Bought this to replace an older model not working properly. We are having a little of the identical problem with this new one too.

This is my 3rd unit the other ones lasted about 3 years each but easy to set up works wounder full recommend it. I us it with an LG 3D TV, spectrum DVR and a Aiwa surround sound. Forgot i have tv set up with Chrome cast and have it switch by just pressing button.

Nice remote. Battery life is pretty good so far. It just takes some visits to the laptop to reconfigure sometimes. Otherwise, great

Have used Logitech Harmony remotes for several years. Highly pleased with the ease of downloading the software and connecting devices to be controlled by the Harmony remote.

Easy to set-up and use. Like the programmable smart buttons for buttons you press often. I have five TVs and ran the sound through my receiver and can toggle between the tvs to switch sound to each game I am watching

Been using these for years. They wear out after about five years but at the price they can't be beat. Before settling on the Harmony I had tried several very expensive programmable remotes that had terrible ergonomics and were just too hard to use.

We had been using the previous model. Eventually a couple buttons had failed. This version has improved functionality and has proven to more reliably operate the equipment. The only shortcoming is the lack of RF communication, as this is limited to IR.

Good over all universal remote, easy to use. Cons: buttons/ controls are small could be little bigger to read and the back lit lights are not bright enough at night.

once I figured out the website, it was EASY.... Must have been me. Ha. I now know how to read these better... I LOVED the fact that I could upload my old settings from my older Logitech remote. This made it super easy. Bravo!

Harder and more involved programming than I would have expected. Display is a little small for this Senior to read comfortably. Good remote when set up.

Wow! When i say that i went into this purchase with a bit of skepticism would be an understatement. However all of my fears were quickly removed. It's easy to setup it's easy to use and best of all it works like it should. I went from 3 remotes and a controller to 1 remote and even controls the Xbox!

Just get one already!!! This thing is amazing and actually saved me money by allowing me to purchase bluray players at thruft stores. Not only that but it automates thening and the devices and switching into say netflix with one button press

This remote works and you don’t have to put codes in. But be sure you have the all the model numbers from your TV, sound system, DVR ..... before you program the remote.

My recent purchase is my third Harmony Remote, I have upgraded over time and not been disappointed. The new remote moves away from rechargeable batteries, good move, easier to make the change than to get the old batteries charged. Overall, another win for Logitech.

The remote works good. It's confusing to get it to start working w/ all of your other electronics, but once you get past that part, it's fine.

Great remote for the price. Too bad Logitech has discontinued making anymore remotes/hardware confirmed today. So supplies with be disappearing. Get them while they last...

It seems to be a great control, I just been having trouble programming all my devices on it. Hopefully I will get it programmed correctly.

I’ve had two of these. They work very well, but this second one resets itself when dropped on floor. Like you have changed batteries.

The top buttons are not backlit. Deal breaker for me. I took it back and got the Harmony Elite.

Works well but doesn't work with my Nest and the controller seems not hold the "all in one" memory to turn on/off my tv and soundbar with one button.
