately. C.onvenient and easy to use once u get everything set up

This remote works and you don’t have to put codes in. But be sure you have the all the model numbers from your TV, sound system, DVR ..... before you program the remote.

This remote helped simplify the constant switching between TV, A/V, and Game Console remotes. Being able to program "activities" or macros makes it a single button to switch between stereo or tv operations.

Love having only one remote. This was recommended to us when we replaced our home theater. We had 6 remotes. Now just one. Not sure how easy it is to program since I had Geek Squad do it for me when they installed my system.

This remote is very easy to set up using software on a pc. Even my Cincinnati Bell Fioptics set top box was included in the database of devices. Had it set up for entertainment center with 5 devices in about 15 min.
